Don t ever buy a tire from here they will purposely sell you a bad tire just so you can go back to them and buy another one

Purchased 2 tires, excellent price and service! The next morning I had a flat!! Gabrielle went above and beyond to get my tire repaired. It wasn't anything they did, I had ran over a nail on the way home...that's my luck!! Extremely pleased, 10 stars. Highly recommended.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!! DAVID IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE IS PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT!! HE GIVES THE BEST HELP & ADVICE. DAVID PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE!! HE INSTALLED MY TIRES IN JUST A LITTLE AMOUNT OF TIME!! I DROVE AWAY FEELING GOOD & SAFE WITH MY NEW TIRES!! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN GARY TO BUY VERY GOOD USED TIRES FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! Drove in with a tire with something in it. The man said he couldn't repair it. I told him I did not have money to purchase a tire. I asked how much to put on my spare. He said $5. He took my bad tire off showed me the item and said the tire could not be repaired. I said okay put on the spare. Without looking under the car at the spare, he said he couldn't because it is frozen. I told him the car had been in the garage during the storms and it had been over 40 degrees for two days.He still refused. I asked him am I to do? He said put the tire with the hole in it and go home. That's what I did. Not very happy. I will never go there again no matter how desperate.

I would have gave five stars as I have come to this shop as a new customer a purchased a couple tires well I purchased one no problem told the guy I want to purchase all four but will do it weekly second time I got a tire well woke up and saw the same tire they just changed not even a week and a half ago was flat so I called them and was told put some air in tire and try to make it and we will fix it BS I got stranded cause I could not make it to air came out if money to have a repair man come out take tire off find a ride to the shop eventually and he knoiwwwsss I just purchased this tire looks at me and say oh yeah thread is everywhere u have been driving alot when I literally do not go anywhere at all but grocery store and even so a tire does not go bald in a week and a half at all all in all he charged me for another tire smh highly disappointed and irritated will definitely NOT be returning for anymore tires at all and would NEVER recommend if I was going to be charged again for HIM putting a bad tire on my truck I would Have never returned I would have went somewhere else because now I do not trust them or their service why would that tire go flat and I purchase another one from them NO I was lies to believing if I just make it up there it would be tooken care of HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and will be posting to social media as well DO NOT SHOP

Thier used tires are very old and it will be flat after 2 hours, when you go back to them they said it used and we are not responsible, trust me guys don't go there

They changed my tire but didn't tell me the one I bought was too wide and it rubbed and burned so I can't take it back where I bought it. Waste of time and money for me.
