Glass City installed my motorhome split windshield. Done quickly and professionally. I had been quoted a lower price by others who then backed out when I said "let's do it", but Glass City was not afraid to tackle the job.

These people do not hold appointments , they were suppose to show up twice now for an estimate and were no shows both times , not even a call . I gave them the benefit of doubt the 1st time . I ll be giving someone else my money now . Bad business !!

Literally have been trying get service for 2 months. Always told I ll be called back and never received the call. Customer service terrible. Guy on the phone my name off the list to get an estimate because I called back to ask why I still haven t received service or any type of estimate after 2 months. Hung up in my face. I wouldn t advise anyone to shop here.

Beyond happy! I fully recommend! Brought in an antique curio cabinet to get 2 pieces of curved glass installed and get a new front piece of glass. The guy was extremely knowledgeable. He told me things about my cabinet that we didn't know. My cabinet looks amazing & price was reasonable!

The owner was smoking behind the store counter inside the establishment. There are 2 no smoking signs. He stared at me and asked, "What do you want?", when clearly I was bringing in a large broken window. He was unable explain how the windows are put together. He said he was too busy to explain. I was the only customer there. I said waiting 1-2 weeks would be ok with me.He said to go elsewhere if you need the window done in a reasonable time.. The person who referred me apologized to me and said that the owner is a raging alcoholic who only treat old customers well. The owner asked me why I'm arguing with his right to smoke in his establishment. I have allergies and I felt my chest tightening up there. I feel this owner is disrespectful to people in general. It is too bad. Because i was told this place was actually good. The only other possibility is the owner is also racist because I'm not white folk like him. I hope your experience is better.

Friendly and cool staff! Double pane window was repaired and back in my hands in about 2 hours same day Price was unbeatable, and service was excellent. For a repair that Ace Hardware told me would take 2 weeks to complete, and costed more money than Glass City; you can't lose with Glass City Inc! I highly recommend this company

Poor customer service and the older guy that answers the phone who I'm assuming is the owner is extremely blah, inpatient and rude. I contacted the business for a quote for my company and after he gave me the quote he immediately hung up before I could even say thank you. Don't care how long this business has be serving the community this business needs to seriously improve in providing great customer service! I have also came in prior to the phone call to make an order and even then he was rude. They do not show customer appreciation here, so if you are looking to do business with a friendly business then THIS IS NOT THE BUSINESS. GO ELSE WHERE.

Called and asked for a quote and I asked if they could come to my place of employment and do it. And the guy says we don t do things like hillbillies!! Probably is the owner speaking like this. He made his money over the years and don t care how he talks to people. Good thing I wasn t a hillbille or else I would of found it offensive.

I had a thermal pane window broken on a tennants property towards the end of December. Is was a casement window so removed it and brought it to 3 different places that I knew did glass repair. Two of them didn't repair double pane/thermal pane glass - 1 of them could do it, but it was a 14 day turnaround - yes, 14 days!I found this place on Google (1 non-detailed review.) gave it a shot and completely lucked out. Not only could they do it, but said they could get it done that day. Service was excellent, staff was friendly, price was fair.Bonus - they've been there 31 years. They proudly display a sign that states they use all American glass companies for their supplies to "keep Americans working". That means something to me. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.

My husband went to get a glass pane repaired. This place was awesome. Quality service, exceptional customer service, and very fair affordable pricing. We'll be back.

They did a nice job reglazing a window for me however the price charged was way above what they quoted me. If you use them make sure you get your quotes in writing.

Took a double pane window in, owner said about a week, i paid for it and left, got a call about 3 hours later and they were already done replacing it.... I will definitely be using them in the future

You can not go wrong with Norm and his crew at Glass City. Been using them for over 20 years now. Honest and fair, the way ol'school business is done.

Took them a broken thermopane, they told me 1 week, got it back in one week. Very good job done on time.
