This place is convenient, they staff is always kind, every time I come here I always get a kind, cool service tech, the hours of service are good they are open tuesday through Saturday 9-5 and closed Sunday and Monday. They have multiple bays to accompany busy days so go and get your emissions test today

This was my 2nd time going to them . The 1st experience was excellent but this 2nd experience I didn't have much communication with the worker. It felt as if she was there to do her job only. If the customer have concerns and ask questions you shouldn't just brush them off. I contacted customer service and got a quick response from them regarding my concerns.

I dealt with a few very nice people and they gave fast friendly service despite running into an issue with reading my vehicle. They resolved the issue and had me on my way with my new registration.

This location is very quick. The line is musically only about 10. It only takes less than 15 minutes to get test

I was served in a timely manner. The employees were courteous and efficient. But, the employee that renewed my registration rounded up my total and did not give me my change. I was due about 68 cents, but she did not give it to me.

Went on a Friday evening and pulled right in. Machine wouldn't read at first but after a reset it read, my car passed and I was on my way.

MOST of the staff shows professionalism in carrying out their duties. The woman ( manager maybe) has what appears to be some biases along with an attitude that does not play well with good customer service. Comes off as arrogant and not the type of arrogance normally associated with job knowledge. Could have been five stars, but her attitude ruins it for me.

Although the service is always quick and good. I went to this place once to test my vehicle and failed because of 2 sensor codes. I paid out over $500 for both sensors installed on different days. My engine light went out. No other codes are reading from my vehicle, but i failed the 2nd time. My sticker was going to expire before the next week. Is this a tactic to make money offering me a 30 day extension? Well it worked.... To keep from putting out more money, I had to buy a 30 day extension even though my vehicle shows no codes and runs like a champ. Go figure........

This is one of the best managers she goes all out for customers. Here she is changing a license plate for 80 year old man who couldn't do it himself.

Fast in and out. They opened a second lane and the car behind me jumped to cut me in line. The young man working seen and made sure I was the next to get tested
