The staff here was extremely helpful, friendly, and fast. We came in with a flat tire and they were able to patch us up and get us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!

Once again they said they fixed our valve stem and didn't. Three times they lied and said they fixed things that were not.

This is an AMAZING shop. They do lowered cars as well, which is super convenient. Not many shops mess with lowered cars. They also have amazing customer service and always treat me right. One of the most honest shops around, too. Alex always takes amazing care of me and his customers. Highly recommend. Their work is the BEST.

These guys....!Been having my vehicles serviced here for several years to my complete satisfaction and I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Dave the owner along with PJ and Alex and the crew of mechanics there are all first rate! IMHP there is NO better auto shop in the city of Gary! If you're having a problem, Dave is ALWAYS willing to work with you on pricing and the work being done. God bless all of the people there and may they keep doing what they do! THANKS GUYS!

Dave is only out to make money. Do not take your business here, Dave will do services to your vehicle not needed. Charging a fee for using the shop, that Dave does not tell you about. If you take your vehicle here you need to verify the work was done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NEGATIVE MINUS 100 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I love the owner & mechanics.They are always friendly, professional and knowledgible.Helpful also.Most I here speak about the cost of repairs-but if you want it done rightWell, your care is an investment.If you have a problem they will fix it until you are satisfied.

So I'm on my way to dr. Office on inter 94 heat car overheats pulled off Gary exit drove to firestone met a great guy names David je immediately had my car put on hoist, told me the issues mad repairs I was back on road within the hr. Bery nice people very honest HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very knowledgeable and the price was half the the price of their competitors I was in and out in a reasonable time the owner told me that they have been in business the very Indiana area for 30 years I would recommend them to anyone who wants to save money

Horrible customer service!! Do not goto them unless you want to be charged an arm and leg for something that s not the problem then be charged again for what they did not fix (which was the problem in the first place) Dave does not listen to his customers instead talks over them and then hangs up on. Worst Firestone franchise but what can you expect from Gary?

Chad the store manager is very disrespectful. They do not handle business accordingly. Needs to be run properly. They don t even do car inspections.. this place needs help as soon as possible

Me and this place go way back.We actually grew together.Not only is the prices reasonable but whatever your car may need they are there for you.Mostly same day service.Firestone has really stood tall for G.I.

Slowest car place in town my coworker car broke down after the fact she just got it back from these money hungry halfworkers then got the nerves to take they time and be off as if they wasn't slacking already skipp this place if possible or until they get some better workers

Went to get a tire for my trailer guy at register tells me they only have one mounted on a rim ok so I'll pay for the tire and rim I ask and get my old rim back yes he says I pay 145for rim and tire and then say oh no they keep the old rim how is that right this place is a joke and a rip off do not go there !!! Sad thing is I've taken them my business multiple times and they screw me over I'll never go here again

I had my son to get my car to them get my back tire look it and those people stole brand new tires off my car and two old bald tires on my car and i just brand new tires for my car less than a month ago i will never do business with every again

Worse service ever, took my tire made me wait for an hour to come back and tell me they had no tire .. can't get anyone worth while on the phone either .. go somewhere else!!
