The lady that assisted me quick and to the point I bought new jack that came with 2 jack stands the box had been opened and she asked if I wanted to check it to make sure all items were present. Thought that was cool.

Chris from start to finished was excellent with his knowledge vehicle and parts location. His whole process from looking up the parts needed to locating the items in the store was emaculant I must say. Even when we came back the second time for another additional part he gave us the appropriate info on it since the store no longer recieved product from that shipper. I thank him so much for his time patience and customer service skills.

02/04/24We have a commercial account, bought some sway bar links some time back with life time guarantee, SMART PANTS CHRIS from commercial said you guys probably bought them from advance auto and hang up the call call time 9:48AM Christ is a good example of an unprofessional employee

Woman at this location was very rude, definitely shouldn t work in customer service. I took my needs to advance auto parts. I m a very patient understanding of how working with public can be. But I was pretty irritated by this woman.

I was very impressed with the service/help that I received at the Gary, IN location. Marcella was knowledgeable and patient with everything that I had to get done. Kudos to her and Chris for all the help and professionalism.

Reasonable prices and great warranties on parts that are worth it with lifetime guarantees. Employees will try to add in unnecessary things like lube for brakes etc. Make sure its absolutely necessary to purchase it because staff tends to up sale products. When I told the young lady that I did not need the brake lube she gave me AtTiTuDe but I guess its her job to push certain products just like its my money and I choose to spend it how I want.

The older guy here was extremely helpful and has some great insight. He mentioned that he has worked there for over 20 years. A visit well worth the price of oil and a filter.

In my opinion I know enough about a vehicle however I did not know something as simple as plugging in the " what's wrong plug in!"there was super helpful and taking this upon themselves and doing so. Which is much appreciated in my standards.

Depends on who s working what kinda help you can get but I have had someone change my lights, help me with changing fluids, and diagnosing check engine problems

Went to get a battery check, the clerk was rude, had the car with me he wouldn't be bother to help. Ask to borrow tools, he acted as if I was a pest. Decided to go to O'Reilly across the street. Got better service.

It's all good.With this covid 19 demonstration going down ,they are only limited to certain things they can do for you now,which is totally understandable.They basically don't want to touch your vehicle at all. It's all fair with love and war. Which We're at war with this epidemic and I still got nothing but love for them......

They are a convenient place. They can allow you to run a diagnostic on your car and receive a printout. They can change out your battery. They were very friendly and polite at this location. Be on the lookout cause you may just find a mechanic is these places.

A local automotive parts business in one location for over 30 years. A chain store that has most things your car needs to stay on the road. From oil and tires to wiper blades and batteries you can find what you are looking for. Friendly service from a knowledgeable staff. Return items are not a problem. Stop by for your cars needs and you will be a satisfied customer.

this is one of the places that I trying to I probably weekly I go there I'm mechanic and they do have a lot of parts that their feet might need and also they they have a lot of tools you know just in case I get around to an area when I need a special tool they do have very wide variety you know of different tools for you need

I called this particular store to inquire about a part before I drove there. I was told they had the part. I drive right there only to be told they don't have the part. The staff is lazy and most don't know what they are talking about. I will never be patronizing this establishment ever again.

Check engine light is on. I asked the lady if she can check for me why it was on. And I'll buy the part. Any other auto zone I ever went to they did it for me. She give me the device for me to do it myself. I tired and I could not figure it out. I just left. She didn't asked any questions. If i got it or not. Went to o Reilly's. Thank you o Reilly's
