I'm always able to find what I'm looking for and more. Most of the time there is one person at cashier. So there is a small wait and on this day his system wasn't cooperating. He apologized and moved station and handled my purchase.

There was a young man there and I hate I don t remember his name but he was very helpful and friendly. Actually told me something better to use than what I originally purchase and the price was more reasonable. Very helpful young man.

This place ebbs and flows. Sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you get some guy mumbling to himself and looking up the wrong year and wrong model when you said it twice.

Came in to exchange my platinum brake pads that have a Lifetime Warranty . Was told that I have too many exchanges. My last visit was over 2years ago. Wouldn't get my money anymore.

Did order for rear wiper blade now remind you I purchase my front and back ones from Advance Auto before the lady in store informs me we don't install rear wipers and that my order was ready had to wait for them to actually get it together when they stated it was ready for pickup. Worse experience ever at this store I will never come back

No I was next door at dollar tree getting the orange bag of trail mix....it's delicious I purchased 5 bags at 1.25 per bag....no more 1.00 items..so basically they need to change their name... from dollar tree to 1.25 tree.

Not my first time being in her bed before today customer service but it was two women and one dude very nice customer service gave me everything that I need it for my battery and getting my discount coupons Bernat customer service will go again.

Brian is amazing!! I needed to replace a 7 year old battery in my sister's SUV like right now. Although it was -5 below zero (not counting wind chill) and no inside facility to make the battery exchange, Brian put customer service above the frigid temperatures and got me up and running in no time flat. If he's indicative of all of the crew at Advance Auto on 22nd & Grant St., then you can't POSSIBLY go wrong by doing business there. Thanks again, Brian. You're are T.H.E. MAN!!!

My toe is broke & staff sent me to look around for velcro strips for my Ipass. They didn't have them, I guess. Staff didn't know if they carry them or not,didnt know & could careless. If you need any type of assistance , dont go there.

Talainia, Emmanuel and the Puerto Rican dude are the go to people. Quick, friendly, professional and help expedite you through the process from figuring out what kind of cars you have, Info,and what you really need at a comfortable price.Hopefully I spelled her name right, she won't beat me up for it because she's so cool and collective about certain things.

I asked for a battery for a Mercury Mariner, they gave me a battery for a MOUNTAINEER. They Happily exchanged it the next day when i called and told them what happened. TYAA

Always gives wrong part ... especially the white lady that likes to raise her voice at customers...I will never purchased anything from there again....and Will past the word.
