I went to this dealership first back in December 2022 for an oil change and they showed me my cabin filter, which needed changed.I was in last night for another oil change which they said I wasn't on the books after calling 2 weeks back and scheduling, okay they did the oil change anyway for me.They called me to pick my vehicle up and when I got there they had it in the air, it was not ready...They took it upon themselves to change 2 filters without discussing with me first. One of them being the cabin filter which was changed 4 months ago by them Also proceeded to tell me my tires were going to need changed by winter when my tires were bought 9 months ago I do not recommend this location.

Amazing customer service! We bought a van from them. The display had an issue so we took it in. Not only were we provided with another vehicle while ours was worked on they continued to look for the problem taking our van a total of 3 times before finding a short and fixing it. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future! More of a family experience than a customer experience 10/10

I m not usually one to post reviews, but I need to give credit where credit is due. We had a wonderful experience with this dealership and our salesman, Keith.We were buying a used Chrysler Pacifica that they had received on trade.Right from the start Keith was very honest and upfront with things that were wrong with the van. Even things that we would not have noticed until months after buying it. They offered a fair price for the van we bought and gave us a fair trade-in value on our previous vehicle.They were very laid back and not pushy at all. By far the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. I m not a Ford guy, but might consider converting when I buy my next truck, just so I can buy through them again.Would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience. We have been looking for a new Ford F150 for our SAR/UAS/Public Safety Agency response and had zero luck. They had a lightly used unit in stock. They responded quickly, made a very impressive offer and we took it. Really easy to deal with and would purchase from them again even though they are 5 hours away. Thanks to Keith Perry in sales for his work.

Been there a few times in past for work on the 150.. Been having troubles with truck intermittent. Well today truck was full on not running good. Dealerships have wanted it to act up on them so they could figure the issue out. Was nearest to yoder.. limped the truck there.. wouldnt take time to hook reader up. So ben davis did it for me and they're getting the 750 to fix it instead up yoder. Yoder said I'd have to schedule it out to get read. Hope yoder closes for good.. just rude.

I was told over the phone that because they just needed to replace a radiator hose they wouldn't charge me for labor, so here I am paying $179 because they charged me $122 for labor to replace one radiator hose. I'm not

Great service. Ron and the service department are second to none. They do the job right, I had a hard to find coolant leak. They fixed it. The price was fair. I was treated better than I deserved. I didn't buy my truck at Yoders,but you can bet I will next time.

I really appreciated the honesty of Ron and the service department. I had my truck in for service and they fixed the issue in one day for a very reasonable price. I had previously had my truck checked out at Bob Thomas Ford and was told it had oil leaks on the valve covers and timing cover. I was quoted $1516.91 to repair them but I did not go thru with it at the time. I decided to get a second opinion while my truck was in for service. Ron explained that what my truck had was not classified as an oil leak by Ford..it was moisture along the gasket or at most a minor seep. I live close to Ben Davis Ford and work by Bob Thomas Ford but I will be a customer of Yoder Ford from here on! Thank you!

I've bought many cars in the past but never received the type of service that Yoder ford gave us. They weren't pushy at all, they took the time to explain all of the vehicle functions to us and showed professionalism and honesty from start to finish! I highly recommend them and would be delighted to continue buying from them in the future.

Everyone from the first point of contact to the end was extremely professional and friendly. We are so very pleased with the experience. I had problems with a 2018 F-150 lease truck while on vacation.Bill Yoder and his staff were very helpful about getting me to a Ford dealer for repairs. When I got back home I called and ask Bill Yoder for a free service for being inconvienced while on vacation. He said sure, he could do that. My thanks to Bill Yoder and his staff. Customer service means a lot to me and they have it.

Love my C-Max Energi! When we went shopping for an electric or hybrid, Yoder's was the only dealer in the area energy certified! They know their vehicles and customer Service is excellent. We had a problem with the charger, they immediately replaced it. Highly recommend Yoder's!
