Same all other services. Almost 3 nights spent there without results.Services and facilities are awesome. But I wasn't there for rest , I was there because my truck software was in need fixed. No, they couldn't, and I got back to our yrd by bus .my load was carried by another truck and still my truck parked some corners

I hate when I have to do this but I took my truck to this shop 4 times, 3 of them for the same issue. I have a coolant leak on the side of my engine, they kept my truck for almost 3 weeks and said head gasket was replaced. As you can guess the issue wasn t fixed at all in fact it made it much worse. I got back there on Sunday and waited until Monday so they can check it. After checking they said the fitter was loose and now it s fixed. Here 2 days later I m at the point where I m losing a gallon of coolant in a few hours. Before I took it to this shop it was only a few drops on the side of my engine now after they fixed it it goes through a gallon in 3-4 hours. Wasted my time and damaged my truck. Ladies at the front desk are very nice tho

Dean, Ed, and the whole night shift were excellent to work with. They communicated well and helped me out of a bind. We are not regular customers, but felt as if we had being business with them for years. The drivers lounge was a great place to get work done while they got the truck going again. When the issue with our tractor was more serious than we thought, they allowed us to leave our equipment in the lot while we made alternative arrangements to finish the trip.

Dean is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. He's always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure my truck is fixed right and on time. He's also great at explaining the repairs to me in a way that I can understand.I recently brought my truck in for a major repair. Dean took the time to diagnose the problem and explain the options to me. He gave me a fair estimate and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. He even made sure to get my truck back to me on time, even though they were really busy.Dean is a valuable asset to Stoops Semi Shop. He's the reason I keep coming back for all my truck repair needs. Love this shop. They were honest with me and being next to a truck stop is nice to be able to swing in to get some work done. Their waiting area is really nice too. Dean behind the counter helped me out with everything and is very professional and fun to talk to. And his manager and co workers were equally as pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely my new go to freightliner when I m in the area. Thanks everyone working there!

Ed, Ms Shaetastic and friends were very warm the whole time. They got me in and out in a day. I'm never happy about freightliner prices but they do their best to work quick. If I have to see a big bill like you will at freightliner at least they make it worth it. I'll be back

Added a block heater. Part install was 5 stars. The quote was 1,200, they charged me 1,450 after talking to the service manager saying I knew the install didn't use 5 hours labor he did a good faith adjustment to 3 hours labor. My ELD showed start time of 7:45 and end time at 10:15. Using an ethical cost adjustment process from the quote to the actual repair time before billing the customer would have kept me from having to haggle the cost of the install. Ed, Bailey, Dean and Shaelynn were helpful throughout the process.

I replace my CBC for $1700 laborI advise avoiding installing the part at the dealer because there are many mechanics who charge sums not exceeding $200, as one of my friends did on Marion Indiana

Great shop great service Dean and the others were helpful and accommodating. Nice lounge comfortable seats shower and laundry is available if you re waiting on repairs

I am here at their shop right now, and their mechanics are honest and trustworthy and very professional at their work. They have a clean drivers lounge with a restroom and shower room, vending machine, recliner seats with TV, and coffee maker. Overall, not five stars but six stars.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for them just to get the answer - no,we can t take you today? Hope that type of dealers will learn how to run a business. If I could give them 0 star - I would.

I have been to innumerable Freightliners throughout this country and Stoops Freightliner is easily the most dishonest, and unskilled. A "no flame" on the bunk heater came to a total cost of $1,489.82. That's with a glow pin part costing $197.15, a flame overheat sensor costing $74.36, a seal ring costing $6.99, a gasket costing $10.29, and (drum roll) $1,017.50 for "professional" labor. Mind you, their $201.00 an hour professional technician was CLEARLY a functional sot. Their services were completed in the evening on 01/05/2023. The next night the newly $1,489.82 repaired bunk heater stopped working and had a "no flame" message. When I called these people I was met with cynicism and indignation about my claim, in spite of the fact I was just there 24 hours ago. I was told I could go to any Freightliner because the PARTS were warranted, however, the LABOR COST was not. I am certain anything above two stars is internally fabricated. Nefarious charlatans.

Open 7am to Midnight. Arrived at 7:10am. The office staff super friendly and helpful. Greated me right away. Needed a mud flap replaced. Made sure they had product and a tech to do it. Company doesn't want me to do it on another company trailer. They were fast at getting me back on the road again. The office and parts room were very clean. Every employee I came across greeted me. Will definitely be back for parts on my 2016 Freightliner Columbia

They do good and quick work. For granted I didn't have anything major done but they got right to me and fixed my truck. You can't be in a hurry when getting repairs done tell them what's wrong let them do the work. No problems here and this isn't the first time I've been here.

Charged me to replace a def doser valve instead of cleaning it. It is a $200 part! Austin, the service manager, told me the nozzle has to be replaced because it becomes clogged with carbon. Not so. It can be cleaned.

Over the past 5 years, I have dealt with these guys as both a company driver and as an owner operator, and I have had no problems with them. They are the only company I will let work on my truck. The mechanics and the office staff are good people, and they have always been nice to me and professional. I don't know about the other reviewer, but if you're a company driver, they don't need to talk to you...they are going to do what your company tells them to do.

I ve never been to your facility however two of your workers pulled over and got me out of a ditch this morning. I didn t catch their names but they got me to work and saved me from a towing bill. I m so thankful! You got some real great folks!

It's a great service. My problem was addressed in a timely manner. Nice waiting lounge, even has a shower. Info on free shuttle to/from hotel available on site if you're stuck longer. Recommended.

I called and visited several shops and dealers over two months trying to simply change a speedometer parameter.I kept getting "WE CANT" or "I don't know"This Stoops said "yes we can".. took me in at 7:am the next day and had me out at 9:30am.Fixed my speedo, cruise control and my engine brake even tho I just needed my speedo done.And it was waaaay cheaper than I thought it would be @ $232.00 Hats off to the mechanic who worked on my truck. He was very meticulous.
