Being an OTR driver, The guys at Fremont Kenworth were super helpful, I broke down on the turnpike CEL. I got towed in in the middle of the night. They got me in immed the next morning, any of us otr guys know that s near impossible. and were very courteous and polite. The service manager was calm under fire, putting up with me lol. And went to bat for me, with my warranty company. The parts guys helped me order some parts and not kill me on the price. They are also mailing them to me, as they weren t in stock until tomorrow. I would def recommend these guys and do business here again. Thanks to everyone at Fremont KW. Good job guys.

First thanks to God Alhamdulilaah I m very happy that i made the right choice to go Fremont Kenworth my truck is kenworth T680 I struggled 3 times and spent a lot in this very bad and tough time trucking marketI got towed to here a great mechanic got the issue others didn t Thanks the gentleman again and again

It can be a bit slow in the parts department but they seem to care about our orders and getting them right. Service has been helpful and good to work with as well.

I m a driver and brought in my truck to be dropped off and I was gonna have to pick up this other truck. I m not gonna lie whoever drove. The other truck was messy and I was not thrilled on switching trucks. Dustin whom I ve never met before help me switch, fire extinguishers and plug something in. He noticed my disappointment and switching trucks to this dirty one and he pulled it In quickly to see if it was an easy switch or not and it was. My wonderful boss gave me permission to wait on it. Ty so much Dustin for the help

09/25/22 Was towed to their lot on a Sunday. Checked in first thing Monday morning. Was told about 2 hours that there are 3 trucks ahead of me. Sat i. my truck and watched truck after truck leave and a new one go in. Saw 2 trucks gets towed onto the property and get pulled right in. Went in about 11 and was told not much longer that I will be pulled in shortly. Checked back 1400 and was told the same thing. 1700 came and they closed up and went home for the night. Worst place to come if you are wanting speedy service and honest staff.***update it s Tuesday 09/27/22 went in to find out why my truck wasn t diagnosed on 09/26/22. I was told because when the tech went to get my unit it was not located in the lot. I laughed and said the drive axel is disconnected from the tow, the bleeder valve for tank 2 is off so it won t hold pressure and the truck won t move more then 15 feet before stop engine.He told me they would be out in a bit to get it. I thought it was funny because the tech that came and got it walked right too it.****

These guys are super nice in the service department and go above and beyond. I forgot my personal keys and was almost to PA when I noticed. I called and asked them to overnight them to my home terminal and they did. Twice (becausethe first set was house keys that didn't have my vehicle key on it). Haven't really touched base with them on my company truck yet but just overnighting my key gets them 5 stars because that was awesome.

I have no idea how any of you had a pleasant experience at this place, I was here two times,the first one it took them 13 hours to do a simple update and they didn't fix anything with it, so it ended up costing more money at a place that know what they are doing. The second time they told me to come in,that they can take a look at something else tomorrow morning. So i did i drove 200miles got there at 1 in the morning just to be told at 8am by the extremely unfriendly lady in the service department we dont have time today right at the door step,it doesn't hurt to at lease be polite and smile.

Went in there for a tank strap repair, grease job, and brake inspection, in that order.The tank strap repair was the thing I absolutely needed done that day.After 8 hrs the only thing done was a grease job and generic brake inspection that didn't diagnose anything.At 5pm I finally decided to pull my truck and I'll get the work done somewhere else.I understand shops get busy but 8 hours and just a grease job? The service writer was nice but it was obvious his techs didn't even communicate with him because he thought the strap repair was finished also.He's the only reason this place got 2 stars from me instead of 1

11/09/21 (Day 1): My truck was towed to the shop, taken right in, and the issue assessed immediately. The mechanics seem extremely knowledgeable and very courteous, super helpful. Day 5: I was told the part was on the way, shld be there Monday, 11/15, and it would be fixed that week.Nov 21: Still waiting, no update at all.Will update again

I have a 1988 Kenworth K100E cabover and getting parts can be a challenge. The parts people at Fremont have been great. They have put in real effort to help me keep my truck up and running. The service department has always treated me real well.Overall, I'm very happy to have a good dealership just 12 miles from the house

The people here are AWESOME!!They get the needs of the Big Rig drivers and are all on board to help with courteous prompt expert service advice and pricing.The service manager, Brad, was outstanding in his concerns to me as independent owner/operator on getting my truck in on a moment's notice for diagnostics. Cody, the service tech, was very knowledgeable on my truck and engine specs. He took his time on explaining certain dtc's and their potential causes. He answered in detail on all the questions I asked, no matter how unimportant they may have been.Then, I was browsing in the parts department and met Ryan. As were his co workers, Ryan was on top of his game and again answered all my questions and if he didn't have an answer he phoned someone with the correct info.Again, a very helpful and knowledgeable person.Last but not least, the cashier. I didn't get her name, but she was polite and gladly accepted my money.Fremont Kenworth will be my dealer of choice!!

took my truck in for repairs for shutting down going down road they looked at all other issues before figuring out why it was shutting off. then proceded to give me 3 different stories on whats going on i will no longer take my truck to them. also told me i needed a turbo that they put on this truck on 2-6-20 so its normal for them to have turbos last 1 year for 2300 just for part it should definetly last longer. ill just use a local shop instead of dealer bills towing and repair is honest the first time. my steering gear box they said i needed was actually just a pitman arm.

Awesome group of guys. They have a lot of work but what shop doesn't seem to have enough room to accommodate all the work. Takes awhile but service is good. If it didn't take so long, definitely 5 stars.

My company had me take my T-680 here..Took my truck in shop in less than 2 hrs.....they checked/replaced two pulleys on front of motor, check/high air pressure they had to troubleshoot and replaced air pressure filter, replaced all belts, fuel leak check near fuel pump..they replaced fuel pump, checked and replaced all batteries, did PM service that was due, and had a recall for some light sensor they took care of.....their friendly here both the service staff and techs. They took me to motel and picked me up after. I want to give credit to the tech who worked on my truck and also specifically to Harley, he was very nice about giving me a ride to and from motel, and informing me of my truck, he also very smart tech. The only thing is communication could be improved from the service department office folks while your waiting in the drivers lounge, so if your waiting and no one has updated you, go see them or call them, otherwise my experience here was good. Approvals from my company and to them delayed the work some. This is a combination of old school and new school shop which I think is a good thing.

I didn't even know I had been sitting for a couple of hours and by the time of my second smoke break my truck was ready to roll. The drivers lounge really is relaxing and comfortable. Big thanks to the team at Kenworth of Fremont Palmer!!!!-Bullock

Having trouble with batteries only 5 months after buying 2018 680 from Palmer trucks of Fort Wayne. Wanted new ones and we're on warranty. I waited from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm before I got in. They tested the batteries and all were just over 50%. And not much over. They wouldn't give me the new ones and I paid $160 for nothing. 50% on a 5 month old truck is bs. Now I'll probably have to wait a long time at another dealership in a couple months just to get my new batteries and another $160 plus lost time. Services is terrible anymore and there is no care taken by these places.

Transmission went out on my rig on friday... was advised my truck would be done on tues morning... after talking with a service tech monday, i learned they hadnt pulled out the transmission and didnt know when theyd get the job done... service tech didnt seem to be concerned or have any sence of urgency... if you can go to another shop, i would recomend that. Service manager seemed like a good guy, but the techs hardly seemed interested in thier jobs...

Terrible service! Came in for a battery for my reefer. Rich wrote up my work order then walked away. Sat for 2 hrs waiting patiently. Finally went to see what was the hold up and was told they were waiting on me to call my boss to set up payment. I'M AN OWNER OPERATOR PAYING CASH!!! I never was asked how I'd be paying, no one came to ask me how I made out. This is a pretty crappie way to run a buisness.

The lady at service counter is rude. They lie and tell u ur next and they take in other trucks that came in after you. They don t care this is worst kenworth I ve ever been and will not come back ever

Ive been to this location twice and have yet to be disappointed. They staff is very friendly and the techs know what they are doing. They drove me to a local hotel and picked me up the next day, great customer service!!

We had a bumpy start the reason I gave this place a 5 star was only and soly basted on one mechanic otherwise I'd give them a 1 star @ frist I tryied to explain the problem to one mechanic and talked to me like I was a stupid driver I'm a mechanic and a business owner then the service desk booked me in and then they couldn't get to truck for 4 days while I tryied to rent a car to go home none available then ending up staying in a hotel by truck stop but then the next week I got a ride back their and talked with a different mechanic and he listened and the problem of this paccar turned out being the problem I was explaining to him and he ordered parts fixed it plugged into truck regeneration truck done haveing had a problem since now I know they only deserve a 1 star but this mechanic listened checked and then fixed.

This place i thought it was a good place but i was wrong they told me my truck was done i get there and the check engine light was still on so they check it and def trouble now they ordered the part and now i don't get it tell tomorrow and so now it will be aweek i have not made any money bs if you ask me
