I was displeased with the salesman here. I am less than two miles from this place. He made sure to let me know that if using a card he was billing 3% extra. I have a card from the company that makes the mower I bought. I bought the mower from a location over 40 miles away instead. * I am happy with the parts dept at the Franklin location.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Had these guys work on my Kabota lawn mower last year and charged me $600 and brought it back and dropped it off. Ran fine the first time I used it to mow the grass then the second time I used it it broke down in the front yard from the same thing. Said they would come and pick it back up and fix it but they NEVER showed up and wouldn't return my phone calls. Not only that but they were supposed to sharpen the blades and DID NOT do that either. But they sure did charge me for it. They basically took $600 from me that I didn't have. If you need your lawn mower worked on and want it done right with EXCELLENT customer service call premier outdoor power equipment ! Trust me you'll be glad you did

The location where i purchased my Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor from was a casualty of the pandemic. According to the cub cadet website this is my closest part location. They helped me locate the proper part when there was 15 different versions of the part (wheel for the deck). They had the part in and it was around $15. I probably spent more in gas than the part. The parts lady and guy I dealt with were both happy to help me and just wanted me to get the proper part. This was on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately will be back tomorrow due to another broken part (my fault)

Great customer service all around. Eric was an awesome salesman very easy to work with. Purchased a mower and he delivered it a few hours later so I could have it over the weekend! Love the cub cadet ZT1 so far!

A very nice place! I was looking for a particular mower for my husband and they got it in in less than a week. It was a surprise so I picked it up myself and they were very friendly and helpful while explaining all of it to me. He loves his mower and it is always nice to support a smaller business compared to the national stores. Thanks, Jacobi!

Knowledgeable , friendly , down home kind of business , will definitely do more business with them . Parts guy was easy to deal with . Ordered my part with no problem . Parking is a little weird tho . But still easy to find & worth the visit .

Very disappointing parts associate. Had broken a PTO shaft on a brush hog and was looking for a replacement. Associate wouldn t even try to help me find a part that would work since they didn t have the brand of brush hog in their system. Couldn t even go back to look if they had anything that could help me. Useless!

It's always nice to do business with places that know you by name. Parts staff is always helpful, and have had great luck with making a few equipment purchases there as well.

Went here with my daughter and they were great. Had what I needed, granted Cub Cadet genuine parts are over priced, this location has great customer service.

Can order parts for my old 1983 IHC skid steer with no problems. Knew exactly what I wanted. Great parts counter employee.
