The staff was super friendly. We worked with Chase Ferguson. He was easy to work with, he went above and beyond getting my truck detailed and ready. Always responded to my questions. Highly recommend Hubler Ford to anyone looking for a car or truck to buy.

I bought a used Maverick that had an airbag recall that had not been taken care of before being put out on the lot so I m dealing with that which the part is on back order very inconvenient. My salesperson Bill Webb was nice but not very knowledgeable about Ford product. The finance manager pulled a quick one when I went back to sign contract. So if you buy from Hubler Ford in Franklin make sure you bring your best game and you are on your toes!

Taylor and Waylon were so great! They were so helpful with my daughter's very first car purchase. They explained everything in detail to her and took the time to answer all questions and went over all paperwork in detail, helped her understand what she was signing and left no stone unturned. They made her first car buying experience really great, and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped us and talked to us.

I am very disappointed with the communication from Hubler Ford. I have been shopping for a used vehicle for a few weeks and all other Hubler dealers have been excellent. However Hubler Ford in Franklin seems to be lacking when it comes to communication. The sales rep Chase was very kind and really the only reason for 3 stars. He did his best to assist me and I appreciated his efforts. I first sent an email asking for more information on a used car but never got a response. So I called at 10am to inquire. I was told it was a new trade so they needed to get some information and call me back in about 20 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later but was told the sales rep was unavailable. I proceed to work assuming they might call later. I never received a call back so I called again on my way home from work. I was again told the sales rep was unavailable but would be given a note to call me. I decided to stop in the dealership and was able to connect with Chase (he was not the original sales rep I spoke with). Chase was eventually able to find out the vehicle had already been sold. Chase wanted to show me other vehicles but I was frustrated that it sold without even being given the opportunity to see the vehicle that morning. Chase then asked if I would be willing to talk to the sales manager. I said sure, but he never came over and seemed too busy to care about my concerns. As I left the dealership I received a call from the orginal sales rep that was unavailable all day. He wanted to know if I was still interested in the vehicle. I said I already stopped by and was told it sold. He then began talking about a different vehicle that I had not inquired about. There seems to be a lack of communication between the staff and the customers.

Troy, Wayne and Josh were great to work with and got me taken care of fairly and quickly fir my purchase. It was nice not spending hours and hours going back and forth. This was a very pleasant experience with people that seemed to really enjoy what they do. I'll be back.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Worked quickly to get the vehicle we wanted transferred to them the next day and had everything ready for us when we got there to trade our car in. We are really enjoying our 2023 Bronco Sport Badlands. Thank you Bill, Wayne and the rest of the staff for a great buying experience. Will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle!

Even though Hubler Ford is over an hour drive for us, it was definitely worth it. These people have great hospitality, and have worked well to get my family and I into a newer and reliable vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

I bought a truck here right before new years and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Bill was knowledgeable and helpful without being overly pushy.The initial monthly payment number I was presented with wasn t something I was comfortable with, but Wayne and Josh worked with me to get it to a number I was thrilled with. I feel like I got a great truck for a great price.

Blake was very professional and kind didn't pressure us. The whole staff at Hubler Ford Franklin was amazing and fun. We knew what we wanted came 115 miles away and got it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank y'all very much. We love our truck.

They had my car for 7 weeks and did none of the work they told me it needed. I understand that sometimes it takes time to get parts and all that but during the course of these 7 weeks I called them 27 times and left multiple messages and it wasn t until I told them I was just gonna pick it back up that they actually returned my call. When I picked my car up it was full of trash and cigarette ashes. There was a spilled Gatorade on the front floor board and a spilled polar pop in the back. They completely ran out a full tank of gas so I looked at the dash cams and these people had taken my car to the grocery store, various gas stations, and to an employees home. They were just driving my car the whole time after they told me it needed a 3 thousand dollar water pump. I called the service manager to get an explanation but again never received a call back. Fast forward to today and the water pump was fine, it was just a bad thermostat. Easily the most unprofessional experience I have ever received from anywhere. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would.

They were very friendly, answered all my questions and completed the work on my F250 in a professional manner. Also, they got me in and out of the shop much faster than I expected. Even the manager kept checking on me and introducing me to all involved.I found out that they offer a service that will pickup and return your vehicle without you having to leave home.It was a wonderful experience!

I want to start I am grateful the work was complete and our SUV is working properly. That being said, Franklin Hubler contacted me notifying me all of the parts have arrived and we can move forward with scheduling a date. There was an issue with a previous build pushing ours back after we dropped our vehicle off. Once the issue was corrected our vehicle was pushed back so some easier build could be completed. Once the easier builds could be completed our vehicle was finally on a lift and the work was started 2 weeks later. The work needing to be completed took one week so in total they had our vehicle for over three weeks. I had to call the shop to receive updates on what felt like a daily basis but in the end the work was complete and works as it should.

I would have given 5 stars but the vehicle I bought had no coolant in it when I drove off the lot. I got a great deal and the guys were great but the vehicle started overheating 10 minutes down the road. I added coolant and the vehicle is fine. No leaks or anything wrong. I trust Hubler. That's why I didn't do my due diligence on inspection. Moral to the story is...let a vehicle run for 25 minutes before you buy it and that goes for anybody. I dumbly assumed Hubler serviced the vehicle. I'd still go back and buy from them but they made me panic a bit so they get 3 stars.

So very pleased. I traded in vehicles yesterday 11/24/23 and went home with a 2020 ford explorer and I m so in love with it! The staff was amazing and definitely went above and beyond. This is our 3 rd vehicle purchased and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

First off wouldn t have came to this dealership we found this on Facebook never did. they say it was in Franklin or a dealership they said they work with people with low credit Bad credit was not an issue and payments would be as low as 500 downWell we drove 45 to 55 minutes to get there and back 45 to 55 minutes this started last week then today we called to see if she got approval or not well we had to call from three different phones # and guess what they picked up from a number that we never called them from and then they had the nurves to ask if I would trade my Mercedes in for a Nissan to each his own our experience wasn t good with them, I kept telling my daughter to go somewhere else. This was God s help with me steering her in a different direction..

I bought my 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from them in June paid for the upgraded warranty and it seems to be a joke. The warranty s never cover what happens get damage from hail and say there s to many they won t even try. Now I get notices of recalls from them and they say oh no recall on the car. I am extremely disappointed in their service and honestly regret ever buying my car from them. Even from day one with financing they forgot to turn paperwork in and I had to keep calling them to make sure they were doing their jobs(they weren t I called multiple times over weeks).

Highly recommend Hubler Ford in Franklin! Just picked up my beautiful new Eruption Green 2023 Ford Bronco...I love it. Thanks to Blake Weldy for answering all of our questions, and the service you provided. The General Manager was pretty great as well! Customer service is hard to find these days. The new showroom is beautiful.

Salesman, Aaron Simmons, provided me with the up most respect throughout the whole purchasing process. So much so that i bought 2 cars from him. I am a single mom and am always worried how I will get treated while car shopping. I left feeling like family. Finance manager, Waylon Beatty, ensured I was comfortable with my payment. He spent time understanding my financial boundaries and delivered!! I trust the Hubler team in Franklin and will be back!! Make sure you say, "Hi" to the GM, Virgil!! Tell him Caroline sent you I think he is one of the most caring individuals i have ever met! Make these guys apart of your buying process!! It feels good to get it right!

I took my car in after the check engine light had come on. Within minutes they came back and gave me the news. I needed a new motor. Thank goodness for Ford s Extended Warranty, it was completely covered. They were transparent and kept a clear line of communication throughout the process. I really appreciate the lengths they went through to make sure I got back into my vehicle as quickly as possible. Shoutout to Tony for taking such excellent care of us, and Matt for making sure my car was shiny and new when it was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this location for their customer service alone. Thank you, Hubler Ford Franklin!

Overall, the work was completed and I was satisfied. Due to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) who was originally tasked with writing the service request not entering the tire rotation; the CSR and I had communication problems.

I chose Hubler Ford, Franklin out of all the other places to have my wife's car (2014 escape) towed to after she experienced mechanical issues (message telling her to stop and shut engine off) while driving. The reason that I chose Hubler Ford was based basically on the brand of vehicle and their "possible" familiarity with the possible issue(s) that model has. A few days later I receive a call from their service department (Hannah S.) Explaining that their technician had run a diagnostic test and a new battery was needed. I explained to her that we have car shield extended warranty on the vehicle and she (Hannah S.) Should notify car shield of the issues and get approval from them being the battery was covered under car shield warranty. I received another call from Hannah S. stating that Car Shield was contacted acistd declined covering the battery cost. She (Hannah S.) asked if I wanted to personally cover the cost of the battery and out of desperation to get my wifes vehicle back, I approved it. Once the battery was installed their (Hubler Ford) technician ran another diagnostic test and found a coolant sensor issue that was causing the message/shutdown problem. I once again told Hannah S. to notify Car Shield of the diagnostic test results and get approval from them. I received another call from Hannah S. stating that once again Car Shield wouldn't cover the cost of the sensor or the installation. A day later I was called again by Hannah S. and told that the vehicles engine had been replaced with another engine of the same 1.6 ltr ecoboost but the engine head was different and the sensor could not be installed unless I chose to have the engine head replaced (approximately $4,000.00) in order to install a new sensor and Car Shield wouldn't cover that either. Hannah S. asked if I would approve the new head installation and I declined. Hannah S. Notified me via phone call and told me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I asked her (Hannah S.) What was repaired/replaced on the vehicle and she stated battery. A couple of days before we arrived to pickup the vehicle I decided to contact Car Shield via phone asking what communication they had with Hubler Ford (Hannah S.) Over the past week and Car Shield stated that they haven't received any calls from Hannah S./ Hubler Ford pertaining to my wifes vehicle the entire time and the only call they (Car Shield) do have is when we first notified them of the cars issue. My wife called and spoke with Hannah S. /Hubler Ford via phone call and questioned Hanna S. about the conversation that my wife had with Car Shield not receiving any contact from Hannah S. /Hubler Ford and the response that my wife got was "Car Shield must have their files messed up", I called them". So when my wife and I go to pickup her vehicle and going over the invoice with Hannah S. I questioned why the battery was so expensive and Hannah S.stated that she had them install the best gold trimmed fanciest battery that they had. I also asked Hannah S.If the vehicle was drivable and her statement was "I can't promise you anything being the sensor was never installed".(Customer Service Representative) at it's finest. If I owned this business, I would've fired her on the spot. The entire experience with these clowns has been one excuse after another why a repair can't be done while attempting to collect more money in needless extra repairs. I wouldn't trust these idiots to even change my oil. If there was negative stars to give, there wouldn't be enough.. Piss poor customer service department. Endless excuses. Lying to customers to get around procedures. Ect. If you find yourself in the way of needing repairs on you vehicle. Take heed and find a better place. Your pocketbook and vehicle will appreciate you for that. Honesty and Customer Service goes along way. Maybe these two things should be implemented by Service department and Hannah S.

Bought my 2017 Ford Edge in feb/march of 2021. In July of 2021, I started having engine issues. My car only had 56k miles on it. I took it in, turns out it needed a new small block engine, and warranty would cover it.. due to Covid and parts being back up.. I never got it back until late Oct early November of 2021. In July of this year the check engine light came on.. took it in. Light was cleared and reassured nothing was wrong and sometimes these things happen. November, light comes back and and starts vibrating while driving, and using coolant quickly. Can t get it in until Dec 19. Took it in. Was told the small block needs replaced again. But they aren t covering. The car now has 72k miles on it. And they quoted me 7,900k as a rough estimate. I find it very strange that if they put a BRAND NEW engine in it, and has 14k miles on it roughly, that they won t warranty it. If it s brand new, how does this happen? I m just extremely disappointed in this whole situation and basically was told it is what it is . So make sure you find some one who will warranty their work and make sure they actually do what they say!!! Now I have a car with a loan on it that needs a new engine with no funds to do so.

The overall service and work was good. Of course price was high because it's a dealership. But it was disappointing to have to schedule an appointment months in advance only to have them keep our truck for a week without working on it. I guess the mechanic was sick, but there should be more than one. Or we should have been told to pick our truck up sooner or given a loaner. I was without a vehicle because my husband's truck was just setting in the shop. Poor customer service
