Every person I have talked to here is so kind and so patient. I don t know anything about cars so when I take it here I am giving them my full trust. They could easily scam me. I took my car in on Saturday because when I was reversing and braking it was grinding. It was done that same day, the only issue was it was missing some bolt. They had it looked at and fixed in the same hour. I sadly didn t get their voicemail until Monday night so I didn t get to pick it up till Tuesday morning. When I went in to get it the owner was there and had the doors opened and waved me in 10 minutes before he was even supposed to open the shop and he gave me my keys and wished me a good day. I got in my car and the grinding is gone AND I the awful noise my door was making when I opened it is too because they Wd-40 ed it. I don t even mention it. They just did it and personally, I appreciate those little things. 10/10.

Found out I needed to replace my break pads while on a road trip. Staff was helpful, honest and professional. They got me and my family back on the road within an hour, and I am very grateful for their help.

Every single time I have called, or brought a vehicle in.......a male, that we believe is the owner,......is crass, rude, demanding, inpatient and angry. For example, I called and asked a simple question. The male, sounding disgusted, replied but I had to ask my question again with a few details....the male screamed into the phone and sounding as if they were stroke level angry, "I SAAAID I'D HAVE TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT!!!!". And then slammed the phone in my ear. There was no reason for that. We brung the vehicle in before for an oil change and the male, right in front of us, started yelling and swinging his arms around while speaking with the woman at the desk for a long period of time....that may have been his wife. We almost asked for our car back because it felt uncomfortable. I highly question the validity of high reviews.

A thankful husband and proud father of two (hopefully 3 sooner than later ) honest review is i loved the Atmosphere right away. I will start off by saying i usually work on our own cars i just cant at the moment due to where i live and this car has almost 400,000 miles on it . I spoke with a few "old timers"and this place was the spot i should try.The guy at the counter was nice and knowledgeable no complaints there. The older gentleman shook my hand after i pulled the car in the bay and seemed extremely knowledgeable about cars. All these things were great and what i needed i felt everybody knew what they were doing and liked there job to some degree. Anybody could ask my wife i usually hate taking my vechicles to places like these (jiffy lube and midas are trash corporate places).I will more than likely bring my vechicles here for the time being until i have a place to work on my stuff again myself. Gotta give it an A+!

Tightened oil drain plug to over 75ftlbs (supposed to be at 10ftlbs). Over tightened PLASTIC oil cover to the point of it shattering and me having to take vice grips and a hammer to force the remainder out. Absolute idiots i hope that mechanic knows better now. Thanks for the impressive workmanship, I hope you are proud of the effort you put in every day.Service: Oil change

They said they'd get me home safely and they did! All the way back to South Carolina after my honda accord started stalling out on the high way as we were passing on through. Thank you for the fast and professional service!!

We are from out of state and noticed a noise around the rear passenger tire. Franklin Muffler was recommended by a friend. Wow what a great place. The service was exceptional. The customer service people were very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. We were in and out in less than 1 hour. Great honest hard working people. Would highly recommend.Service: Brakes

Friendly service. Went to get my brakes repaired and they warned it could be just the pads or possibly the calipers as well which would cost me more. After checking they informed me I only needed the pads even though I wouldn't have been able to call them out on it if they had lied so they got my trust and my future business.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

These folks were life savers...I am from Cincinnati and my serpentine belt broke while I was in Franklin. I had visions of (at best) the repair/replacement taking days to complete, or (at worst) being taken advantage of because I was 100 miles from home.To my delight, they got my car in very quickly and I was back on the road much sooner (and with much lower repair cost) than I had expected. This place is awesome!!!! I had a flat and had some lug bolts on my Mercedes bend and break off and they fixed it and only charged me $20 but I paid them $50 because I had their bay tied up for 3 hours waiting on new lug bolts which the wait wasn't their fault.

I had a great experience. The staff are all very courteous and helpful.. I have an old vehicle with over 200,000 miles. I dropped it off in the evening and was called the next day with an assessment. My truck needed alot of work and the fear was that I had blown a head and any repairs may be in vain. They let me know this and quoted a fair price. I told them to proceed with the work and i am extremely happy with the outcome. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic that is fast, friendly and fair.

These folks are WONDERFUL!! I would give them more than 5 stars if that were an option. We have been taking all of our cars here for years. The owners are always clear about what they will do and how much it will cost, and they do a great job. Terrific customer service! This week I brought a friend's car in, and they went way above and beyond to help her out. Many thanks to Jimmy, Kara, Kevin, Frank, and all - I've never met anyone in this shop who wasn't kind and helpful.

This is the mechanic that you dream of. They are trustworthy and quick. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me and I always know that my car is in good hands. Their prices are fair and they are good to their customers. I feel more like a neighbor than a customer. They have done a lot of repairs and maintenance on both of my cars and it is never a hassle. They have helped me out in tight situations. I got a flat tire on my way to work one morning and I stopped in to see if they could look at it. They had the car in and the tire plugged in about 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me! I wont take my cars anywhere else as long as I am in Franklin.

This is the most trust worthy shop I have ever dealt with. The owners Jimmy and Kara are next people and they care about the community they live in. They have raised 3 sons there and all of them work around the shop. Trustworthy work and a great price.

I am very pleased with the service and the work this shop performed on my 2011 Lincoln MKT this past week. Kevin knew just what to do to fix it! Thank you!! Chris and Kara were also helpful behind the desk. I thought the pricing was fair and efficiently done, considering today's car service marketplace. I had a blinking check engine light with a sputtering/knocking engine that appeared suddenly. They kept my vehicle overnight this past Thursday (changed a fuel injector and gave a tune-up, among other things) and I was back on the road with that vehicle by Friday.� I have not had any issues driving it since. It could have been much worse, so I will likely be returning to this shop for future service needs.

I have been going here since 2009. I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and reliable. Jimmy has always been completely honest with me on what needs to be fixed and what can wait awhile. They are neither money hungry nor greedy. I recommend them to everyone I know. I would give them 10 if I could!

I came in one Friday because my car's catalytic converter broke. They said they'd have one for me the following Tuesday. Nope. They had it the next day.I wasn't available to take the car in until the following Wednesday. It was done within a few hours.About a week later and the repair has held up well. My car's never been quieter. Good group of people here.

They are the nicest, most helpful, and straight forward people you will deal with when it comes to your vehicle. I moved down here about 5 years ago and had issues finding some one I liked to deal with, until I came here. I have been going here ever since. I highly recommend to everyone I talk to.

I took my car to Franklin Muffler after it stopped turning on. I dropped it off in the morning, got the battery changed, and had it back by lunchtime! The problem persisted, but they were knowledgeable and discovered the problem was a fuse. I left it on a Saturday right before closing and got it back on Monday afternoon with no additional charge. I plan on taking my car here for all future needs!
