Yesterday i was in Franklin with a friend shopping. When finished she suggested we have a coffee or tea. We tried Coffee House Five but it was closed at three pm so we decided to try Benjamin's. We noticed it was open until four thirty so we had time to sit & relax for a bit. Orders made we headed to a table and then the young lady at the counter said "you'll have to leave, my back up person did not come in so I'm closing at four". We asked if we could stay for five minutes to have a quick few sips but she stated "we either leave or spend the night locked in". It was very cold and windy outside so we ended up "enjoying" our purchases in the vehicle. Absolutely thoughtless, unkind service. Why not tell us of circumstances before we ordered giving us a choice to go somewhere else.

I absolutely love there grilled cheese. I ve came in here so many times and that blonde haired young girl is always so rude!! I ve had enough she is always so rude and I m am so polite. The closing time on google said 4:30, so I walk in around 3:58 and I asked if she could do a grilled cheese and she said no we close in 2 minutes and I m thinking to myself they close at 4:30. She was so rude about it. If you guys close at 4:30 why are you closing down at 4?? This young blonde girl needs to learn how to be more nicer to people. Everytime I ve came in she has always been so rude.

The croissant that I ordered must had been in the refrigerator for way too long and it tasted like other food it was very nasty, the cinnamon roll was nasty also had no flavor. It's really chewy and cakey. The place was very dirty the baseboards, floor, behind the coffee machines on the left of the cash register, that refrigerator needed to be right down it has been a prints all over it, the countertop the table and chair leg.My recommendation would to close for a few days and do a thorough clean.. when I see a dirty dining room in a restaurant it always makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.#disappointment.

My boyfriend and I have been regulars at Benjamin's Coffee for years, and it's been a tradition whenever we're in town visiting family. However, I must say that our recent experiences have left us quite disappointed, not just with the service but also with the management's response.While the coffee and ambiance have always been enjoyable, our last couple of visits have been marred by unwelcome attitudes from some of the staff. During our most recent visit, my boyfriend overheard one of the employees complaining about our order in the back. It seemed she was unhappy with how we placed our order and even became frustrated when he asked for more sugar, as the container was empty, and he hadn't noticed the sugar packets.What's more disheartening is that my boyfriend addressed the situation with the manager/owner, expecting a sympathetic response. Unfortunately, the manager's unsympathetic attitude towards the issue left us even more disappointed. Such experiences don't make guests feel welcome or comfortable, especially when we've cherished this coffee shop for so long.It's essential for any establishment, especially one with loyal customers, to maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere and address concerns with empathy. We hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement because we'd love to continue supporting Benjamin's Coffee during our visits to town.

I m not sure why some of these people are having issues with the regular 2 employees, they are BEYOND pleasant & helpful! The little blond is the sweetest girl I ve come across, in food service! The owner is funny & very accommodating to special requests! I love coming here, when I visit from out of state!Dietary restrictions: Low carbParking: I parked right out front

The owner had me laughing so hard! An employee asked me to try the pumpkin roll. I will be ordering, at least 3 this season! Holy smokes! It was delicious! Save yourself the disappointment of store bought ones. These home made ones are 10/10!Vegetarian options: So many veggies! It was spilling out.

I have been coming to Benjamin's for over 20 years and have never once had an unpleasant experience. The staff have always been kind and polite, and always take the time out of their day to engage in pleasant conversation with me and with other customers. Andrea is a wonderful owner and delivers consistent excellent customer service. I'm a loyal customer for life.

We visited this small local business that goes by the name of, Benjamin s Coffeehouse and Bakeshop. We were very pleased by the establishment. The muffins were perfectly crafted, and are guaranteed to satisfy any individual who purchases one. Speaking of purchases, everything was fairly priced. Our coffee was delicious, with an immaculate balance between each ingredient. The staff was very kind and easygoing, and helped us to decide on this satisfying meal. In conclusion, the location was lovely. Great products, great staff, great location. Local over chain any day of the week. Thank you, Benjamin s Coffeehouse and Bakeshop!

I love Ben s! It was my favorite stop while in college and I still love it now. The breakfast sandwiches are the best! And I always get a lavender lemonade when I visitVegetarian options: They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions and will accommodate to any swaps or replacements on food

I just ate the best buffalo chicken wrap I ve had at a coffee house! All the employees were super sweet! The verity of flavors for coffee rival any coffee shop. It was perfectly cool after walking around town all morning! 5 star all day.

Pros: Friendly staff, cute coffee shop environment with ample seating. Had food options also that we did not try but looked good!Cons: Smoothie had large ice chunks in it and tasted very processed. I did not realize it was only juice and not actual fruit.

Very disappointed at Benjamin coffee house this evening 12/3/22They made a killing on what was supposed to be hot chocolate. But tasted like hot water. I went back in to ask for more chocolate since that is what I paid for. The little girl making it seem to get upset because I as not once but twice for more chocolate! Because I bought a large.Try better.

Not good, very home kitchen vibe in this small little shop on the Franklin square. Our matcha frappes had vanilla flavoring powder added to it, it was a very interesting flavor. We ve gotten a few things from here before but it s never been good & is generally highly priced for what you get.

We will be back! My wife had a breakfast burrito and I had a club sandwich. Both were very good and the menu was much larger than you typically find at a coffee shop.

My husband and I stopped by yesterday for some refreshers. They were great! Also very friendly staff! We will be coming back. We did not try any of the baked goods but they look amazing
