Beck Auto is my go to shop for those times when I just don t have availability to repair the vehicle myself. I trust them with my 20 yr old truck and my new Jeep. Great customer service and prompt repairs done right, the first time.Good job guys !

Once again, Beck Automotive is fantastic. They were able to diagnose issues I wasn t able to clearly articulate, and not charge you an arm and a leg for it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Beck Automotive was completely awesome. They were able to get my truck in on short notice during a holiday week and replace a radiator before having to drive back to Michigan. They were also able to shuttle me from there to my dads house and back and I'm very thankful for this. Melissa was very nice, and helpful, Tony and Nate were both kind and nice to talk to during the shuttle ride.Thank you Becks Automotive for everything!

Great experience, I was towed in late o day and the next morning they performed diagnostic procedures and texted me a quote and got the repair completed the same day. I 100% recommend Beck for service repairs. Jim

They were able to get my Van inspected the next day. And then repaired the next day because we were getting ready to go on vacation. Great people!

Vehicle would not start. Had it towed to Beck. They diagnosed the issue to the fuel pump. Quoted me a price for replacement. Started to replace the pump and found out the float for the gas gage was stuck. Reinstalled old pump and everything worked fine. They charged me the cost for a tank of gas and diagnosis time. They could have installed the pump anyway and charged me more, but didn't. Thank you. 3/3 Update- Issue happened again and Beck was able to find the issue and replaced the fuel pump wire harness. Very happy with the service received. Also had the spark plugs and gaskets replaced. Also took our Journey in when the Oil Cooler developed a crack in the housing. All repairs we completed within a reasonable amount of time and time charged was fair. Thank you again!

I can't say enough about how much I like this place. I will only take my vehicles to 2 places and this is one of them. They have never had my car for more than a day and they always stand behind their work and will answer any questions you may have. Their prices are in line with the rest of their industry but their service exceeds the standard. Dale Williams has always been very helpful and thorough

This was my 1st time ever using Beck Automotive. The professionalism of the staff (Dale), their willingness to listen to what I had to say, and ultimately allowing me to decide what I wanted them to do and in what order I wanted it done made for a perfect Automotive experience. Hats off to Mike and Nate for the courtesy rides home and then back when my car was done. You are all to be commended. Thank you!

I needed power window repaired on my truck. Called 2 different Dodge dealers. One couldn t be bothered to return my phone call. The other was booked 6 weeks out. I was referred to Beck s by my brother in law. Made the call. Becks got me in the next day. Service was good, the price was reasonable, and everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was professional.I will use them again and have no reservations about recommending them

Although the diagnosis to my vehicle was not what I had hoped when they did a diagnostics test for me, Beck Automotive was VERY honest and told me what they believed was best. They were more than accommodating, courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Highly recommend to have your vehicle serviced. They get your vehicle back as soon as possible. They don't try to get you to agree to repairs that don't necessarily need done. They take time to explain the repair and allow you to make an informed decision. I couldn't afford everything that the computer said was wrong but they went over everything helping me to make decisions so I could get my cars safety issued repaired and back on the road. They fixed my sunroof when others couldn't figure it out. I was about to glue it shut then Mark assured me that they will fix it and they did. The prices are very affordable as well. I'd rather go to Becks than the dealership. They also picked me up when I didn't have a ride to pick my car.

My brother referred me to this company when I needed a timing chain in my wifes Hyundai. They did a great job and I have been using them ever since and now for my Camry they are doing routine maintenance. I can always count on a job done right and at a good price.Had a bit of a problem with recent oil change. The oil filter failed and Beck jumped into action to take care of the issue they had my car towed to their location repaired and then brought my car home. Very pleased with how they handled this rare issue. These guys are the best.Time for another oil change and these guys come through again. Excellent work is becoming a habit. Tire rotation and balance is spot on as well.Service: Oil change

I recently purchased a used 2014 Cadillac XTS Vsport Platinum.I've found no pressing issues with the car but the steering is a little tighter than I expected, especially for a luxury vehicle.I'm planning on taking a trip to Las Vegas in the vehicle, so I thought it would be a good idea to have it checked over before I left.I dropped it off this morning @ Beck Automotive in Franklin for a full checkup and diagnosis (fully expecting for there to be some issues discovered on a high mileage 9-year-old Cadillac)I got a call with the results and was pleasantly surprised with the diagnosis:"No issues discovered"Even the steering *issue* was explained to me thoroughly. This particular Vsport model reduces power steering at higher speeds, so the tightness was to be expected.I am highly impressed with the thoroughness and honesty provided by Beck Automotive.I guarantee a lot of places would have found *something* wrong with the car to gouge the customer for an extra buck or two, but not this place. They were completely honest and gave me peace of mind to take this car cross county.I will definitely be using Beck Automotive again in the future.10/10 recommend Service: Vehicle Inspection

Blows my mind how Dale thinks people are dumb, tried telling me the lower control arms are rough country but yet I replaced the front left side at about 80,000 just fine, but continued to try and tell me the lowers are aftermarket. I m young but not dumb, Part#521-645. Control arm was super lose when turning the wheel you could see it shifting but to Dale it s suppose to be like that. They also had the backing plate so bent up it was touching the rotor and making a horrible sound. Says the control arms where rebuilt but the same bushings are still there I got the truck back it made way more noise then when I dropped it off wouldn t recommend to anyone, lost my business

Complete engine replacement in 4 days. Had a little hiccup after about 120 miles that they didn't charge us for. They've always been highly recommended by friends and family so I'm happy we had the work done there.

Absolutely the best place I have ever had service I ll take all of my vehicles even the new vehicles. 100% trust worthy. Over the years since 2007 until present day. From BMW two Chevrolet is the only place I would take my vehicles. Mark is 100% about keeping the customer happy and if you think his guys mess up he is quick to come to a solution with what need to be done. Dale is not a pushover either. The filling a family if you have a close knit family and if not start using beck and you will know what family feels like.
