I had given them a chance to fix the mess up and the lady straigh ripped the seat boot off a caliper right in front of me. Then started yelling in my face over me explaining the details of multiple caliper mess ups . then when I returned with the calipers i bought less than a month ago I was refused a reciet and on her note she wrote core exchange and even refused me the money for my parts to get new ones elsewhere.

Asked for a jump for my car that died in their parking lot. I was told they don't do that but I could buy a car battery charger. Terrible experience at this location. Had to wait a while after they closed to get someone out to my car.

Needed to run a diagnostic on my G6 so I went to my local AutoZone in Franklin, IN. The clerk, John, was VERY VERY nice and was very helpful and patient explaining how to hook up the tester. Covid prevents them from being in anyone's car so they give you the tester and you run the diagnostics then take the tester back to the clerk who reads it and tells you what is wrong if anything. John took his time explaining things to me as I had no clue what to do. I just have to commend John because he was so helpful and pleasant and unhurried. Means a lot especially at a time when you have some type of car issues and are stressed out to begin with.

Shoutout to Doug and Chris for helping me install a new battery. It was cold and gross outside, but they were so nice about it. Very kind and helpful honestly my heroes since I don t have family nearby to help me. I m really grateful. They ve also helped my sister before too with the same problem. Thank you, Chris and Doug!

Extremely helpful member of staff, even offered to replace my wipers while it was pouring rain out. I declined, but appreciated the offer. Great place to shop.

I would like to say good things about the Autozone store location in Franklin, IN. Store manager Doug McKinley and his staff have been very helpful recently regarding issues involving my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee- he has a great team working for him. They are knowledgeable, helpful & very professional- I would give 6 stars if I could- for example-Mr McKinley drove all the way over to the Bargersville store to pick up a diagnostic tester that I needed. That was very nice of him. You can t put a price on that kind of dedication & customer service

Cierra that works there is amazing ,she knew more than the men that worked there she is definitely the one to go to for your needs ,she helped me so much in replacing my wiper motor and even checked my wiring ,I'm telling you she should be management or at least a raise she is kind sweet and super polite all around she is the face of auto zone hands down no doubt I will always go to her from now on and I hope you do too !!!! this girl knows her s@#t, first person ever that's worked there who actually knows what she is doing Cierra gets a 10 from me ,just amazing now I can go to auto zone instead of O'Riley for my needs as long as Cierra is there ,auto zone u finally have someone who knows what there doing you should be so proud of her

The gentlemen at this Autozone were great at helping me select wiper blades for my car today, even swapping them out for me. Also had an excellent experience a while ago where they helped me select and swap out my battery after it died. They have great, personable service and knowledgeable staff that can give advice without mansplaining. Everything was priced as expected and reasonable.

Let me tell you about GREG BALL.. I came in from being over the road with a battery issue. Not only did he take the time to hook up the device to figure out the problem and finding out it was the battery. He took time to put the new battery in my van. He went over and beyond and he is was not only a true blessing. But what employees should be... Assistant manager Mike was even amazing when I went back and asked for my receipt cause I didn't get it. This store has the best of best employees and if I'm ever back in Franklin. I won't ever go anywhere else

Awesome people who care! I went there earlier this week with a battery that needed to be replaced. The battery that I wanted to purchase wasn't in stock. They did everything they could find me a suitable (better) replacement and even installed it for me! I'm in a wheelchair and not physically capable of doing it myself. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and management there!

I mean yes they sell parts and everything but the staff could use an attitude adjustment and if you don't like people testing paints then put them in a lockable case.. Or let people test them on a board or paper like Home Depot.. don't be rude

Had a problem checking out. Not sure if it was on my cards end or theirs. The manager came up and made things rite even though he was not sure who s end the problem was on. He took a bad situation and made it great. They gained a new customer thanks again

Suddenly realized I had a front bulb out. Went in and was helped by John R. He quickly got me what I needed and, being about as car illiterate as one can be, mentioned I now needed to figure out how to put the dang thing in. Without hesitation, he jumps to help me even though it s bitter cold outside. In no time he had it changed and I was back out on the road with one less worry! I don t find I often leave reviews but when you get such amazing and quick service (without being made to feel stupid, as I have in the past) you just got to say something! Thanks John and thanks AutoZone!

I came in looking for a specific part (I'm a female who works on her own vehicles, but am still learning), told the associate the information need to grab the part for me, and the associate talked me out of getting the part with some explanation as to why. I ended up needing help figure out what was going on with my vehicle and my mechanic buddy told me I needed the exact part the autozone associate talked me out of getting. This ended up costing me time, A LOT of extra driving, money and the oil filter he sold me was the wrong one for my vehicle.

They offer free check engine light reads. They also are very friendly and suggest products they feel are best suited for your needs. They have a great replacement policy too.

Battery issue. Warranty will cover. OH Happy Day. Then as tragedy often does, it showed up unannounced. PATTY the EMPLOYEE had the new battery she was getting off a shelf for me spill all over her. Her shirt,sleeves, hands.. horrible.. Calm as could be,she drove herself home. Why doesn't AutoZone have a hazmat shower!?!? Kudos to Patty as well as Matt T. who took over and got my old battery changed out. Both kept their heads and carried on.

Didn't spend much time in here and I was only coming for one specific thing (some spray paint) but the man who checked me out was friendly and, upon my request, double checked for me that I grabbed the right paint, which was nice of him. Will come here first if I ever need to get car parts or anything.

Close enough to everything that it's great for when your car decides to surprise you. When they accidentally sell you a dead battery, they replace it without too much hassle.Also, their parking lots is perfectly located for you to get in line at the TacoBell drive through, so fix your vehicle and grab some tacos!

They had my steering gear box in stock. Rental parts sure helped the installation.They had my exhaust manifold in stock. They ordered the other side from a store close by. Paid for both and had them in hand in less than 30 minutes.

I went to this shop to change my head light but the manager was a little bit not confortable to help me get the pulp out so as to buy one from the store and change but the lady working there was very helpful and take out and change it very quickly thanks .

Some employees are very friendly and make sure they do everything they can to help when needed. If they don't have a part I need if its early they can sometimes have it ready for pickup later in the day if not usually by the next day

helpful, cheap and open late on Sunday. only reason 4 stars is cos O'Reilly's has a much better ond2 reader. definitely don't want to use auto zone to read check engine codes when o'Reilly does it free also and they use top of the line scanner

Good looking crew in there. March 8th. Friendly. Diagnosed my vehicles problem quickly. Very good looking. I would recommend this place to single women.
