Great service. Friendly,Answers to my questions. Clean well stocked store. Had my items I needed. I was in and out quickly. Nice store.. recommend shopping for your needs. If they don't carry the item you need, they will research it and get you a answer.. I like that..very much appreciated...

Stopped in to get some wiper blades for my car and they were nice enough to install them for me since I recently had surgery on my hand. Very friendly and very quick to fulfill the online order.

They are EVIL I had someone do a return for me and rip off auto didn't want to give me back the full refund and made me pay for a part I didn't ask to pay for then the manager threw the money at the person that was doing the refund for me so please help take them down in franklin the need shut down NOW!!!! The one who done the refund for me is also handicap and has back issues. Go to NAPA they are better.

$85 for two standard air filters, that I discovered were a third of that price down the street, after I installed the filters. On top of the outrageous price, the guy who helped me had a little bit of an attitude. They used to be my go to parts store, but I guess it really does help to shop around.

The computer system doesnt give accurate fits vehicle results. If Im told this is the correct part from the employee, put it on my vehicle since im under the impression it is and now it caused unnecessary damage.Im supposed to be okay with just a refund after 8hrs down the drain , wasted fuel and putting the wrong part on my vehicle that has caused a whole other issue.

Bought a starter. Starter was bad and may have even damaged my truck. They refused to return it and would only exchange it even though it was only days after the purchase. I was told GM would be there the next day at a certain time and I could talk to him. I showed up at that certain time the next day and there was no GM, BUT there was a different shift manager who was more than willing to return the bad starter and could not understand why his comrades refused. I will never be back to this store again and most likely never shop with Advance again.

These guys are great. Ive dealt with this location for a long time. There staff is great and very knowledgeable. I come in so often they know me by my name and couldnt ask for a better shopping experience. Dont bother with auto zone or oreillys. They do not compare to this store. A customer for life.

Somebody should shut this pitiful excuse for an auto parts store down, or make it self serve. Atleast you wouldn t have to deal with the attitude. All I needed was a few 7/16 by 20 lug nuts and without a year, make and model I was told that s pretty hard to figure out, sorry I d fire somebody that lazy. Not to worry, your competitor just down the street got me taken care of. The only reason you got 1 star was because there wasn t an option for no stars. Btw the reason I couldn t have a year make and model was because I wasn t sure of the year Chevy axles in my Toyota pickup with ford knuckles. Thanks for the help! HA

These guys are a joke. They told me they did not have part in stock. I look it up online and it says they have it. I call them back, gave them the number and they asked where I got it from- with attitude. I will never call again.

Always helpful. Prefer them over O'Reilly, which recommended the wrong part for me and were of little help.

I had a part that was under warranty the employee at Franklin indiana advanced auto parts even said it was under warranty but they would not honor the warranty
