Manager is an idiot. Argued on her personal cell again this visit. Apparently she argues with her sister alot . Lol waited 30 minutes in line for help she just argued on her cell. Store is a mess. Employees joking how the store wasn't locked for the last 3 nights. Then she sold me the wrong parts. Oreilly you need to try harder. Fire/replace...

I recently purchased some car parts from O'Reilly Auto Parts and I must say, I was quite impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other auto parts stores I've been to. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone in need of quality car parts.

Called to ask about a part I ordered. That they were supposed to call me about. Was told it wasn't ordered. I spent $300 on the part but no one was willing to help me all the Service person wanted to tell me it wasn't ordered and was going to hang up on me. He was so rude to me. Until I let him know I recorded the conversation and then he started being so nice. Over the disrespect these people have to customers.

I had my alternator go out. I went to them to get one ordered. They said it'd be in the next day. Called and said it hasn't came in, probably because of the weekend... Well okay sure. I'll call tomorrow. Called the next day and asked and they was like, "Yeah we got it in! Come on down anytime!" Went down there and it wasn't in the backroom. So the representative at the time told me since it's been giving me problems, I'll be receiving a discount. Came the next day, it was in, but then they said they couldn't give me the discount. Why? Because the manager didn't approve of it. What????? So i had to pay full price for it. Horrible service. Horrible communication between their workers and management. I would advise people to never come here.

I O'Reilly's exclusive. I do shop for all my auto needs by checking prices. I sometimes find cheaper prices at other stores, but I do love the fact that I can price compare which gives me more money in my pocket. Sometimes O'Reilly wins they don't, but when I do go there I am always met with reliable counter help. I can get answers to my question.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My fianc�e and I came in yesterday evening tired and desperate. We'd been sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours before a tow truck finally came and took us to this O'Reilly's. We had a flat tire with wheels that had locking lugnuts, and the previous owner of the car lost the key, making us unable to change the flat on our own. Two employees worked tirelessly, trying everything, to get the locking lugs off of our wheel so we could change it. Finally, after an hour of effort, they were able to remove it! All the while they were joyful and fun, keeping us entertained while they worked and constantly saying "We just want to get you back on the road. Don't worry about a thing." We are so grateful to these men, and sincerely hope their spirit does not go unnoticed by higher management. Thank you!!

I had a part I had bought a year ago. It went bad but had a limited life time warranty. It was easy replacing it. They looked up my account found when I bought it and handed me a new one. Thanks for the great customer service.

The gentleman names Jesus (Jesse) was so great. Him and Michael worked until they got my headlight in, which was VERY difficult. My fiance and I owe those men a beer!

They know nothing about cars sold me multiple multiple wrong parts that s made me waste a lot of gas for no reason all because they can t sale me the right part highly recommend not going here!!
