One of the best dealerships I have done business with. I was in need of a used car in great condition, and they had an array of choices on their lot. They were in extremely helpful in helping me narrow down which would be best for me, and upon deciding which one we were able to decide on a price. They threw in a comprehensive 3,000 mile warranty and suggested I reach out to them if I ever needed help again. I took them up on that offer a few weeks later when I noticed a minor issue with the vehicle, and they were super helpful in fixing it and they displayed genuine interest in making sure I was happy with my car.Strongly recommend this dealer. Jorge and Rosa are genuinely nice people with the customers best interest at heart. I'll definitely be going back whenever I need another vehicle.

I have now purchased four vehicles from navarrete auto sales and you just can t beat the deals Jorge has on his cars. If your in the market for a new car go see them and support our local businesses. I have been very pleased with all the vehicles I have bought from them. I would give 6 stars if Google would let me 6 out of 5 starsI have bought 2 vehicles off of them now. They are very nice cars and even nicer people that work with you. I have bought a Ford Flex and a Jeep Compass from him on both cars they worked with me on the price and made sure everything was just Perfect on the vehicles before I took delivery. If you need a great car at an even better price get over and see Jorge at Navarrete auto sales

I bought my truck from Gorge back in September. The service was great through the whole process. I stopped by the their dealership and met Jorge. He and I were able to discuss what all I was looking for; make, model, mileage, price and features. While he didn't have a truck on the lot at that time that met what I was looking for, Jorge made sure to get a few options for me within a few weeks. Rosa stayed in touch while they were looking for a truck with my specs at auction. She was also great to work with. Even with them looking for a truck that met my requirements and getting it on the lot for me, I never once felt pressured to buy. All in all it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle! The most honest and upfront dealership I've ever been to! Repairs had been made on a vehicle and they were 100% upfront about what they had done plus showed pictures of how they received the vehicle. I dont know any dealers that will be that honest and upfront with a buyer! I know where I'll buy all my vehicles from in the future!

Update very disappointed with my car it is so irritating to find out my car that i bought is very dirty in a deep way.I had an excellent experience at Navarrete Auto Sales. From the moment I contacted them regarding interest in a potential used car purchase. everyone was courteous, polite, and very professional. Nick walked me through every step of my purchase and helped me get the deal I was looking for. They really care about customer satisfaction. I m recommending this auto sales to all my friends and family and their friends and families. I would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to visit for the next time. Thanks guys.

Recently bought truck from Navarrete Auto. Truck is wonderful it's exactly what I was looking for. Very nice to meet Jorge and Rosa, they're great people. Worked diligently with Diana for almost a week. They answered every question I had and helped through the entire process day and night. Even stayed late at the office for me to arrive due to work schedule. The next time I need a vehicle I will come back here. Very honest and trustworthy. Thanks for the amazing truck!

My family has purchased two car and they have turned out great! They haven t given us problems and we ve had them for a year! We are currently working with Jorge and Rosa to purchase our third. They had exactly the truck we were looking for. Rust free and runs great with the interior/exterior in excellent condition at a very reasonable price with a clear title. The passenger side door mirror needed replaced and they did that included in the price. They were all very personable and professional. I recommend Navarrete Auto Sales with 5 stars.

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. They were professional and personable. I called on Friday and they were willing to hold this car for me until I could get there on Saturday. They were also willing to work with the price that I wanted to spend. The car runs great and I'm very pleased with my purchase! My family and I will definitely be going back here for future cars.

This was one of the best experiences in buying a vehicle I have had. They were honest and friendly. They went out of their way to remove my tool box and my fifth wheel hitch so I could take it with me. I tried to tip them for their extra work and they wouldn t take it. I will definitely look them up next time I need a vehicle.

I have bought multiple Vehicles from Jorge and Rosa... I've NEVER had a better relationship with a car dealer than with these two people! They genuinely care from the bottom of their hearts about seeing their customers happy. There vehicles are always sold with quality and top notch care and service. We bought our 1st car right when Jorge open his location couldn't ask for a better dealer. He went out of his way to sell me my car and was honest about everything. Here we are a 1 year later buying 2 car from him. We won't go anywhere else but Navarrete Auto Sales. See you in 2 years when my daughter needs her car. My family has bought five cars from him and he has my business for good. I told them what I wanted and they found me an affordable car in great shape and made sure I was happy with my experience. Bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Jorge and Rosa, they were very fair on the deal plus even took some money off to buy new tires which they told me up front it needed. I was very pleased with them from start to finish and would definitely use them again. My wife loves the car. Thanks Jorge and Rosa

I can not say enough GOOD things about my experience with Navarrete Auto Sales. Nick has by far been the best salesmen I have ever worked with! Because of my work schedule I was unable to meet during standard business hours, but Nick worked with me and agreed to meet me on a Sunday so I could see the vehicle. The 09' Suburban I purchased from him was better than described. He was honest and straight forward! If you are in the market for a used vehicle do NOT hesitate to call Navarrette Auto Sales! Great group to work with!

I would %100 recommend Navarrete Auto Sales to anyone. Many people can easily give 5 stars to a place when everything goes smoothly but it takes a real class act to get 5 stars when there are a few bumps in the road. To make a long story short, there were some unforseen issues with my vehicle (by what I believe to be no fault of the dealership) and Jorge worked with me every step of the way until I was happy. I will return to them for my next vehicle. Customer service like I experienced there is not easy to come by.-Adrienne E.

Do not trust the sales people here at all. I bought a car here 2 months ago and it was a big mistake.First the easy problems: No owners manual, no car jack, no tire iron, and the windshield wiper fluid container was broken and won't hold fluid.Secondly before I bought the car the salesmen told me he was going to buy 2 brand new tires for the rear of the car and move the current rear tires to the front. Here I am less than 5000 miles in to these new tires and the tires he said were good both went flat as they had rubbed down to the wire on the front of the car. This is when I found out the car came with no jack or tire iron. I went to 2 different tire shops and they said it was not possible for the tires to have done that in the time I owned the car. They also checked the "brand new tires" the salesman bought and said that I should look to replace them as they were worn down as well. They looked and these "brand new tires" were stamped in 2015. Both tire stores agreed that these were not bought brand new. The tire problem also is stemming from bent tire rods on one of the tires as well, which I was not told about.In conclusion do not trust this place to be honest about the car or the changes they will make to sell it too you. Every negative stereotype about used cars salesmen is on display here.I talked to the car salesman on Monday and he said "things happen when you buy used cars" I asked him if he at least had a warranty on the 2 "brand new tires" he bought, he said he would text me back right away to let me know. It is now Friday morning and I am writing this review.Below I attached a picture of one of the tires that went flat shortly after owning the car. As you can see this is not an overnight thing.

I cant say enough good things about Nick. I purchased a 2006 Range Rover from him and when i went to look at the vehicle he was honest and upfront about a couple things on the vehicle that were wrong but would have fixed before i paid for the vehicle. He was very helpful with showing me how things worked, Very friendly, likeable honest guy. I will definatley recommend to friends and family

These guys are top notch! Very friendly and very willing to work with you on pricing and financing. They are not pushy and everyone that I talked with was super nice. The selection of vehicles was very good as well and the prices are super competitive to start with.
