Worst place to get a car from i bought a truck 2019 2 months ago it doesn t have any warranty I expected to put new parts but not this soon honestly and now I have to pay my mechanic almost 3000 dollars cause of broken sensors and parts and the dealer won t answer and owner acts like I m invisible just tells me he will call me back and never does

Found a truck we wanted on from this place advertising on Facebook Marketplace. Checked in morning and it was still listed ao left early to get there driving 5 hours. Got there and they said they didn't have it. We said it was listed this morning and they said it sold yesterday. Didn't even care we were there and the long drive. We mentioned not updating their website and they brushed it off as nothing. Didn't even act like they were interested in us being there as woman was stacking papers and hardly paying attention. Would not advise anyone go here!!!!!

Terrible customer service! When we were inside of the office multiple times people walked into the office meanwhile we were trying to sing paperwork. I always hear rumors about how bad cars where until I found out myself. Honestly, has been my worse car I have ever bought from a car dealership. The truck was around $25,000, seat belts don't lock ounce I try to pull all the way out, and seats also have cigarettes burn marks, 4x4 does not work, ect. Definitely not ever going back to them.

Very bad customer service! I should of known better then to buy a car that the battery dies when you come back from a test drive. They literally sell cars that are not in good conditions. I only have like 3 months with the new car but I have already spend around $1,000 on in trying to fix it. The car is not even completely paid off!!! Don't go here! When you call them to let them know they ignore your calls. The also say that the person in charge is not their. I called everyday. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I give it 1 start because there is no option for no star. Worst place ever

Looking at a truck on market place. I messaged them to see if it was available they said yes. I went to frankfort that same day to purchase the truck. Turns out the truck was already sold the day before. Waste of my time and the customers was horrible. The salesman seemed rushed to go back to the bar and grill. I will not spent my time going back to that place.

These people are super friendly. You speak Spanish? So do they. Great selection. Welcoming. If you are looking for a used car this is a great place to start.

Worse place ever the girls who work there say or thing and have you sing another then ask you to lie to the credit company very bad service don't recommend you getting a car from there because from one set price they add on a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about...

My son and I went there today looking to buy a pick up truck,the men were very friendly & extremely helpful.My son bought a nice pick up & we would highly recommend car shopping there.A wonderful experience and I am going back in a few weeks for me a nice car!!

Terrible customer service do not buy from here please they will sell you crashed cars with structural frame damage not safe at all and will not take the car back and the cars are over priced for what they are selling you never again worst place.

It was nice just had to wait on someone to bring keys to test drive than another hour plus for the guy to bring a plate. We had no salesman just a guy who did paperwork.

Bad experience with the warranty, they are always busy when you call to talk about the problems of the car, they say * we will call you back * but they never doJust beware they are tricky
