My car got damage, I think it was the manager who offered me a ride home; since I didn't have no means to travel back home. My home is about an hour far away, I still took the risk of taking my car back-home due to convenience of distances I took my car to another shop near where I live. What I love about this company is how professional and caring they were towards me. They even offer to go to another shop that was near to where I live. There diagnosed were right.

Well I took my truck in to get wheel bearing changed cost me over 1k. They charged me for the part over $600 which comes to over a 400% mark up. I do understand there is going to be a mark up but not over 400% but to make things worse I called customer service and he responded to my vm but that's the last I heard from him. So this will be the last time I use midas for any of my vehicle repairs or my family and friends I will let them know not to trust midas.

Should probably just stop going here. It's always some sort of issue with the payment. Had my wife bring in our car for an oil change. We had a coupon that says 49.99 for FUll synthetic, tire rotation and a courtesy check. They tried to charge her well over $69. Added labor, prior to coupon oil change was $92 for oil and labor. She told them about the coupon and they said "actually it's $40 off" um no. Coupon said $49.99 and listed everything it comes with. The last time she took the car there they did the same thing to her but she didn't know any better last time. I feel like it's hit or miss with this place and they can be super crooked.Do better. Stop taking advantage of people. You're the reason stereotypes exist.

These guys are great! Fast service, can usually get you in same day and if there are any problems they take care of it immediately. I definitely recommend Midas of Frankfort!!

Our transit van broke down on the way to Chicago, and these guys were so incredibly helpful - I can t recommend working with them enough! They diagnosed the problem quickly and helped us figure out the best solution. Thank you, Midas!

The crew at the Midas Frankfort IN, location, are courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. After arrival, within an hour the problem with my 2020 Chevy Malibu was diagnosed and part on the way to fix the brake problem. Thanks Midas crew for the speedy and professional services.

I would not recommend this particular location. The last time I was in there I was having front brakes done. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time, but after I left, the truck was very sluggish because the brakes were way too tight. So they said they were going to have to put in a new line. So they did that and after another hour, the truck was done again. This time I left the shop, and as I drove out onto the main highway, everything felt okay until, I had to apply the brakes for a red light. The pedal went to the floor, and and I proceeded to roll completely through the intersection on a red light. Now at this point, I am very frustrated, I took the vehicle back in, and as I pulled up to the shop, it was leaking brake fluid which was visible all the way through the parking lot. They eventually got it taken care of, but during the interim, the manager and and one of the text, we're yelling and cursing at each other. Not very professional at all. I've been contacted by the district manager, who offered to give me something for free, but going forward, I will using other establishments for the needs of all of my cars. Maybe this review will just prevent someone else from having the same troubles I did.Service: Brakes

Prompt, Quality Work, Honest and fair pricing. This garage has fixed my AC, repaired a leaky fuel line, put in a new radiator, etc. I've had nothing but positive experiences everytime.

Incredibly fast service, in and out within an hour for a full tire mounting and balancing. Their new GM Josh was courteous and friendly from start to finish. I was staying in Frankfort Indiana to visit my brother who was having surgery and while on the interstate I experienced car trouble. My brother suggested a few places and Midas was near his home.The manager was very accommodating and helpful. They took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate how friendly everyone was.I would recommend this business and certainly use them again.

I took my car to Midas to have the O2 sensor replaced. Unfortunately, the O2 sensor they installed went bad after a day. I stopped back in and Jason was beyond helpful. He apologized and said he would get a warranty part ordered. When the new sensor arrived, they fit me right back in. Again, the sensor failed. Jason, again, went above and beyond. I left my car at Midas that night so that he could take some more time to figure out why the sensors kept failing. Jason called me the next afternoon; my car was ready. I am so grateful for all help I received from Jason. He didn't give up and kept a great attitude. Definitely appreciated the service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited to this location on 4/26 to have my serpentine belt put back on after I replaced the tensioner pulley I was having a problem getting the belt back on ,well turned out that they had the same problem I did, so they called me told me the problem I said go ahead get the belt and put it on. My bill when from $94 to almost $256 . When I questioned the extra cost the mgr told me that the "correct" belt was $135 from our local AutoZone auto parts. I called AutoZone myself and the ONLY BELT they show cost approx $40 or less. I feel O was ripped off bad. The midas mgr tried to tell me it's because they(Chrysler) changed the routing of the belt mid way through the yr. and that's how much the correct belt cost. I called every auto parts store locally and not a signal one mentioned anything about that. The prices where all close to the same. Please get back with me about this issue. I had recent major issues with my charging system and I am very pleased with the service I received. Joe, the shop manager, was very good dealing with my panic and trepidation about cost. He respected my knowledge of other issues with the car and did not try to push anything on me. I see what some other folks have said ... but they have always been great to me! And, this is at least the 2nd time they could have told me almost anything but instead kept the cost as low as possible while giving me exactly and only the service needed!!

Got my oil changed for the first time and they were super nice about it. It was a long wait though and someone who checked in after me who also got an oil change cashed out before me. The wait was also pretty long too around 2 hours, but you get to pick what you want to watch on TV. Also the lady at the counter was nice.

Took my wifes car in for an oil change. Very prompt getting me in and out from my appointment time. The man was Very generous and was willing to help me out which i was very thankful.
