I moved to the area a few years ago and everyone has always said that Jerry's was the best. I ended up needing bodywork done on two different vehicles within a few months of each other so I decided to give the work to Jerry's. I was extremely shocked to see the amateur level of work performed. Possibly the worst body panel gap work I've ever seen. We're talking about two panels rubbing together at one edge, and on the other side there's a gigantic gap. I watched a 5 minute Youtube video and fixed it myself within 30 minutes. Outrageous to have spent thousands on work that even a tech school student wouldn't have let leave the shop. If it only happened on one vehicle I'd call it a fluke but both vehicles came back with major fitment issues.

I took my truck there for an alignment. The staff was fairly easy to work with. They had my truck in and out in about 2 hours. Highly recommend!!

great for a car accident repair they re quotes are automatically taken from my insurance company and their repairs make your vehicle look like new. i highly recommend them.

Jerry's is always so easy to work with. Just needed a piece of trim under my vans door put back in place and they fixed it no problem/no charge.

Told them to make it legal CHEAP AS POSSIBLE! Towed in, had hood that wouldn't even open an inch, replaced ffor under $300 TOW+LABOR+PARTS under $300! Thanks for the great VALUE!

It's a 2.5 stars. They were not able to fix my electrical issue, however they did work with me to get a low cost option. Long story, there was more to it then just electrical. they worked with me to figure out best option for my vehicle and budget. So 5 starts for customer service. 2.5 for the repair. I'd go back for other services they offer.Service: Electrical

I had my ac unit repair here for a very resonal price. I will be returning to Jerry's for any and all repairs for my truck. Wonderful to work with.

They are knowledgeable and honest! I highly recommend them! Today, I took my husband s car in for what we thought was an alignment issue, since the car would shake at higher speeds. The mechanic drove it around the block and gave it back to me, stating that it had a bulge in a front tire and it needed to be replaced... that it wasn t an alignment issue after all. They don t even sell tires! I will definitely take our vehicles there for all future repairs.Thank you for the excellent service!

Amazing. I got a flat on I-65 and Jason was able to change my tire, then after finding out I still had 100 miles to go, offered to find me a used tire back at the shop. He found one, changed that in a jiffy, and all the while provided great service at 1 in the morning, and for a reasonable price! This experience replaced the stress of a flat into gratitude for kind people! Thank you Jason!

Didn t have a good experience here. Have had to use their shop twice now due to their shops being State Farm certified. Took then two weeks to get an estimate finished. Another week and a half to finish labor. Of course on top of that it took a month and a half to get our deductible back. Like I said not a good experience. Communication needs a lot of work.

I have tried 2 other shops before Jerrys, Jerrys is the best, professional job, done timely, and they are approved by my insurance company to just drop and go with no need for other quotes. Side note there also great guys and dog lovers too.

I have gone to Jerry's Body Shop since I got my first car at 16 and I been going there ever since. Great guys and Excellent work. I have never had a problem and never been disappointed with the service!!!! Thanks Kevin and Todd you guys are the best!!!

Was talked to really rudely on the phone about getting my vehicle out of impound and for no apparent reason as I was trying to be as kind as possible in an already stressing situation! No help at all for me getting back and forth to work as I could not get my car out the next day! But I did get charged 20 dollars less than what I would have when I went in on a Monday following said incident probably in an effort to apologize to me without actually saying they were sorry! Hopefully if ever gets impounded again it will go somewhere else!
