Hancock always comes through for us. My husband drives for a living and yesterday hit something on the road , blew a tire, and bent a rim. Hancock was able to bend the dent out of the rim and get him a good used tire today at a fraction of what other places were trying to charge us. This isn't the first time they have helped us in a pinch, several years ago they replaced our transmisson for thousands less than other places quoted us. Despite the fact that we live in Lafayette, we make the trip to take them our vehicles because we know it will be done right at a great price. Thank you for being a mechanic we can trust!

Would not recommend leasing a van thru them and made payments on time and everything and hancock himself came and repo my van and i have proof i made payments never buy a car or truck from them they rip you off

I depend on Hancock Automotive to keep my vehicle working. They always do a fantastic job and do not change me a fortune. I really appreciate and love using this family run local place that always gets it fixed in a timely manner

Claimed to put a rebuilt engine in my boyfriends truck, thing literally broke down within 24 hours of picking it up, Hancock had to come pick him up. Within a year the engine is shot and the warranty he gave was garbage.Would give 0 stars if it was an option.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My car was vibrating so bad when I drove onto I-65 at >70 mpg, and I got out at the next exit and found this car repair. I told them that I was on my way to work, and immediately Steve took a look at my car although I didn't have an appointment. They resolved the issue and completed test driving in about 30 min. The vibration was because of huge ice on tires, making them unbalanced. They totally fixed the problem without charging me anything. They are so helpful and totally saved my day! I'll come back for the next tune up.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Purchased vehicle, told would be fixed properly in one to two days and never happened. Then after front end fell apart because of problems not fixed I was told it was my fault and he would never promise to have a vehicle fixed in any certain amount of time. Then worked out deal again I thought, got ignored for over 3 months and had a convict sent to my house to harass my daughter while he knew my wife and I weren't home. Called himself a repo man on a made up debt. Thought Hancock was a good Christian man was proven wrong or at l was a decent human being, but found out he's just like any other car salesman and I would never take my car to salesman. Would you? Just wish he actually had a properly ran business or at least a conscious.

Don't go there office lady will yell at you the don't do there job correctly..The will upsell you a vehicle it says one price on there website then take and add about 1000 more to the finale prize..

Will work with you if you need a car. If you are in a bind and just need something to get you buy 500 down on his cheaper cars 50 bucks a week no interest and does not require insurance to drive off and no credit check. If you go here tell him william koons sent you it saves me 25 bucks and is much appreciated

He got an old car that had not been used in 3 years up and running at a remarkably low price. He is a nice person. If you expect a fancy clean garage, forget it.
