Best service in town. Had a flat tire a couple of weeks ago and was able to take the tire in and get a new one out on immediately. All together only took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Only place I will get tires from. The staff is also very helpful.

Came in with one flat tire (back driver). Was told all of them were shot in some way (they were the car s original tires, about 5 years old). Bought four new tires. Was told they have no warranty whatsoever. 6 months and less than 5k miles later, the very same tire (back driver side tire) blows no nails, etc. Will NEVER buy tires from here again, wouldn t advise you do either.

Really good people to do business with.!!! Got me in on short notice even though they were busy. Super kind and courteous and efficient. Great service and great price. Got to meet the owners Steve and Brenda who seemed like salt of the earth super people. Really cool to see their wall of thank you notes from citizens all over Franklin for donations to schools and 4H and kids sports teams.. I could not have been more impressed. Highly recommend for any and all tire and Automotive needs. Thanks so much for the great care!!! Jeff olbina

This shop got us in at the last minute for a tire replacement on our farm's planter yesterday. They were the only shop around that had what we needed and they even offered to stay late in order to get us going for the rest of the evening. 10/10 service. Thanks again!

My daughter is a student at Purdue and was traveling from the campus to Indianapolis on highway 65 when her car overheated and stopped running. The car was taken to Esserman's on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. I called the next day and spoke to the service manager. It was a Saturday and they were only open until noon, but he was able to squeeze us in for a look at the car. It was determined that the car was in need of engine work that was beyond the scope of what this shop repairs. I was then given a couple of recommendations for other shops nearby that would be able to do the work. The gentleman I spoke to at Esserman's was very polite, professional and helpful. He told me not to worry about leaving the car there until I could make arrangements to have it taken elsewhere. When I asked what was owed for their service he told me "no charge". Though Esserman's was not able to repair the car, I greatly appreciate their customer service and their taking the time to help us without asking for anything in return.

Ordered New Tires, Matt was very helpful. When tires arrived, they had them installed the same day as the notification of arrival. Provided detailed estimate before ordering. Gave excellent follow up instructions after installation.

Had an emergency tire replacement need and the guys got me in and out with 4 new tires in less than an hour! Excellent service and prices! They are, as far as I'm concerned, the only tire shop in town!!

Three people tried getting the lugnuts off of my tire & couldn't get them. Was told they would probably have to break my whole wheel to get this tire off.. (they just wouldn't budge). BUT... Firestone to the rescue!! Thank you so much. No wheel had to be broken. Y'all are the BEST!

Update: 8/23/2021.I got into a jam again. I live an hour away from where I work. My brake caliper that I just changed the night before locked up on me. Esserman's was busy with no available spots, but they understood I live far away. They got me In, told me the caliper was the wrong one and found I had a bad brake line. Fixed me up before I got out of work and my day was saved.thank you again Esserman's. 5 star againThese guys do awesome work, they saved me a lot of money by spending two hours trying to find odd parts to help my cost instead of just replacing it and charging me a lot of money. You can trust these people I know I sure do

I was in bad need for breaks on the rear of my truck. I set up an appointment and got in and got my new breaks on. Wow! What a difference from the grinding sound backing out of my garage to the smooth quietness I have now. That's why I always go to Esserman's for most all of my tire and vehicle needs! Thank you! Had a valve stem repaired and they guys didn't put front hub cap on my truck right and I called them to tell them it flew off they tried buying a cheap one to replace it whatever I was ok with a cover but it didn't match and when they realized how much Ford 350 caps where I never heard back from them.....

My tire tread separated from the tire while driving down the interstate. After waiting an hour for roadside assistance I decided I was close enough to Esserman to slowly make my way there. They were super quick to help me & put on a used tire. I had my dogs with me(wasn t expecting a tire emergency) and they were welcoming to them too. Thanks guys!

Last night got a flat pulling out of the school where my son was playing...an hour away. Aired it up to get home. Flat this morning. It's not fixable! Thankful for Esserman Tire for getting me right in and set with 2 new tires! #shoplocal

I bought 4 new tires for my truck. After a day or so I noticed the back end bounced up and down like wheel hop. So I took it back. They rebalanced them. Still the same. So they drove it and said the tires might be defective. They ordered "new 2 back tires and after a few days said they were in and they would exchange them. Now the front does exactly the same thing! Did they just swap the back to the front? And no new tires? It's horrible! Very dissatisfied!!I would like to take the time to Thank Steve for going out of his way correcting my tire problem. It pretty much corrected the problem! I have counted on Essermans to do most of my Car/Truck repairs over the years. And will years to come! Thanks again! Cliff

Got my car fixed on Friday drove it one time to indy now check engine light and traction light on. Take it back so conveniently they didnt have anything to do with that!!! Same thing happened to another car I brought there 8 years ago to have fixed they worked on tires and front and front suspension messed up when I got it back. And now again this time!!! Sorry I ever thought i could give them another try!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
