I bought a new to me car in August of 2023, after a year and a half of searching for what I wanted. In January of 2024, I was t-boned and my car was completely totaled. Living in Indianapolis, I searched every single dealership to find the same car (weird but I LOVED that car) but had no luck. My husband said I should look throughout the state and we landed on Del Real. Same car - different color - less miles, and in perfect condition. It was too good to be true. I reached out, spoke with Rich who had nothing but patience and kindness with me as I worked through my tears and questions. He made this whole process easy for me and I am SO thankful for that. After bringing the car home, a few things popped up. I called Del Real again hoping they could help me out. And yet again they came through. It was worth the hour drive up there multiple times to have the car I so very much love. THANK. YOU.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I came in looking at one car, decided it wasn't the best fit for my daughter, and kept looking through their inventory over the next few weeks until I found the right car. Happy with it so far. The car was very clean and drove smoothly all the way back home (30 miles away). Having the Carfax available on the website was a major bonus, and something that helped sell the car. Rich was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Bought a used car here 2 years ago. It's still running great. I am not from the area and had looked everywhere for a good deal, this dealer had several reasonably priced cars to choose from. The process to buy was simple. Would absolutely return here next time I need a car.

My granddaughter purchased a vehicle from Del Real in Frankfort and it had a problem, the group was right on it and got it fixed very quickly. I would purchase from them in the future.

I have purchased 3 vehicle from Del Real Automotive Group in Frankfort. Great to deal with, nice vehicle at very reasonable prices. The last vehicle I purchased I set them on a mission to find. They found what I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations. Will continue to go here for all my pre-owned needs. Service shop is great too!

I have been taking my cars here for over 5 years. I have rented cars with great ease and have had my cars serviced. They are always on point and never give me any issues like most mechanics do. They fix what's needed and let you know what could be changed out but they have always been 100% honest with me.

I purchased a 2010 Corolla from Del Real for my daughter's first car. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. They are very honest and stand behind their sales. Thank you so much; I recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car and an honest company.

I recently bought a 2006 envoy from them. Specifically asked what was wrong with it and what they ve done to it. The guy told me nothing was wrong and that they ve changed the oil and put tires on it. I m semi knowledgeable on cars but not a great amount. I thought 5.3s were just loud. A week later my mechanic tells me I have a rod knock so I took it back for a motor replacement and they charged me to put a motor with over 40,000 miles than the car had in. Now the whole car runs awful. Somethings wrong with the drivetrain, it needs a new front in, I m replacing the starter right now. They took absolutely no accountability in selling me a lemon.

Great service very friendly knowledgeable. I bought a Honda pilot from them. What little work that has needed to be done has been quality and reasonable. Occasionally has been hard to get an appointment for service but not worse than anybody else in town.

Just got 2007 BMW 525xi and was very easy process and the staff were great and easy to talk to! I would recommend them to anyone and will probably be back for a truck next year! Thanks to everyone at Del Real for helping me get my new car.

Was told that I didn't need to put a deposit on a car I live an hour away when I arrived I was told there was another family waiting to drive it. So we went online and found a better deal elsewhere if you live in town and drive by and see a car I would say do business with them if you live away and want to look at something they put online don't bet on it being there even if you ask them to hold it for you.

Very poor bought an 08 liberty then not even 2 weeks and the heater core goes and over heats the engine. I tell them about it and all I got was sorry they knew about it before I bought it . Don't buy from them they will lie and not even attempt to make it right. I reported this place for good reason what a joke.

When have been here several time for car rentals, because we have to travel for medical reasons. They always have the best price & the best service. We highly recommend you call them the next time you need a rental.

After a while I noticed the whole front end shaking when I brake. Go to remove the tires to troubleshoot/replace the brakes, and the lugnuts are so tight I can't get my wheels off even by jumping up and down on a breaker bar. Turns out they over-tightened the lugs so much, they warped my rotors. Real pros in the garage at this place.

Kinda pissed me off really I was looking at a used truck that they had priced over 1500 book value then they offered me a quarter of the value of my car witch was 9 years newer and 30k less mi a whopping 1800 dollars and only wanted to come down 500 off the truck no thanks keep your over priced auction vehicles I'll go to a real dealership
