I was having problems with my drivers side wiper not working properly. I stopped there one day and a worker came out and said it was out of time and i had to take it to a mechanic few days later i went back. Carter waited on me. I was going to just buy a new wiper blade and try to find someone to fix it for me. Carter asked if I wanted him to install the blade; I told him someone else there had told me the wiper needed adjusted. He said let me look at it for you. He immediately fixed the problem and installed the new blade within 2 minutes! Excellent service and knowledge. You don t get good service very rarely anymore! So thankful! He was very knowledgeable, kind and seemed to enjoy his job! Appreciate your kindness.

Justin, the store manager, is awesome and has an all around great staff! My fiance and I woke to find our Ford F150 shutting off seconds after starting. I was able to get a large gas can there with the car, at a very reasonable price, to help clear the lean fuel.Upon arrival, they were able to do a diagnostic to determine the issue. Because of the help received, we had the confidence to continue our plans in picking up furniture and appliances from Lebanon without fear and service was fast and on point.We've been there several times before, so a review is overdue. Definitely the way to go for auto needs.

This store is run by people that have no idea what they are doing nor seem to want to take the time to figure it out. Went to the AutoZone in Kokomo and I'd give them 5 stars! They knew what I needed and how to get it efficiently without jumping through hoops!Frankfort store needs a serious evaluation by corporate.

One of my favorite places to go spend money the customer service is outstanding the employees are very reliable as far as what you get and knowledge about parts i have a few friends there and they are affordable and fast nowhere else better to go when you can shop autozone for all you parts and accessories i have been restoring old cars using only them to get the parts

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, WANTED TO CHANRGE EXTRA FOR PARTS TO BE RUSHED, WHEN PARTS WERE RUSHED THEY STILL DID NOT ARRIVE TWO DAYS LATER.. THEN WHEN I PHONED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER... HE WAS RUDE AND ABRASIVE, ANSWERS WERE BARELY SPOKEN WORDS.."YEAH" I DID MENTION TO HIM THAT I FELT PROPER RESPONSE THAT WOULD ACCEPTED WOULD BE YES MA'AM.. THREE TIMES EVEN.. HE JUST CONTINUED TO RESPOND WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL YEAH... THEN HUNG UP ON ME... WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CALL BACK.. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WOULD ANSWER MY CALLS... AFTER CALLING ORILEY AUTO PARTS AND ORDERING THE SAME PARTS THAT I CAN PICK UP TODAY @4PM...I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN A CALL TO THEM ONCE MORE... A FEMALE ANSWERED, STATED THAT SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND THAT BRIAN HAD GONE FOR THE DAY... NOT ALLOWING ME TO SPEAK TO HIM AS I HAD REQUESTED, BRIDGET WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO HER AND THAT I FELT SHE WAS LYING AS HE HAD JUST TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE TO CALL ME WHEN THE PARTS WERE DELIVERED LATER TODAY.. LYING BUNCH OF NO GOODS.. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL .. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM AUTOZONE ...EVER!...

In and out pretty quick . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Selection of tools could be a bit better is my only real complaint. I would recommend them

Bought windshield wipers and got them installed quickly and professionally. I wish I would have asked her her name but she did a fantastic job and was super kind!

Good people there fast and kind really help you out they'll even lend you a screwdriver or pair pliers if you need them This one guy hold a flashlight for me one night when I was changing a light bulb freezing our butts off and he didn't complain at all hell of a dude thanks guys

I am a young widow who also recently lost my Dad so the help from the guys at this Autozone was absolutely awesome!! I had my alternator tested and got the good news it was good so the fine gentlemen gave me awesome advice on how to clean the terrible corrosion that was on my battery terminal. I got the job done which I m pretty proud of but I couldn t have done it without the awesome advice and customer service provided my this store. Thank you all so much!!

Took over an hour in the store to get service while my wife and daughter sat in the hot sun waiting. Bought a Dorman fuel line kit from Autozone online, the kit didn't include the correct parts, ... factories error not Autozone's fault. Went to Autozone in Frankfort, IN to sort out the problem. The new guy tried to help find the kit, the other employee flat refused to help, even when asked if he'd help "helping other customers" he said, ... I replied I'm a customer! Finally after talking to the store manager, he helped and found it within 5 minutes I was out of there. Racial profiling at it finest! Since I'm not Hispanic or Latino he refused to help. I probably witnessed 20 other customers come and go .... I waited in the line too! It was my turn, 10 times ... Won't be back!!!

Guy who helped me was on his personal phone the entire time and acted like I was interrupting him. The last AutoZone I went to the guy offered to change the bulb for me, mid Covid, and I didn't even ask for help, but sure took him up on it. This time, I interrupted his personal call to see if he could help me, and he said no and kept talking on his phone. Won't be back to this location.

Employees are outstanding and so helpful. Online it says they are a drop-off for UPS. NOT TRUE . They helped me find a location in the city I am. So carrying and friendly. AutoZone has always been my go to . Thank you even though it had nothing to do with a car.

Associates are knowledgeable and. Friendly. Autozone will be an important place with the economy freaking out it will be cheaper to do a lot of your maintenance ourselves.

I just called there and the person that answered the phone was rude and said what is it when I'm trying to tell him what part I need I will never go there again and I don't recommend nobody else going there

Employee behind the counter thought my vehicle had spark plug wires and does not. 4.2 Vortec has individual coils for each plug.
