Tigran gave me a great deal on a beautiful 2014 Mustang. This is a very nice family business. Every car on the lot was beautifully detailed and fairly priced. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. In and out in 1 hour with no pressure and got exactly what I wanted for a great price - plus an extended warranty. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from Indianapolis to Frankfort for a great buying experience. I highly recommend Auto BSA.Mike Woody

AutoBSA was amazing to work with. I wanted to purchase one of their cars from out of the country and they made it happen! Not only did they sell me the car, they even provided the overseas shipping for me so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to get the car delivered to me. Throughout the entire process they made sure to keep in touch with updates on where the car was and approximately when it would be arriving. These guys were amazing to work with and made the whole process simple and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, no matter where you are.Thank you.

Grachya helped me in purchasing a Toyota Camry and it was a very smooth process. He was very helpful and patient! Did not feel pressured to buy the car but he also gave me helpful information to make an informed decision. Had issues with my dashboard and they offered to replace it for free right away, so that was great!

I had a great experience here today. The team was very insightful and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend buying cars from here. Bought a Nissan Sentra for great price. They fixed the only issue on the car right away when I pointed it out. COME HERE TO BUY!!!

First time buying a foreign car, and they were so helpful and took care of me well. Bought a Mercedes C300 and couldn t be happier with my purchase. Car inside and out was stunning, filled my oil, put new tires on, and did a complete detail of the car before selling.

I am writing this review approximately month and a half after my purchase. First of all, I want to comment on their friendliness as a business. I am a young woman knows practically nothing about cars which I am aware that puts me in a quite vulnerable position when it comes to cars. However, AutoBSA was one of the only place that made me feel comfortable enough to trust. They informed me with all the information I need and made sure I understood everything. They kindly understood my circumstances and assisted me accordingly which I greatly appreciate. As for the car, there was a little hick up with the system a week after I purchased the car they managed to pick up the car (I am from Illinois), take a look at it, and sent it back. They were positive there was nothing wrong with the car but they went through this measure for my safety.All you need to know is that they are more than just a business. Very nice people.

We bought a car from this company using copart! This is terrible, they are deceivers. They removed the engine, transmission and catalytic converters from the car! They threw some other motor inside on two 2/4 wooden board! cut off the hood cable and sold it!!! I advise everyone to stay away from these scammers!THERE AS 3 DAYS LIKE NO RESPONSE FROM YOU?

I drove 4 hours to see car. It was worth the drive. The car and salesperson (Grachya) were awesome! 2013 Audi Q7 is being shipped .Update: Car was shipped and arrived sooner than expected. Autobsa always in communication until final delivery. Very good transaction and service.

When I first looked at the car, Grachya answered all my questions and showed me the car fax. On the second visit I noticed the oil dip stick was broken. Grachya said he would order one and send it to me. I got it. The transaction went great. All steps were explained and understood. Very pleased with car and dealership.

Incredible staff with great pricing on their cars. Drove 2 hours to see the car and well it was worth it. Grachya, the sales rep was outstanding and made sure to make the process of buying the car as smooth as possible. First dealership that didn't rush me during the entire process. These guys were great. I appreciated the professional yet personal interaction and not being handed off to someone else for the paperwork. Nobody said let me check with my manager or tried to upsell me. They had a nice selection of luxury vehicles, as well as a clean and attractive office. AutoBSA is different from your average car dealership. The vibe there is relaxed and patient. G was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and getting us into a new vehicle. When you purchase from AutoBSA, you're purchasing from a family owned business with very nice selection of vehicles.

Absolutely GREAT customer service!I'm 67. I've bought a lot of cars. This transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced. No pressure. No exaggerated claims. Fair prices. Clean, safe cars.Due to a few minor paint flaws, I offered less than the advertised price of my 2012 MINI Cooper Sport convertible. It was accepted, and I'm getting 29 mpg in 'topless' city driving. I came from out of state to buy a car from AutoBSA that I found online. They were polite, responsive, friendly and trustworthy. Also no high pressure sales I was offered an extended warranty one time and there was no pushback when I said no. Genuinely nice guys here!
