Great group of guys to get parts from.And the napa know how to get you what you need

Walked in had three clerks behind counter and one customer being waited on I stood there and waited at least 5 minutes then walked up to a clerk that appeared to be doing nothing but just sitting behind counter but rudely held up his hand to stop me from asking him a question and without even trying to find out from me what I needed. Help with just started talking to the other clerk about something that seemed to me could not waited until he found out how to assist a customer.

Bought a Napa product and they refused to return it when I used their store online to find what I needed. They cover a huge area and apparently can t manage to take care of a customer who didn t need a specific part. What a joke the management and owners don t seem to care along with the employees in their. Won t be doing any future business here ever again.

Half of the time they have exactly what you want, the other half they will have there tomorrow. If you get with then before starting a project they will get what you need of they don't have it.
