2009 BMW M3. Dropped off wheels were curb rash on all, chips, the job before was awful. Couple days later, the wheels are perfect. Show room quality. Took the bends out of all wheels. No vibration in the steering wheel anymore. This place is unreal. I'm more than happy, the job they did is incredible. Great communication, extremely knowledgeable, my wheels look and ride brand new. If you saw what they were before, you'd think they can't be fixed. They were not only fixed but restored to perfection. I can't say enough how great they are.

The guy knows what he is doing. The rims came out better than expected, HOWEVER! I called before I decided to use them. I had two bent rims and the young man quoted me prices on both of them over the phone. When I get there, with my rims on the tire after taking them off myself, I am told they are a high amount to fix than the amount quoted AND he must charge me 18 dollars a piece on top of the price on the phone to dismount, mount, and balance the rims. This procedure seemed to be well though out as if I wasn't the first he gigged like this. Regardless to say I walked in there thinking I would pay $180 and walked out paying $271 with all of the extra charges he tacks on. His rates on set on a chart laying on the counter but he often keeps it hidden from view during pricing. The rims came out looking great though I found out I could have bought the same 2 rims brand new for 95 a piece later. I have a strong suspicion the owner knew he was charging me more to fix the rims than it would be to buy new. That is the type of integrity I look for in a business. He might have lost a sale then, but made many down the road on more expensive rims I would need fixed. Instead I will most likely use another business next time I have these issues. The kicker is the receipt has a picture of Jesus carrying the cross, as if to say "we are a good Christian company". Religion should not be tied to demonstrating integrity or values as it often is just a cover. Though I am not a practicing Christian, I feel horribly for those who are and have to attach themselves to a group to give false pretenses. Another lost customer! He did not demonstrate any inkling of Christian values or Universal Moral Code for that matter.

Brought two wheels in for repair for $145 ea. Got them back and mounted them. Before lowering the vehicle, I spun the wheel and checked them for roundness. One was fine, one was still significantly bent. When I brought the wheel back in to be fixed right, they told me that I must have bent it again...in the same spot. As I had not yet run the wheel on the vehicle, this was impossible, but they insisted on me paying another $145 to repair the wheel. I obviously feel really taken for a ride on this and will not use or recommend Mr. Wheels ever again. Unprofessional and greedy.

The owner is a very hard working young adult. Reasonably priced and timely at servicing patrons! Straightened my auto rim from Marion County pothole destruction in less than 2 hours. Will use again if potholes Don T get repaired...for sure! Lol

Mr. Wheels did a great job fixing my bent rim! The staff did a great job keeping me posted on the status of the repair and what my options were. I'm happy to say my car drives perfectly again!

Went in this morning not knowing I needed an appointment, but they got me right in. Finished fixed my bent wheel in under and hour and I was on my way. Excellent job done, my car doesn't vibrate anymore.Would definitely recommend.

I was in town from New York and ready to go home when I noticed a leak in my tire. I had a bent rim. Called every rim repair place in Indianapolis but nobody could help. It was Friday and they were saying the earliest would be Tuesday. Rusty at Mr. Wheels heard me out and decided to help. I was in and out with the brand new looking rim within the hour. Thank you so much!

Rusty and the team stepped up big. We found out two rims were cracked just before we were to leave on Christmas break. They got us in and fixed in one day. Very much appreciated and they do great work.

Nicely done Mr. Wheels! Cracked rim, thanks IDOT! $130 later, we're good to go. Now I need an alignment. Seriously the team at Mr. Wheels got me in and out in no time and they fixed the crack, aligned my rim in 2 hours. Nice people!

2000 clk430 cab. Have had major issues with steering wiggle since purchase - tried new wheels, new tires, rebuilt front end... nothing... but then took to Mr. Wheels... The FACTORY wheels were out of round!!! Now, for the 1st time in 2 years, & multiple "repairs", the auto drives as it should, NO STEERING WOBBLE!!! HURAY!!!! A joy to drive... Yeah, $95/wheel, but they're perfect now! THANK YOU!!!

i had all 4 wheels refinished here, & josh fixed them the RIGHT way, first time. ive been to many other shops around indianapolis, carmel, greenwood... but this place pointed out how other shops cut corners on my wheels the last time they were refinished. A+

You are crazy if you don't give theses guys a shot I dropped off my brand new corvette Z06 for a rim repair and they exceeded all expectations. Only use this company the are experts and take amazing care of high end cars thanks again guys .

Mr. Wheels is officially closed the owner Bob Langford senior passed away after 30 years and first in the USA fixing aluminum wheels, they had an auction today the estate is now closed so if you ever see a sign that says Mr wheels it's someone that is trying to copycat him there shall never be another aluminum wheel repair like the true mr. Wheels of indy
