I just had them put new tires on my truck. I took it back in the next day due to a vibration issue, so they rebalanced the tires and gave me a discount on alignment, which I needed done but didn't ask for with the tire install (even though I know you're supposed to). Honest shop and very good at letting you know what's going on with your vehicle. I've had oil changes done here in the past and will continue to use them for all my service.

I've been going you Fortville Tire for many years. They get me in same day or within a few. I know it has chgd ownership however, same great group of ppl and it went over smooth w/o any stress on us. They are really great w pricing and very friendly.

Great experience had 2 flat tires they replaced them next day with a very reasonable price have used them now couple times great service and very friendly employees will continue to use them for any car issues !

Go here for all your car care needs. Had my oil changed and was going to have tires rotated. But on examing and measuring the tires, they said the tires did not need to be rotated at this time. Appreciated their honesty. Saved some money there. Very friendly. Will answer any questions you have. Extra shout out to Christy at the desk that makes appointments. Love her.

Hart, Jim and their staff did a excellent job getting my vehicle's two front tires changed and a alignment done with excellent care and knowledge! Definitely will be returning.

Staff here is amazing!!I had my Toyota's tire replaced, aligned and asked if they can help with removing the license plate screws that were stuck rusted. They removed them and replaced with new screws. Very helpful staff and very professional. I would recommend Fortville Tire for your car services.

I stopped in for a new battery this morning. It was great to hear that they went ahead and checked the starter and alternator based on my concerns. I was told it would be about an hour wait before my car would be looked at. I added a tire rotation while I waited. I ended up not having to wait and was in and out in about an hour. Great service and will spread the word! Thanks again!

My mom recently had work completed here for her car and was very happy. I called yesterday to see if they could look at my car because my check engine light has been on. I dropped it off today at 8 right when they opened and by 9 they called me to let me know what was wrong and the cost. They said they could have it done by 2 (the time I said I d need my car back when I dropped it off). I didn t expect to have my car fixed same day and am very grateful. Everyone I interacted with was down to earth and friendly. As a girl walking into a car shop I m always nervous about getting taken advantage of but the pricing was fair and I felt like friends were working on my car. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Owner s sister is a justice warrior that cannot leave other people s business. Judges without knowing anything about the situation. First, she claimed she s the owner. turned out she lied about it. Her brother is. This was discovered once she threatened to call police multiple times and off duty officer magically showed up. Once she realized she could not win the argument even with the off-duty officer, she changed strategy and attacked with towing, in which the owner of the property has every right of. I could have just waited for a tow truck to show up and leave as soon as I see the truck to make this business cost $, but I decided not to. All this happened on Sat around 7PM, in which this business wasn t even open.In addition, the new owner is I hear a contemptible individual. Apparently runs in the family. So, it s a matter of time you have a trouble with this place and be judged as a bad customer although this place is at fault. Knowing that, this place will not get a cent from me.-----------------------------------Reply:Any case, your mother lied. Acted as an owner or sister. Did not tell the truth at all. And, you are backing a lair up. Plus, my car was just turned off and very cool from air conditioning. I was going out for just 2 minutes at most. Your mother just shut her mouth up when I told her I'm leaving for 2 min. She just couldn't make any more arguments. But, she didn't want to lose the argument. She stick to her claim. My dog was panting from the stress due to I had to put a cooler where she usually hang out in my car. But, you and your mother were so expert on dogs you didn't know that.Verbally abused? Oh my god, I did yell because she declined to mind her own business, but I didn't call her names, which she should have been. If I was doing so as you claim, the offer would have done something to ease the situation. He didn't. Again, he said what he had to say and that was that. In addition, there was a guy sitting next to "your mother." I assume it was your Dad since he looked old. So, I verbally abused "your mother" as you claimed. But, this guy, just sat there and kept his mouth shut. He didn't even say a word. So, this old guy sitting next to "your mother" was just fine verbally abusing as well as the officer. It seems that "your mother" told you another lie right there since nobody around her didn't help her.The officer did not instruct me to remove the vehicle. Another lies to fit to your story. He said that the owner has the right to tow any car in the owner's property. That's not instructing to remove.Your family is just composed of lying. That tells, you can't be trusted. And your family including yourself do not care about knowing the situation and make a decision. Your mother didn't know my intention that my car was cool enough for leaving my dog for 2 min. And labeled me as an abuser; this includes you as well since you didn't even try to contact me to understand the situation. This makes you a bad business owner because you just prove that if something was done to a vehicle by your mechanic, you would not hear or find out existing conditions from a customer. You just abide by your mechanic and would not make it right. Thank you so much for proving yourself that you are a bad business owner.

took a wheel to Fortville Tire to have a tire patched, as they are a local business, and i always support local. tire was patched fine, but they marred the wheel in the process. looks terrible. will not return nor will i recommend to ANYONE. picture attached.
