Damage was done to our personal vehicle and the jobs were not done correctly. If he felt like he could not do the job then he should feel free to say that. Passenger step were supposed to have 4 braces on it and driver 2 braces. They only put 3 braces on the passenger side and the driver's side was not installed. It is now several weeks later and trim parts are falling off of our van that they have broke in installing the passenger side step. I have now taken the van to a place in Anderson (Auto Outfitters) and the job was done wonderfully. "Photo's are of damage that Bigg's did."

Mechanic wise decent. But the owner is rude and shady. 3 different times within 2 months he mislead me on price and timing. The last one, he mislead me by 5 weeks. Started the work, then said he could finish 5 weeks later. After charging for $175. Will not be back and I will advise anyone/everyone to find someone else. Ended our conversation with the owner slamming the door in my face because I questioned his communication. I have taken my vehicles to Biggs for over 12 years because he's always been extremely trustworthy and fair on price. Mike never pushes a repair or maintenance item that is questionable. His work is top notch and customer service is awesome.

My family have been taking vehicles to the Biggs' for 25+ years. Never had a bad experience. Neither Dave nor Mike have ever steered us wrong (pun intended).

My truck ,1985 F250. 7.5L,had a lot of challenges,but Mr.(Mike) Biggs overcame them an my truck runs better then it ever did.Thanks Mike

Mike is awesome. He worked and worked to fix my mom's old Saturn Vue. We learned parts are hard to find or too expensive now that they are discontinued.

Never return calls in a timely manner I have been waiting for a call back for almost 5 hours for them to look at a problem they said I didn't have a problem with and charged me for. Grrr
