Matt Hein was our salesman and Adam assisted with financing. They were both very thorough with their explanations and worked hard to get the deal we needed without being pushy. We were treated very well by all the staff and wouldn t hesitate to work with Matt again.

Recently purchased a new Subaru Outback. We worked with Matt who was polite, informative, and not pushy. I appreciated how he kept us updated with time estimates during different steps in the purchasing process, and even let us know of the best time window to step away for lunch. We also worked with Jason who was super thorough with our between states paperwork. Anyone we spoke with was polite and friendly. Was very satisfied with our experience. Would make the trip again for future purchases.

I have been searching for a Subaru Forester for over a year now; looking for the right color and one that had low mileage and slightly used. I am so happy to say that today Tyler made that a reality for me. He was polite and professional from start to finish, spent time listening to what I wanted and he never once made me feel pressured. He went above and beyond explaining the features of the vehicle and made the entire process one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying a new car. Edit: I received a call from the GM of sales. Scott was very apologetic on the phone and was just looking for understanding on what went wrong in the sale process. I appreciate him taking the time to reach out and offer an apology for all the miscommunication. Though it took much longer than I was originally told, my car was paid off and the check was sent with 1-day rush delivery. Thank you for the good customer service, Scott.I sold my car to them and it took several phone calls and text messages to get the money for it. They were to pay off the remainder of the loan and then cut me a check for what was left over. I waited over a week and nothing had been done. After many attempts to make something happen, I finally got my check 18 days after sale. The loan payoff was 22 days after sale. They had already listed my car without paying me a dime. I truly feel that if I I had not called so many times that they still would not have paid me.

Fabulous people in the service department...and beyond. Brittany rolled out the red carpet for me and her colleagues were equally as impressive due to their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I wished I lived near Fort Wayne! The took care of me during mechanical concerns on a work related road trip from Southern Ohio to West Michigan. Great team of people who made a challenging day so much more pleasant!

I purchased a new Subaru Outback back in September, but started my car buying process very early in the year. I acknowledge that I can be a bit of a tough person to work with when it comes to sales as I find the typical sales tactics highly aggravating.Matt Hein not only listened to me when I expressed my desire not to be hounded and harassed, he went out of his way to ensure I didn't receive the never-ending sales calls and emails that most dealerships sign you up for when you start viewing cars. He was incredibly knowledgable and, I felt, trustworthy. Once I came back a few months later, we were both agreed that we were not here to waste each others time and we got to business and settled on a final price, which I found fair, quickly.I absolutely recommend asking for Matt Hein as your sales rep and I intend to use him again in the distant future when I need to purchase a new Subaru.

My wife and I bought a 2020 Forester Sport this past weekend, 11-4, and could not have had a better experience. Our salesman, Cam, could not have been more personable or professional. Very quick responce to all communications. He made our decision easy.Adam answered all of our finance questions clearly in easy to understand terms. The entire staff made us feel very welcome.We would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from this location recently. It's exactly what I was looking for, very comfortable and user friendly. I worked with Matt Hein who was incredibly knowledgable and honest and he helped me pick the exact type of vehicle I was in the market for. UPDATE:After having a bad initial experience, I am happy to say that the new General Sales Manager (Scott) personally reached out to me to resolve this issue. He could have easily avoided a past issue, but instead, he was proactive and courageous enough to reach out.I am extremely impressed that he was able to go above and beyond and reach a resolution that made both me and my wife happy. He additionally reached out multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. I think this dealership is headed in a positive direction with this type of leadership. You have restored our confidence in your Sales Department.ORIGINAL:Buyer Beware. I was excited to purchase a vehicle from Zeigler, but unfortunately this dealership isn't completely honest. We were assured there was no internal issues on the vehicle (including on the inspection report). However, quickly discovered there was an issue. There was additionally a dangerous recall that was missed.We reached back out to the dealer to take care of this issue (thinking that it wouldn't be a big issue, because it was missed). We were told there was nothing they could do and that the sale was final. There was no response to our last email.I'm not sure if the Service or the Sales department dropped the ball, but in the end, the customer had to pay for it. Just be careful, and make sure you take a really good look at the vehicle (or take a mechnic with you).My issue mainly lies with the Service and Sales department. The reason I gave two stars, is because we were treated very nicely and honestly with the finance department.

We needed a different vehicle and started looking the week before Thanksgiving. We looked at quite a few different makes and models at several dealerships. We found several that would be ok, but nothing really jumped out at us.We set up an appointment with Matt Hein at Ziegler Subaru on Black Friday. As luck would have it, it was an awesome decision. From the time we walked in the door till the time we made the purchase, we where treated with respect, had all our questions answered very honestly and Matt and the gang made us feel very comfortable.Purchasing a different vehicle is a major investment and they helped each step of the way in a very professional manner.Thanks Matt, we love our Outback and are glad you took the time to find the right vehicle for us. My husband and I were in search of a sedan to replace his commuter car. He drives approximately 100 miles a day to work and back so a comfortable, safe, and economical car was our goal. There were other cars we initially test drove that were slightly used but higher end models. Subaru was last on our list of vehicles to test drive but the only new model. We both absolutely fell in love with the 2024 Subaru Legacy Sport and Matt Hein of Subaru Fort Wayne made our experience worthy of 5 stars. He was attentive, patient, enthusiastic and so knowledable of the car. He paid close attention to my husband's needs and wants in a vehicle and made sure he got everything on his list and more. After doing some independent research my husband and I finally decided we wanted to pursue purchasing a Subaru, we had put off buying a new (to us) car long enough. What I thought was going to be a scary, and complicated process was made educational and reassuring, Matt H. assisted us in our purchase, and even discovered an Outback that had been Certified by Subaru, but not yet detailed and placed on the lot. Matt went above and beyond to expedite the preparation of the vehicle, so we could take it home with us that day. I can't stress enough that he was receptive to our needs, and took his time to explain questions I personally had. The process was straight-forward, informative, and customer-driven. We appreciate what the dealership did for us, and especially Matt's guidance and expertise. We would return here amicably if we needed to purchase another vehicle. Thank you!

Jamonte is a great salesman, and we love the Subaru that we bought; however, customer service is terrible!! Jamonte told us to call him if we needed anything. I have called seven times, speaking with him only twice. When I spoke with him, and in the five messages that I left him, I was very specific: 1. We wanted to cancel the warranty, 2. The dealership was supposed to issue a check to us, 3. We questioned whether the Zguard was actually applied. My first call was 12 days after we signed paperwork. It is now day 27. There are a lot of electronics on this car, and we have questions, so we pull out the manual and rely on Google. We are very disappointed; we expected better customer service after buying a new car!

I would strongly recommend running Carfax on any used vehicles listed. They currently list a car VIN: JF2GTAAC9PG245418 as having a clean title, no accidents etc. through Experian Autocheck and their representative could not tell me what Insurance Transfer means on that report. Before I left for the dealer I ran a Carfax and discovered the car has been crashed twice and had been an insurance write-off. When I pointed this out to the representative, he thanked me for my advice and hung up.

Bob Rohrman review. Mediocre at best. Same old tired car salesman tactics. Young guys were pushy and disrespectful to older employees which was embarrassing to watch and unprofessional. Car we ended up purchasing was missing an interior panel that they promised would be mailed to me after the sale...9 months and several communications later, still never received it.

Extraordinary service. I only wish we had stopped here first. From the time we came in the door to the time we left, Dylan Anderson made every effort to answer questions, share a ton of information, and demonstrate a wide variety of features in the car. Jason Williams helped in the financial process and even though we were pre-approved, saved us thousands on our loan. I cannot begin to overemphasize how highly I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I started this review with one word....Extraordinary.

This establishment has had my vehicle for 46 days. I've called 10 different times to get an update, the one person I need to speak with is never there. He left early or is with other guest or is on the phone. No one seems to know what is going on. I've never had worse service in my life. If this wasn't a company vehicle I would take my business elsewhere. Guess I'll have to start showing up every day to try and catch this "Justin" if he even exsist!

Bought two from these guys and will not buy more. They gave us a bad deal on financing for our Solterra. They tried to offer us half what we paid for it 7 months later. They took almost a month to not accomplish what Ziegler Subaru in Lafayette and Castle Subaru in Portage accomplished in just a few hours. They have high pressure sales tactics. Admitted that they have to lie to pay less for trades. Admitted they didn t want our Solterra. I have reported this place to Subaru of America and don t recommend going here for your new Subaru. They get one extra star for telling us about Subaru s Customer Advocacy line. They won t however tell you about Subaru s Guaranteed Trade Program nor take it when Subaru Corporate and the other two mentioned dealers would. Ziegler to Ziegler, Lafayette is way better. We bought from Castle Subaru in Portage and they took care of us extremely well. Well worth the drive.

I highly recommend staying away from the service department here the service manager Jeremy and his cronies are crooks and liars and when I called them out they don t want to talk. They said they would send the recorded conversation they had with my wife to me because I was out of town and unable to talk to them, when I called they said oh we don t have that conversation lying untrustworthy people STAY AWAY OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COST if I could give a zero I would
