Ana and Jess were Rockstars! They were honest, up front and a lot of fun. My roommate was able to get into a nice car that fit his budget. They answered every question and were knowledgeable about everything we inquired about. Highly recommend this dealership if one is in need of a nice, affordable vehicle!

Cobra was amazing, he handled all my needs as far as a vehicle.. Got me into a Brand new Chevrolet Malibu with low down payments big shout out to the finance team Jr and Ron I appreciate the whole team especially my man Cobra Go see him, when I thought it wouldn t happen they went the extra mile to make it work

So about 6 yrs ago I bought a vehicle from yes auto back under the old owners, big mistake but quickly after Brian brothers took over ownership he reached out cause he saw my old review basically warning people now to buy from the old owners cause of how they lied and covered up major issues with our yukon. Brian tried to do what he could to wash out the nasty taste I had he did 3000 dollars in repairs but unfortunately there was way more problems than the 3000 dollars. So let's fast forward to a week ago my husband and I were looking to get out from under the Grey cloud ( the yukon) so we knew Brian had taken over and we went out to the north lot to see a few vehicles we had been eye balling, we told Brian which vehicles we were interested in and because we work 3 jobs between the two of us it was hard for us to make it up there in a decent time frame to really test out the vehicles. So to our surprise Brian and Ron went above Nd beyond the norm each car I wanted to test barely had gas in it so I couldn't really test them so I expressed my concerns and they allowed me to take one over the weekend to see how I liked it, then I came back Monday I tested another and took that one for 2 days mind u the gas. So I came back with my husband and we were sooo thankful for the time they allowed us with each vehicle I was able to get inspections done to both and I presented the reports to them told them the one I decided on and they are making the repairs this Saturday to my new 2019 dodge ram, now my husband and I have matching his and her trucks. He has a 2019 bighorn dodge ram. I want to thank Brian and Ron for everything they did for us and I highly recommend doing business with Ron and or Brian.

The place to go to purchase a vehicle! They will get in a nice vehicle! You just can't beat their finance managers! Everything that is possible and sometimes the impossible they can handle! Great place!

Beast place in the world to buy a car. Jose was perfect and Ron worked very hard to get us approved. Wow!!!. We were so impressed. I love my new truck. Everyone should go there. After speaking with Yes Automotive over the phone regarding asking about a couple vehicles, I was positive I was ready to work with this dealership. I was greeted immediately by Tiffany after entering the inside. The environment was clean, friendly, and they were all on point! They quickly took all of our information and before we knew it we were test driving the vehicle we were interested in! The process went fairly easy and no headaches occurred! They definitely told us YES! We loved yes s professionalism, friendliness, and quick service! Thank you for saying yes to us! We love our 2016 ford explorer, we will definitely be returning when are ready to buy another car because we can t wait for you to tell us yes again!

Soo my husband and I went to yes about two years ago to window shop and get an idea of what we wanted. Just a goal. We told them this repeatedly. Well the person who was showing us around didn t understand this. He was about six foot something with no hair and a mole on his ear. I say this so whoever comes in can avoid him at all cost. So they show us one car that we re allowed to test drive. This car smells like dog. We tell them we like the vehicle but what s the price on it. Cause we want to go home and think on it. These things were top secret I guess.cause we didn t find any of these answers out until we d been there for hours watching them on the phones calling lenders. Not telling us anything going on.. Which you ll notice no prices on any windows of the vehicles. Well let me just get to it. We did the math. We ve paid $14,560 in two years. Our debt for the car was 20k. We still owe $17,458 on the vehicle and have never been late on payments. Tell me how this makes sense. We ve only paid 2000$ on the debt we owe and the 12 thousand is just for interest or what?. This is a reply so this is under my daughters name. We are returning our vehicle to you guys this month actually so no biggie with all the details. My problem wasn t with the back. My problem was with the amount of pressure you put on someone. You guys are almost bully s and the prices of the vehicles are insane! That s why you guys don t put it on the windshield I m sure. Thanks for the reply tho.

We were sold a lemon of a vehicle. Its been at the repair shop near us for a month. The tech and mechanic said there is a hold in the valve - they have only seen in a Diesel. This is a 2015 Chevy Captiva. The shop at Yes tried to have us do an "easy" fix. Will not buy from Yes again.

Do NOT AND I REPEAT TRUST ANYONE HERE AT YES AUTO THEY LIE JUST TO GET YOU IN A CAR. LIED ABOUT NEW TIRES AND 90 DAY CAR NOTE. CORBA IS THE ONE WHO LIED TO ME. IM TELLING YOU LADIES DONT GO ALONE THEY WILL TRY YOU...Edit: The manager is VERY RUDE it's his job to lie, I feel a little silly for not looking at the reviews before but I needed a car. I signed paperwork yes but cobra was the one who pushed as hard as he could to get the car sold. He said four new tires 90 day note and the car will be in immaculate shape, My brakes been bad since day one. They're nice as hell before signing but if you have any questions after forget about it, That man did nothing but cut me off the whole conversation also said Cobra didn't say anything like that but you wasn't there in fact you were on vacation right?? That man lied and I will not be told I'm a liar no ma'am. Always have a mechanic or at least a man with you ladies..

Jess found me the exact car I was looking for. It was even in the color I had secretly hoped for. She helped me through the financing and got me a rate that was lower than I had expected. I highly recommend working with Jess. She is empathetic, straight forward, thorough.

Well it started when we first went to get a car. The sale person her name is Jessica she helped us out. She listened to what we wanted not like other car places I've been too and got us in a 2019 jeep Grand Cherokee. And then yesterday we was having issues with the heating in the jeep so I called and spoked to Jessica and she had me in at 11am and she checked our contact and saw we have a extended warranty so they was able to check to see what was wrong and didn't charge me a dime. I would recommend them before you go to another dealership

Everyone was so polite and friendly. Cobra and Josh went way and beyond to get me in a vehicle. I greatly appreciate everything that they have done! I recommend going to see them at the South address anytime you need a vehicle. I live in Ohio and didn't have transportation to get there. They sent a driver to come pick me up one and a half hours away! 5 stars for sure

I would recommend yes auto to anyone. It was a man there name cobra Rhodes who went out of his way, to make sure I didn't leave the lot without a vehicle. They are no longer just a car lot I consider them family.
