The guys at Yeoman s are all amazing! They were recommended by a coworker of mine and I was so happy I went with them. They got me in right away, the communication was on point. They serviced my car and had it ready in no time. They were all very courteous and professional. Donny went above and beyond to even check in with me a couple days after to see how things were going. I seriously couldn t be more satisfied with the quality of their work and their customer service! I highly recommend them!! They are the best!!

Yeoman s service is professional and courteous providing expert care for all our vehicles. From oil changes to replacing breaks to working on transmissions to repairing electrical issues their knowledgeable and efficient mechanics handle it all in a timely manner. the entire team at yeoman's have been professional, dependable and honest every time they take care of my car! I know I'm not alone as my friends share the same sentiment. I would not think of trusting anyone else with my car the way I do with them. as always I thank them for a job well done.

I took my car in to Yeoman's for a front end alignment. It could not have been a better experience. They got me in at a reasonable time, made the experience easy for me, and did quality work. I highly recommend Yeoman Service Center for any of your car service needs.

Don't take your car here. I took my car in for a front wheel alignment. When I went to pick my car up they charged me $55 and gave me my keys. When I left I knew right away something was wrong. When I got home and looked at my paperwork I seen that they didn't even do the alignment. I called and asked them them if they even did my alignment and they said no. I asked them what I paid them $55 for and they said for the estimate to tell me what was wrong. I never asked them for an estimate I asked them for an alignment. If they couldn't do the alignment then they should have just called me and told me they couldn't do it, not go ahead and see what's wrong with it and then charge me. And the worse part about it is they never said anything to me when I picked my car up. I left there thinking my car was ok and it definitely was not. I will NEVER NEVER go there again. If I could give them -10 stars I would have. Donny: to your reply to my review: My husband and I communicate very well so there is no problem there first of all. We live and work together so we talk constantly and he doesn't work 2nd shift he works 1st shift so you obviously don't know what you are talking about which proves you didn't speak with my husband. You should be a little more professional then to try to attack my relationship when you obviously don't know what you are talking about. I know for a fact that nobody at your shop communicated at all with my husband except for when he dropped off my car and asked for an alignment and even then all they said was how much it was for the alignment and that they would call when it was done. So all that stuff about you telling him about anything is a lie. I am also the one who picked my car up which would have been the perfect time to tell me that you couldn't do the job I was paying for. Especially when I came in talking about how I was happy to have my car back and I was about to go drive around. So don't try to act like my review is wrong because I definitely have no reason to lie.

On around December 11, 2023 I took my 1999 Dodge four-wheel-drive three-quarter ton diesel to this place to have a front end alignment and a couple of other things done. The truck is a Texas One owner and I knew The whole history of the truck before I purchased it. He purchased it new and kept it garage and did not work the truck at all. When I purchased the truck, it had 120 K on the odometer. I took it back to Indiana I noticed the alignment was a little off. Not bad just a little. The tires were 10 years old but since I only put about 5000 miles a year on my vehicles, I did not plan on buying tires until next year. I took it to Yeomans to have them align it and the guy told me he had a hard time getting it right but he thinks he has it. I also had them flushed the steering and rotate the tires and balance. On vacation I took the thousand mile one-way trip to Texas and when I got there, the tires were almost to the cords and the outer edges were bald. I fought the truck badly all the way there but I was hoping it was just road ruts bad and ten-year-old tires . When I got there, I was shocked and very angry that my tires were ruined. My power steering that they flushed also started leaking and the truck had zero leaks because of how the previous owner took care of it. Because of my busy schedule, I did not have a chance to confront them of my horrible service until one day he texted and asked how it was. I told him he has to contact me. I told him I would probably get a bunch of hassle on getting a refund on my service because that has been my previous experience , if I decided to have work done and not do it. I will never take anything to this shop again. They have not tried to reach out to me nor make the issue right . I thought I found a legit place, but apparently I was wrong.I wish I could leave pictures on this post as proof. I did send Donny at Yomans plenty of pictures.04/17/24... updateAfter speaking to Donny. I came to realize and trust that he was not aware of my situation. Being in management with my company and been employed by them for over 40 years, I realize in this situation that sometimes information falls through the cracks. It has with me, from time to time, either from my forgetfulness or unknowing Donny and I conversed quite a bit tonight and he admitted that they made an error on my vehicle. To me the shows a great deal of humanist and compassion. I do change my review two a four star because of this outcome. Donny truly tries to do what is right by the customer and by the situation. I will be calling in this shop for further automotive needs. They were top-notch on communication and follow up during the service on my pick up. They provided pictures as well as suggestions and asked if I wanted to do the work or not. My issue apparently was just human error. As we all know, this could happen anywhere.

Yeoman's did a great job bringing my 2014 Dodge Durango back to great working condition. After the engine light came on, numerous badness starting happening so I brought it in. Yeoman's did a great job communicating what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what I could expect to pay. The estimate was spot on and their communication through their texting app was clear and timely. Highly Recommended!!!

Went in for brake lights but then found another major problem and we're able to fix it the same day. They are very professional and keep you informed before doing anything major.

Yoeman s was a great service they got my car and dropped it off not to mention I got the results back within 2 days very quick! They also constantly kept me updated and when I got my results there was no rush on making a decision they let think about it over the weekend and encouraged me that the decision all up to me without pressuring me. The link that was sent to me to see what was wrong with my vehicle was very well easy to navigate. After the fact as well they gave me a number to contact them with if I needed any other things done for the future. I really recommend this place and they truly stand on business!
