Went to Woodward Tire Service for a tire rotation as they had decent reviews. First time customer that will NOT return! The technician scratched ALL 4 wheels around the lug nut locations with his socket. I know for a FACT they were not like that before as this was the FIRST tire rotation on the vehicle (only has 11k miles) and I constantly clean my car and notice any imperfections. The technician didn't mention anything of his careless act and figured I wouldn't notice. Unfortunately for them I did and will NOT return as well as tell family and friends not to do business with them.Thanks Woodward for the repair I must do on my wheels!

Family owned and so wonderful! They have maintained our 5 vehicles for over 20 years with honesty, integrity and excellent service. Can t recommend them enough!The waiting room is large and nice if you want to wait or we frequently drop off the night before and pick up later.

Thise place was everything you would want in out of a business. Fast, answers the phone(with customer service) willing to help, fixed the correct way, great price(told over the phone, and they really cared to talk with me. I had a great experience at this place and will go out of my to go again.

So far they've been good to me.. Everytime I've taken my car in there they've got straight to the problem. With me having a foreign car it's always "iffy" going just anywhere so it's definitely worth waiting your appointment time, and I'd say they are definitely fair cost .. I've recommended a few people to them, no problems..

Personally I like supporting locally owned places and usually you get fair prices and good service. Woodward Tires is that and more. Their staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them for your tire needs and more.

This is the only place I take my vehicle to. I get full synthetic oil changes for 50.00 and tire rotation for 20.00 and the do an inspection to make sure everything is good and fill up my wiper fluid as well for my Toyota Rav 4. They are fast, friendly and do a good job. I love them. It s very easy to get same day or next day appointments as well.

First time customer. Great experience. They seemed honest and their pricing seemed fair. They even accepted coupons at the time of payment without any hassles. I saved $40 off my total bill. I will go back.

Fast to get me in and have my tier repaired. Within the HR of my call my tier was fixed at a great and easy price as well. Friendly staff. We will be back when another tier issue comes!

Woodward Tire actually stole my Jeep believe it or not. Apparently someone else on my street requested that their vehicle would be towed for repairs and they didn't bother to check the address or anything before just taking mine assuming that it was the only Jeep on the street.Aside from that car theft fiasco, my only other experiences with the company involve several occasions where I called for quotes and got numbers easily 3 to 4x more than other places quoted for the same work to be done (by people who don't even bother to verify that they're towing the right vehicle!!)

Very professional and honest. Have had them work on everything from semi-truck tires to my personal vehicle. Just got my not so new Jeep back and was impressed again by the quality of the work. Thanks to all the employees.

Took my truck there to have the front end looked at I had them check the brakes as well and I didn't see my truck for a week I do understand that I added things to do but if you don't have time to get to it just say so or at least say you're not going to have a vehicle for a few days

Worst place ever. Only need a brake inspection and my car has been sitting there for two days now and has not been moved at all. No phone call to let me know things have been delayed or anything. Now its to the point where i have to have my car and my keys are locked in their building. No good customer service either.

I did my homework; looked up the work I needed done to know what to expect for parts and labor, also looked on the local subreddit for recommendations on mechanics. Shop was honest, fast, and took pride in their work. The mechanic who worked in my car met me as I picked it up to show me what he did.

Took truck in for an oil change the next day truck leaking oil. Never leaked oil before and now they said 2 new issues. And they said they didn't touch anything but I had no problems prior. Very unsatisfied.....

Don t bother . There always out to lunch . Don t bother with this tire place . Couldn t get one person to look at my tire . All out to lunch . Then why the hell are you open if you can t help me . Drove all the way here on flat tire . Not even gonna help me out with air
