This is my first experience with this shop, There were many options in the area., I had my van towed for inspection due to dead no start or crank. Curtis was very informative. He sent me a video regarding my damage . He helped me with his professional knowledge . I am so appreciative for this GREAT shop. There are still honest and dependable mechanics in the world. I can t thank you enough .

very honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge. we had electrical issues and he squeezed us in last minute and fixed it as well as helped us with the stuff we had plugged into the cars outlets, recommended a place for a new radio, and even used a diagnostic tool completely for free when our own stuff shorted something and made our car freak out. we were there a little after closing and they were all so nice still despite probably having a long day and wanting to go home

Surprised I haven t reviewed sooner but I have been coming to this shop for some time now and have never been let down. No matter what the job is, I know it s going to be done right, quick and it s always the best bang for my buck. The entire staff is great and I would never second guess their expertise. I have referred numerous friends and relatives and they ve all had the same results. Since I started coming here I haven t been to another shop since. Keep up the great work guys!

Curtis is a great mechanic but I've recently had terrible issues with lack of communication. The only way I got any updates on the vehicle's I took there was if I showed up in person. Had my 2014 RAM towed there and 2 weeks later after I showed up in person, finally got told the transmission was bad. I had enough of getting jerked around and had it towed to another mechanic. This place was ran so much better when it was Heck's Auto. I won't be back :(

I was referred to Woodward by a co-worker of mine based off of their honesty, affordability, and quality. I called on Monday to see about getting a new (but much used 2003) car checked out. I needed it done fast, exhaust work...loud, and possible front end. He got me in first thing next day. Receptionist was was super friendly and helpful. Tech took me back to show me exactly what was going on with the vehicle and told me what my best course of action was to keep a safe vehicle on the road. Fortunately they were able to provide me with both the exhaust service that I needed AND replacing front suspension parts in an amount I could afford. NOT ONLY THAT....THEY GOT IT DONE SAME DAY. I would recommend Woodward 100%. If you are looking for honest service, check them out.

had a buddy that knows Curtis real well refer me here, took my clapped out ford up there, he diagnosed the issues and unclapped her, now it runs like a dream will definitely bring more clapped cars to him

Over a year ago my car broke down right off the interstate and I was new to Indiana and I was so upset . This was the only car I had and it was very sentimental. Well this truck had pulled over and a guy got out and honestly I didn't know what to think cause I was by myself and honestly scared not sure what to expect well it was Curtis and he was telling me he was opening up his own shop and he offered his services and he had my car towed and he even hold me when he was done looking at it that my engine blew and well honestly it wasn't as expensive to fix as I was expecting. I ha d to get a loan but I was able to get my car back up and running fairly quickly. He is truly and honest guy and I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic. I recommend him to everyone .

This place is close by and listed with high ratings on google under towing and mobile vehicle services so I called for a dead vehicle and got voice mail system. Left a message but they didn't even bother to return the call. Called a few other places and got five star service from another local provider. Thanks for not even calling us back! Seems like a poor way to operate and certainly left us disappointed

I'm from out of town so for all the out of towners you can really trust this place. I called a local auto parts store to ask for a service recommendation and they didn't hesitate when they gave me the number for Woodward Automotive and said ask for Curtis! I called and he was amazing and explained everything to me and was able to look at my car the same day and fix it the very next morning. I am still waiting for return calls from other service places I called. The service was fast, fair, and friendly.I'm so relieved I can drive home to Florida knowing my car is safe. Can't recommend Woodward Automotive and Curtis enough. I even got to talk to some of the locals while waiting for my car and they agreed that Curtis is the best in town!

Super helpful and friendly. I had a check engine light that kept coming on and off, and they correctly diagnosed the issue and gave me several options on how to fix it without spending a bucket of money. I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

I've had work done by Curtis and it's always done in a timely fashion and he never overcharges. He's also helped family members that I've sent to his shop and they were all very satisfied. very honest mechanic. I've never met a mechanic who tries to help you do things the least expensive way for you. He's not money hungry and genuinely cares for people.

Curtis is by far the best, most knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and kind guy to work with. I always trust him with my vehicle and recommend him to anyone that needs work done. Fair priced and fast service. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. I can't recommend him enough. He's the best in town.

Curtis went above and beyond for my family and I. He is responsibly priced and will get the job done in a timely manner.I have spent so many years finding a good mechanic and I will not trust anyone else.He fixed my motor and fixed any issues that came along with it. He is professional and very sweet when it comes to communicating what s going on. He will not pressure you into believing you have issues just to make money. He explains throughly what the problem is and how he can help.He genuinely cares for his customers.I have read about problems with his communication. I understand sometimes when your car has issues this may feel like the world is ending.That being said he is one man and I promise you he will get the job done. Take into consideration he is doing his damn best at helping people and fixing their issues.Mechanics like curtis are hard to come by!!!

The owner is very kind and is very honest in fixing your car. I will not take my vehicle nowhere else! I want to thank him for what he done for me in my time of need. My son had stage four brain cancer and passed away and Curtis was a very kind and caring man!

My jeep was stranded at auto zone on Sunday with the starter possibly gone out. Curtis towed it back to his shop on Monday looked at it, confirmed that it was the started and had it fixed by 5pm with no appointment or notice! I went to pick it up and the bill SHOCKED me bc it was so low!! I trusted Todd Heck for years with my vehicles and if he were here today he would be extremely proud of the man that bought his business!! Curtis is top notch, his staff is friendly and professional .even when you call 30 times to check on your car. He is honest and you just don t see that anymore!!!!

Excellent!! Curtis knows his stuff and is nice to deal with. . And afforfable and the work comes with a two-year nationwide warranty if you use their parts. You can t beat that!I took my Odyssey to another shop For a diagnostic for a front and wobble. They checked it out and told me everything - ball joints bushings motor mounts - was good except for the inner tie rods. My brother said I should get a second opinion because it didn t sound right and so I brought it hereThey put the van on a lift and showed me that the motor mounts are in fact shot, the axle actually has the wobble iand the tie rods are in pretty good shape.This is the shop I will trust For future auto repair.

Everytime I come in get a good estimate and price and sticks to everything with the parts view so I would basically recommend the shop I mean they try and get everything done as quickly as they can sometimes it's been hard getting parts
