First time I ve been to the Fort Wayne Speed Shop. The owner greeted me at the door and even though I was only getting new tires for my Honda Valkyrie, he spent his time as though I was ordering a new Triumph. Very genuine personality and you can see this through how he runs his business. The service was excellent and the prices are good. I definitely recommend these guys to all my friends and I ll definitely be back for all my service work and when the time is right for me to buy new, I ll be checking these bikes out as well. Thanks for great customer service.

Great experience buying my bike and beyond to extend the experience. To simply put it they are bike people serving the motorcycling community and do whatever to help out.Great experience, great crew. First local shop like this with some key brands recognizing why that matters.

My wife and I drove about a 100 miles to visit this dealership because we learned they had recently acquired an Indian franchise. I have to say, this may be our new home for service and of course, all the other purchases that go with riding. These folks are super friendly and chill! Already more inventory than a lot of dealerships nearby to us.I encourage you to check them out!

I purchased my 2023 royal Enfield Himalayan here. Staff are so friendly and this place looks heavenly for people who love motorcycles. They have different dealerships but all the bikes are wowwww. I just love this place

To start I am going to put out there I work for another motorcycle shop in the area so when I write this review I hope people understand that I too am in the same industry and appreciate the excellence of customer service this place has!The staff there was very helpful and seemed like a solid group of guys and gals! Had Dave tune my bike, He is a straight to the point kind of person and is very knowledgeable about his profession and products in his industry. My bike ran great and he treated me extremely fairly on price as well. Would recommend these guys for any aftermarket work and tuning! Will be using them in the future.Service: Engine repair

Only giving 5 stars because there is no way to put 6! It was obvious that David the owner was very busy with a delivery and running his business, but he made sure to come spend quite a bit of time with me. He answered all of my questions and made me an incredible deal! No haggling necessary. I love my new bike, and I will be back in a couple years for my Triumph. THANK YOU!

Loved the service here! I always feel shops don t treat women the same as men. Being a new rider, I appreciated the explanation and tips on how I can make a minor adjustment myself. It was such a great first experience! Thank you!

Had a MAP hose replaced here. The owner opened the shop early to accommodate my schedule and chopped it up with me while I waited. Very friendly ownership and staff. I d go back in heartbeat.

There is no better place to go. Most amazing people I have ever met. They don't try and sell you anything that wasn't necessary or wanted by you. The only thing they care about is their own personal quality and you nothing else. I can't say enough good things about Fort Wayne Speed Shop and their employees. I will never take my bike to any other shop as long as I live near fort wayne.

Have to say owner is a nice guy and tries to satisfy customers, on the other hand,workmanship is terrible. Took bike in for oil leak had all seal replaced from inner primary out,now I have 3 leaks just not 1. Taking to HD Dealer to do a dye test and have repaired. Starter was never bolted down (loose) main feed from oil tank had split in it,just clamped over. Side bag fell off during test ride damaged paint on back side and ripped led light from bag.(lead to that side no longer works) had to buy splitter. Did install shocks and rear brake caliper ,had no issues with that. But main reason I took it in was to have oil leak repaired and now I got more than when I took it in. Lack of communication bike was in their for 10 months would think it would come out with no issues. Hmmmm. So now have to pay HD Dealer to fix what should of already be done. Smh. At least they waived the labor otherwards would be in court for sure. Wont ever take my bike back. I got 20,000 in this bike build and it was treated like a huffy bicycle...Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Had work done on my bike. Had a list of stuff I wanted done. Only completed a partial list. I left feeling like because I didn't spend 5 or 10k that I wasn't all that important. Dave seems like a good dude but in my opinion he's trying to do to much to fast. Doesn't feel like a Harley shop anymore.UpdateYou can't get it right everytime and this time you got it wrong. I had taken my bike back once and was asked to bring it back for a third time because a part was lost . Still no part and I've kept in contact with David FYI. I've given up on trying to get the last thing replaced .Just because I prefer to use my nickname and not my real name doesn't mean my profile is fake. Do you see how many reviews I've done ?I've been to the shop and have kept in contact with David. The issue or issues have still not been resolved . I've moved on to another local shop so thanks anyway.

These guys Rock! Dave and his crew know their stuff, I bought a previously enjoyed Road King and brought it in for first service. I was also having transmission issues. My Bike was slipping in 4-5-6 gear. He was quick and through with his diagnosis and had my bike ready to ride for the season! Great new location and awesome showroom. They are also going to start selling Royal Infield motor cycles!!! It is so nice to have a trusted service center and awesome customer service! I would recommend to anyone!

Yes 5 star. I had a engine upgrade, bars and detachable docking hardware installation on my bike. It turned out amazing, I couldn't be happier with making the choice of Fort Wayne Speed shop to do the work. As soon as I fired her up I knew it was work.I was referred to them by a coworker and I thanked him for the introduction. I could go on and on about my experience but it's better if you experience it yourself.

This place is awesome! Bought a Royal Enfield Meteor from this place. The owner gave a good discount on the motorcycle and he mounted the add ons I had purchased without charging labor fees. Also, they did my first servicing for free. Highly recommend this place.

I can t say enough how great things were with FWSS. I needed my brake fixed and the mechanic even recommended new tires to be safe as they started to crack. On top of that, I was in a jam to get the bike there so they were able to provide delivery! Plus, I was missing a bolt on a seat and not even asking they provided one. Just surprised me with one on the bike. Thank you! Looking forward to this summer riding season

I was referred to the Speed Shop for a service by a great friend that has had a large amount of work completed here. I would absolutely recommend this place to get services and an honest opinion. Dave definitely kept an upfront attitude and did not try to high roll any suggested purchases that I did not need.

Blew out a rear tire in Indiana on the way home to Tennessee. Barick got me squared away and fixed up my tires and also got my brakes replaced. He even swapped out a wore out belt tensioner that I didn't know I needed. Great dudes will go by again.
