Tremendous in every way. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Vorderman Motor Werks for service of multiple vehicles as well as multiple consignment sales. The staff and management has repeatedly gone above and beyond every single time.

Excellent Communication / Service. I found Vorderman to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. My Porsche was repaired properly, and the charges were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Tired of getting hosed at the dealer and decided to give Vorderman Motor Werks a try. Received oil change on two of our vehicles and happy with the level of service and quality of work done. Both vehicles serviced for less than what one runs at the Porsche dealer. Generally I do not write reviews, but I feel the need to write one for this place.I came in to get the oil on my E92 335i changed. I brought in my own oil and my own filter and had the guys at Vorderman Motor Werks (VMW) do the labor.Upon first entry, It is instantly clear that these people care for imports. With tiny details like a Mercedes Benz logo neon lit clock on the wall, to the absolutely stunning 1986 911 Turbo that patiently waits for its new owner in the middle of the room, the passion and love for cars can definitely be seen. I then was greeted with a friendly smile which created a lasting first impression.I got my oil changed and did not get the stereotypical list of things that are "wrong" with the car. Instead, a safety check was done to it and it was pointed to me that I had uneven tire wear which was clearly visible and that an alignment is suggested.As I was leaving I decided that I want the steering to be aligned there. I dropped the car off that night and had the communicated with Matt Lettau (the service manager) via text messaging. This was easy and very convenient because I'd rather do that than have to make multiple calls back and forth especially for someone my age (19). I texted Matt a list of things that worried me about the car, and Matt replied that he will take care of it all.I picked my car up today (5/24/17) and couldn't be happier with the service performed!All In all, I just want to say, if you have an import then VMW is definitely the place to go for all your needs and I will for sure be a regular customer from now on. I did not get to familiarize myself with other employees, but Matt Lettau is definitely a kind guy who cares not only for the cars that enter through the garage doors, but also for the customers that put their trust in VMW's hands.Great place, great people, highly recommend!

I have engaged Vorderman Motor Werks many years for service on my Mercedes Benz. While the technicians have always provided the outstanding service I expect for my car, it's the exceptional quality of customer care that their Service Manager, Matt Lettau, sincerely gives to each and every client. This keeps me and countless others as returning patrons. Matt goes above and beyond what's expected and is their best asset.

Had my 2015 Audi worked on back in June to have my water pump and thermostat replaced along with walnut blasting the cylinders, and brakes /rotors done as well. 5-months later the water pump failed and began leaking antifreeze again as it had done prior to replacement. Called Vordermans Motor Werks to have car looked at. They replaced the water pump/thermostat, couplers, gasket, and everything else that needed repaired at no fee to me. I understand this was a hit they took on their end but they stood behind their work and got me on the road again and most of all they were honest and upfront with me about what was going on. Thanks Vorderman Motor Works!

I have had such a horrible experience with the service center that I have sworn as long as I live here I will not buy another VW. I love my car but they have ridiculous prices on parts and labor, and I have driven my car for a total of 2 weeks in the past 13 months because they frequently "forget" my car is even on the lot to be serviced. Not saying they're all around bad but if you need something done ask for Larry. He has been right there to pick up all the other employees slack. Seriously the only reason I haven't sold my car yet. That second star is just for Larry.

My car was making some strange noise when I drive over 50 miles. I took it to Vorderman Motor Werks. They were quick to find out that one of the bearings has gone bad. I got it replaced, and the noise is gone now. The technicians they have are well trained and know what they are doing. They charge a little more than other shops around, but you get what you pay for. Contact Matt for all your vehicle needs. He offered me a service loaner, and when I couldn't go back on time, he didn't charge me for the additional day. Exceptional service, overall.

The team at Vorderman Motor Werks was efficient, kind and considerate of my prompt vehicle situation. They gave me the best possible advice and informed me on other issues I was not aware of with my car after servicing at my personal dealership. I would not trust my car in any other hands! I normally try to repair my own cars, but my Mercedes started having an issue that was out of my scope of knowledge, and required tools. I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to taking cars to repair shops, because some places overcharge and tell you about services that need done that are unnecessary. Vorderman's was exceptional with their customer service, timely repairs, and knowledge. Their prices were fair, and I'll definitely be coming back for repairs that I can't handle.

Scheduled a Pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche 911. They offered to squeeze it into their schedule as I was coming from out-of-state. Once they started, it got more complicated. Technician Patrick worked on it cheerfully for 2 hours trying to get the car ready for us, even though it was backing up the other work they had scheduled. They were calm and professional and kept us informed. I would recommend this business.Service: Electrical repair

If you need work done on your Mercedes and want excellent service without the dealer prices, this is the place to go. Matt goes above and beyond his duties to make sure his customers are happy with the service that they receive.

I was in town visiting my son when my BMW overheated and I had to find a mechanic in short order to get me back on the road. The staff was super attentive and friendly and worked to not only diagnoses but also fix my X3 very quickly. I really can't understate how positive an experience this was and how it reaffirmed my faith in car mechanics. I highly recommend Vorderman and am thankful they were there to help me get back on the road so quickly!

Wife bought a used car here, upon us inspecting the car we noticed the exhaust was close to breaking, we told a salesman, and they pushed it off, 28 days later the exhaust broke and the fumes from the exhaust fill the cabin. We called to talk about it and they literally said since we didn't buy the warranty which was exspensive, they weren't doing anything and it's our problem, they said we had 2 days after driving it off the lot, yet the Indiana lemon law says different. I highly suggest not purchasing a used vehicle from them. The sales department doesn't care about what they sell, they just want to make the sell.

Absolutely the best auto repair service facility in Fort Wayne. The technicians are continually training as most are Master Certified Technicians. Fort Wayne Auto Repair - I highly recommend Vorderman Motor Werks.

Some staff are rude and inconsiderate. Also, payed a 2000 dollar warranty that is so technical with what it covers. Also, was charged 1200 for a timing cover gasket when I got it fixed for 300 somewhere else
