Today started out really rough and the staff here went above and beyond to try and make my day better. Thank you to everyone working today, kindness is free and I'm grateful!The oil change was also quick and thorough, I've never actually had anybody show me the dipstick to show me that the oil was actually clean. This is a great group of people!

Awesome crew. Explained everything to me simply and also gave me some pointers on what else I can do to keep my car running smoothly after I leave. Didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. Super quick and reliable.

I had never been to a Valvoline location before. There was a coupon my wife gave me from our mail, so I decided to give it a try. They have wonderful people who are kind and thorough. They explained everything as they were doing it, which wasn't necessary, although my wife would have appreciated it. While doing the oil change, they meticulously checked other fluids, filters, wiper blades, and several other things. I did not have to leave the car. That was great, too! They are very reasonably priced, even without a coupon. They were at least a few dollars less than any other business in the area; the discount was just a bonus. The way prices have gone up on oil sand filters, it's about the same cost as it would be for me to do it myself. I will be returning with all our vehicles regularly. To the techs: Thank you for making my day! It was nice to have a conversation with you when you went through everything. God bless you both.

Had a great experience here with fast, friendly service. Easy right off the interstate, you can just pull in, park where the employee directs you to, and tell them what you need. Check for coupons before you go!

Everyone I interacted with here was extremely helpful! Karlo was incredible at explaining exactly what I needed to know while I was price checking oil changes in the area, and helped give me a great deal, and when I got to the location Yavin and Zack were awesome about not making me feel like I had no clue what I was doing (even though I don t). I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you all so much!

I've been a loyal customer of Valvoline Instant Oil Change for years while living in various states. I come to Fort Wayne occasionally for work trips and it just happened to be time for an oil change. The assistant manager, Zach, made this incomparably the best Valvoline visit I've ever had. Zach is incredibly personable, approachable, professional, and thorough along with a zest of humour. He took the time to explain in depth the various facets of maintenance services that Valvoline offers in a clear and calm manner. In addition, he knew all the bells and whistles of my SUV like the back of his hand. I will surely hold off oil changes going forward until these Fort Wayne work trips so I can return to this location. I absolutely recommend this location and staff without any reservations!

11_16_2023 I took my car here for the first time. It was a very good experience all the staff was friendly the oil change was quick and painless. Nice job Valvoline. Shop was clean. Definitely recommend these guys for an oil change. I also purchased wipers today. Thanks for the honest service. . I have a Toyota with 284,007. On my receipt it says Robert was the service advisor. Job well done. 12_12_2023 I brought my girlfriend's car and my car here for oil changes the staff is professional and are nice. On this day Caleb took care of me I bought an oil change,and wipers. He was a good service advisor. . Whole shop was nice. Great job Valvoline. Job well done Caleb.

This place was fast, friendly and like most places they were quick to offer additional services that they saw needed addressed. Unlike most places, Robert (the man working with me) suggested I look online for discounts on the website and even offered additional money off. I just sat in my car and they took care of the rest and showed me just how serious I needed those services they offered. 100% I will bring my cars back here to get the work done that I need. 10/10

I'm a road warrior and get oil changes more often than the average person. It's nice to go in there and see familiar faces that are always kind to me. The speed is another plus. I need to keep moving

This is my second time going to Valvoline, after my last oil change I knew this would be my "car place" moving forward. Not only are they quick, efficient and reasonable on pricing. They're extremely nice and very great with any questions you have, especially Mia!

They definitely try to upsell pretty hard. I get they re trying to increase the revenue per transaction but SHEESH! . It was annoying after the 5th or 6th no thank you. One time was enough for me regardless of a coupon. If I want an oil change, just give me an oil change! I ll stick with Patriot Tire.

This was the first time my vehicle was taken here. Although they were marked as completed on the maintenance checks, three of four of my tires are still blinking low tire pressure warnings, and the oil service indicator light was not reset. I paid for a nearly $80 oil change for the additional convenience of not having to take my car to a gas station to fill the tires, and I'd really like for my service indicator to stop showing. It makes me worried that the other things they said they checked actually were not. It was pretty busy at the end of a Saturday, but that shouldn't make my money worth less. Overall feeling pretty disappointed.
