Zero stars, terrible and and slow service, rude, and incompetent. I had an auto start I stalled here. They asked me if I wanted to wait or pick it up. I thought this meant it could be done quickly, so I chose to wait. I was thee with my two young kids and three hours later they said they just got started. When it was done it didn t work. I took it back but one of the twins was so incredibly rude it was actually frightening. He blamed my vehicle for it not working and never did fix it. Wasted time and money. Do not go here.

I've had 4 vehicles done here and they have always done a good job. I'm literally standing in the shop about to have my 5th vehicle done. I've never had any issues, I think Jenn is being a little ridiculous..

Great service! They have tinted the windows on several of my vehicles as well as installed sound systems and I've always been super happy and impressed! They are definitely the go-to for car customization in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Absolutely terrible service. I called to get a window replacement and also asked if they could replace my side mirror, they said yes we could. Went over the details to get this done and come to find out a week later when I went to pick up my car they decided not to do the mirror without ever telling me. I arranged to pick up my car after hours because of my late work schedule and when I go to get my car, it was completely dead in the parking lot. I guess letting me know my battery was dead was too much of a hassle for them. Then the lady on the phone was completely rude when I called to ask them, why the mirror wasn't on why did you not tell me my battery had died. She even said it had been dying while they were working on it so its not like they did not know about it. Terrible service in every aspect. Do not bring your car here for any work, you might just get your car back in worse condition like I did. Go somewhere else.

Staff definitely knows what they're doing, got my two front windows tinted, they were done in less than an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable, will definitely do business work them again.

Was referred by coworker who was also referred but have not done business with them yet but I'll let them know....don't waste your time!! I had an appointment today decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere and so glad I did. Customer Service and the way you interact and handle customers is everything to me. I will spend my hard earn money somewhere much better. Thanks!

Great experience! I called for a quote on a windshield replacement- price was abt $150 less than safelite. They got me in the next day. They worked around my schedule and let me drop off after hours, pay over the phone and pick up after hours. Windshield looks great!

Great service !! Had a windshield install, came in at 1:00pm was done by 5pm WAS ON MY MKS a long time ago they did a back windshield on my Cadillac DHS

I called to get a quote on a windshield replacement for my Camaro. Not only were they the cheapest around, they could get me in the fastest! I dropped the car off and they had it completed quickly and it looks great! You cannot tell that it wasn t factory installed! I would highly recommend calling this company for your glass needs!

Poor installation, unit is NOT stable, broke plastic around back hatch. USB accessory installation was poor. Informed us they could not fix the seal on the window, of which I asked for when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. Tried to call multiple times before they closed to try and resolve the issues I have (by the website information, this is 5pm) but apparently they closed at 3. Maybe they were having a bad day, I don't know, but this was poor quality installation and service. They pushed my wife out the door at 2:50pm and locked up. Didn't even give her a chance to inspect their service.

I heard nothing but good things about this company. I was expecting a great experience and received the worst service. They did a horrible job on my vehicles window tint. There were tons of bubbles in every window, the cuts were crooked (looked torn), and not to the size of my windows. They offered to redo my tint so I took my car back and they did not redo all my windows and the Windows they did redo were still horribly done. They offered to redo them AGAIN but who has time to be running their car back and forth? I asked them to refund my money and strip the tint. They scraped my window trim panel. They said they did not do it and that it was already like that. They never took accountability for their poorly done job (to put it nicely). Never once did they apologize, all they had were excuses. "Those are dirt bubbles not air bubbles. In the area we work in it's hard not to get those." "Yea that's just a little and can be redone" (speaking of the Windows with the tint not cut to size). They stated they did everything and I was still not happy even after I got my money back. The only thing they did right was give me my money back. They may be the cheapest in town but it's true when they say you get what you pay for. I dealt with Terri, one of the owners, and it's sad to say he was just as rude or worse than his employees. He made it seem like I was exaggerating and like they had done their job right. I wish I could attach pictures to my review. Im not one to complain but when I do it's because the experience I had was the worst. Go anywhere but here.

They were cheap, which was why I was referred to them. They got me in within a few days which was great, once they answered the phone. I called twice and both times got put on hold without anyone saying anything on the other end for 4 minutes before it hung up. They answered the third time, and the only reason I called a third time was because the people who referred me told me I should trust this place. They got it done in the quoted time, and it was around the quoted price, but they tore one of my windshield decorations off instead of taking it off and didn t feel the need to tell me. Only reason I m giving 2 stars was because they were cheaper than everyone else.

I highly recommend Twin Brothers Glass & Tint. They installed a 2-way remote starter and they were extremely professional. They were able to get my vehicle in fast and made sure that it was completed on time! The remote starter is AMAZING!! Thank you!

Took my 2015 Jeep there a couple years ago. - they returned it to me with all the wiring and speakers done wrong - they did not fix it. I purchased all the upgrades thinking they would install correctly - DO NOT GO HEAR FOR A CAR AUDIO UPGRADE!

I called for a large window to be tinted in our new house. The girl on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. My husband and I went in to pick out the tint. The owner helped us pick it out and even suggested one he had leftover from another job that would be less expensive. I had called another place in town and was told it would be $1,000 minimum to even come out!! Our cost was less than $150!! They were 15 minutes early for the installation, very polite and professional, installed the tint in short order and had an invoice ready. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Twin Brothers!!

Amazing service, Have come here for three separate vehicles first two (sonata, Ford Expedition colt)were within few hours of eachother and by the time second vehicle was coming into the shoppe the first was already set and ready to go home, customer service is great and the prices I feel can t be beat.

Tint looks great. They bumped my cost up $70 that morning from $150 (phone quote) to $220 (standing in the lobby). Hey, I get it that businesses need to make money, but the lady came off rude about it and nobody likes a 50% price increase on the spot. Love the tint, still worth the $220.
