Travis replaced every suspension component on my car and made it handle like how I wanted it to. Redid all my brakes , steering , body bushings, and seats. Redid my whole rear ended as well. One of the few places I have trusted with my car. Best pricing as well.

Travis Auto has a reputation of great integrity and excellent customer service. They set the bar high for an auto mechanic service provider. My only regret is I didn t know about this company years ago . If you re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Travis Auto is the first choice.

Love using Travis's Auto Service. Have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. Travis and his staff take pride in their work. The group always does what's in the best interest of the customer and their vehicle. They treat the repair work of a customer's vehicle like their own - do what is needed w/o all the extra's. Their backlog for scheduling service is typically > 2 weeks, which is an indicator they have a loyal customer base that is willing to take their vehicle to a trusted shop. But when there is an urgent situation, Travis's Auto Service can provide some assistance to help out.

The excellent customer service here!! The shop called EVERY time there was an issue that needed to be discussed, questions that needed to be asked and answered, and just to keep me up to date! That is something that a lot of the big commercial dealership shop lack. Forever grateful for Travis Auto Service for treating my truck well and getting me back on the road in a very timely manner!! Awesome work from this shop!!

Their honesty and integrity. They have always been very communicative and are willing to offer more than one option to address a problem, if there are options. This has allowed us to make the informed decision to either repair an issue or replace parts cause issue. Unfortunately there have been times that the most cost effective (long-term) option has exceeded our budget and they are always willing to try a "band-aid" option (again, if there is one).

The lady on the phone was amazing; friendly and helpful. They also fit in more service, due to my car being done incredibly fast. When my car was finished, I talked to the tech about the issues and potential future service. These qualities is why I gave it 10 and will tell others about their business and services.

Professional, fair, skilled, efficient, friendly and customer focused. I had an electrical problem with my Toyota Sienna that made it unable to go no more than 25mph. I was worried about being without it during Christmas break. Despite being extremely busy Travis was able to make time to do a diagnosis and repair of the problem in under 30 minutes! What a great experience. I ve been to many other repair shops and dealership garages and even though it was a short interaction with Travis Auto I can tell this is a business you can trust and will want to use for your car repair needs.

They do a great job and I feel they can be trusted to give me advice on what is needed on any repairs to my vehicle. They are very friendly, prompt in their service and explain well anything they would suggest your car may need. Highly recommend!

After spending thousands at Midas to fix my car for over 2 years, going back in and out numerous times, Travis's fixed it at a fraction of the price and diagnosed it correctly. Midas never diagnosed it correctly, and actually wanted thousands more for a radiator and water pump. After spending 4,000 they wanted another 4,000 at least, and that was not the problem at all. It still would not work. I don't know why Midas employees are such scammers and liars. I only went there because they said a year ago it was the heating core and they could get it in the next day. Travis's was booked two weeks. I wish I had went there to begin with. In one year I replaced the thermostat twice- why after changing it did it break a few months later? They threw in the cabin filter for free; lol they charged 80 dollars and it had rocks in it when I got my car back unchanged. Changed the heating core for 2,000, the back breaks for around 800, and did three flushes and supposingly got the trapped air out; they said my car had, not only did I pay for it, but it still didn't blow hot air. If they changed the fluids from replacing the heating core, why would I have to then pay to remove the air-they put in my system. I need to replace the water pump? I had the hoses replaced for hundreds from them. All I know Travis's did alot of work, saved me thousands and it wasn't the water pump, air in system, or radiator. I really hope karma hits Midas employees. I have no idea how people can be so selfish and rude. The manager on Coliseum never tells the truth and is so stuck up, arrogant, and rude. So what he supposedly knows something about a car and I don't; you weren't ever right. So, you are the very stupid person, and in real life I probably know more about things generally in life. I don't have to lie to someone to make a living. Midas are scam. I even baked them cookies because they said they would rediagonose for free and give me a discount. They messed it up, I went above and beyond accepting them again and paying them again. I did them the favor and showed hospitality after they scammed the hell out of me, then did it two more times. I never liked the people to begin with. Lol, they treated me like garbage, the cookies showed what a good person I am. So, disrespectly shove your inflated ego more arrogantly up yours. Take advantage of someone's hospitality and kindness. Lie to them and mock them, I hope the world does the same to you. At least there's one good car shop in Fort Wayne.

The staff are courteous and friendly and the price of my synthetic oil change for my Honda is among the cheapest places in town. Plus, they take Apple Pay which I appreciate. Well done!

The service is top tier, and they are genuinely interested in fixing your car the right way with fair pricing and the best customer service. I love the staff and the warm and inviting waiting area as well. The communication is wonderful too, and they treat you like a valued customer - moreso than any other establishment I've ever been to, but also in the way that everyone wants to be treated in the first place. Communication was superb. They called when they thought the job might go over the estimate to keep me in the loop. They were very friendly and asked if I was a veteran, I am, for a discount when they didn't have to do that. Travis and the entire team are outstanding. They go out of their way to provide amazing service, and always charge a fair price. All my repairs and oil changes have been completed sooner than expected, and Travis has gone out of his way multiple times to help me out. I don't know anything about cars so the team makes all the terminology really easy to understand.

I've had my breaks and rotors done about a year ago. And couple weeks ago I had them replace my wheel bearing. Always quick and reliable service. Price is little high but worth it.

I ve used Travis Auto for my 2013 Jeep Cherokee and 2018 Ford F150. I ve used them for a host of different repairs some routine and some not. They ve always been professional and honest. I ve never left there feeling cheated or like they were trying to add on unnecessary services like the dealership. They ve always made quick and timely repairs done right the first time. I had a bad experience at a dealership so on a whim I stopped at Travis Auto Service to see about repairs. Much to my delight, they looked at my van immediately, identified the issue, and explained what was going on. It was nothing I had to worry about right away. What was most impressive and pleasing was the fact that they showed me what to do if I have an issue with the part failing.This is a fair and honest owner who truly practices the "Golden Rule". I have never been treated so well! I can't say enough about what quality service they offer.

Courtesy and service are fantastic. Finding a mechanic that you can trust is difficult. I found one and won't go anywhere else. They are some of the friendliest folks I have met, and they have repeatedly earned my business. Recently I thought I was in need of a costly repair. The technician took a look and advised that it was merely a small clip that was needed. They fixed the problem with one of their parts saving me well over 100 dollars. They could have told me I needed an entire new system and made way more money. Great service, great people, great experience. A week ago (on a Friday morning) we were visiting family in Fort Wayne when our van broke down on the interstate. We needed to get fixed ASAP. After calling two other mechanics who said they couldn't get us in until the following Wednesday, I called Travis' and they immediately said they could squeeze us in the same day. Upon arriving at the shop, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about what the problem was, even diagnosing the problem (alternator) before servicing our van.They made it their promise to get us back on the road by Saturday even though they are technically closed on the weekends. But they did it even better in that they called by the end of the day Friday saying it was fixed and ready to go!Overall, we felt cared for as customers. They understood our need and did whatever they could to get us back on the road quickly. Needless to say, I think they earned a new customer in my father in law who has been taking his cars to another mechanic for multiple decades.If you need an honest place to go, I'd definitely recommend Travis'.

Travis wouldn't take any money for doing a quick scan concerning my alternator, I would highly recommend his shop. He's an honest and fair man.Travis, I made it to my destination and on up to Michigan with no issues. My alternator will be changed out tomorrow. Thanks again.
