Only place I go to in Indiana yes Indiana I lived in Fort Wayne and when I moved 2hr away I still bring my car to them best of the best Car owners always look for truthful auto shops that are good on price, good friendly people, and reliable but the service has always been on point. Love them very skilled auto repair shop.

Terrible customer service. We rented a van for travel and tires were bad and in poor conditions we had to change tire and miss part our tour. Pretty bad if tire company has bad tires. We tried to call company for help on what to do and were treated poorly. Engine also was no firing correctly and had broken cylinders. When returning the van and explained how we felt the OWNER blamed us and said it was our fault and were very rude. I strongly do not recommend this company

Just got an interior cleaning on a 2015 Dodge RAM. Price was right, however, quality of cleaning sucked. Still had stains and dog hair all over the place. Will not be returning and will warn friends from using them.

Extremely rude owners and terrible customer service. Rented van from them but had to change tires during trip because all tires were in bad condition. Imagine having bad tires from a tire shop?? When retiring van we were blamed and scrutinized and actually yelled at as if it were our fault that they had a bad Van. Will never come back or recommend to anyone

Excellent shop. The owner is on-site, friendly, helpful, and honest. I've been here multiple times for different things and they always do a great job and they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable, with coffee, popcorn, and tv available. A truly great family-owned business.

Excellent car detailing. 10 year old vehicle looks like a new vehicle.They were prompt and finished when he promised vehicle. I would highly recommend.

It's probably been about almost 10 years since I've got service done with them they have cars every so often for sale so I was just stopping to check on the vehicle they have for sale always get customer service he told me a little bit of information they knew on the vehicle

Came to get a wheel alignment was told they couldnt do it cause my tire rod was broken i left and went straight to belle tires and they told me my tire rods were not broken and were fine and they did the alignment with no issues toms teele tried to get nore money out of me that wasnt needed i dont recommend to anyone

Just called to ask if they could please check the price on a single tire, I was nice about it and gave them the size number and all seemed good. The dude came back and quickly said the price in a very very rude tone as if he didn't want me to buy it and in the middle of me saying thank you very much he just ends it after saying the price like that. I know it doesn't sound horrible, but my family and I been going to Tom steele for all of my car for a long time getting only mediocre service that doesn't last, to be talked with such poor customer service.

Had a wrecked work truck and was unable to drive it which meant our business was down a crew. TJ and his crew had my truck fixed and back on the road in a matter of hours! Great job and great service @ Tom Steele Tire!

My car was detailed here and it's so amazingly clean! CDs laying around were organized and all trash was taken out and mats are spotless. Love it!

Great customer service and pricing as always from Tom Steele. 2001 Ford Ranger had a wheel alignment done and drives like new.

The men in this business have the worst customer service I ve ever experienced! From me walking in the door I just wanted to cancel and walk right out because of how rude and poorly I was treated! Neil and TJ are absolutely unprofessional as all get out! I felt criticized for being a woman and black woman and expected to know everything about cars and repairs. I was very insulted. I let my husband deal with them moving forward! I proceeded with my repair, spent almost $1,400 and was rushed to pick my car up in a rude manner. I most likely will not return. Very poor service!

I purchased 4 suppose to have been new tires from Tom Steele but they were not new at all! What makes this whole situation worse, Tom Steele knew that my ball joint were bad and needed changed instead of informing me about my ball joints they put used tired( not new ones which I paid for) on my car which worn out the used tires quicker. Tom only cares about his pocket so that I had to come back for more tires. I gave him a call recently and Tom had the nerve to tell me he refuse to give me more tires. I paid him 500.00 for tires that I didn t receive, that is stealing from the customers. One of my tires that I received recently became flat and Tom Steele had the nerve to ask me for 250.00 more dollars for 1 tire. How selfish and greedy can you get. His business is ran in a terrible way!!! Please be aware especially women that goes in there by themselves, Tom Steele takes advantage of that. I recommend NO ONE to get tires from Tom Steele! He is not to be trusted AT ALL!!!!!

I called and specifically ask for a used tire that can be replaced and installed . They told me they had it. They had me come up here and waste time all for them to tell me something about a wheel and them not having the tire at all. Thank you for wasting my time!

I ve been going to TS for 20 years. Tires, oil, brakes, air conditioning m .they have fixed a multitude of problems on my 2002 4 runner. Before that they worked on my Nissan Frontier. They always handle my problem in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Kevin usually works on my truck unless I m getting tires.

Tj and his crew are great. I felt like a priority because of their fast repair. Lots of places had said they were 1-2 weeks out unless it was an oil change. They've also got some of the lowest prices after checking prices with other local shops and dealership service centers. I will continue to take my vehicles here. Thank you.

I had purchased tires here in past and was happy with experience, but never had regular auto service until this week. Very pleased overall -- location is convenient, the mechanic was friendly and explained what was needed, and work was finished when promised. Best of all, cost was reasonable. Will definitely return for future service.

Cheap skate scam artist who is extremely difficult to deal with. Maybe the techs are good and that's fine.. I feel sorry they have a boss like this guy.. TJ is a horrible human being. He talks bad about customers, has a terrible attitude, I assume by his attitude that he hates the world and doesn't pay his bills. He will try anything he can to shyster his way out of paying for services rendered by people he hires but when it comes to a customer paying he will do the tack and tax maneuver. TJ... Don't like my review? Pay your invoice ... Oh and I'm not the only one, there are others who haven't gone public... Like an entire list of people whom I've had conversations with. He'll have the work done, then skip out on payment then hire someone else and start the process over again. These are based on proven facts. Do your research. Maybe you want to chance it but based on my experience, the conversations Ive heard him have in the office and on the phone as well as with past vendors .. he is a guy to steer clear of if possible.

Tire guys are slow. I've had better server at other tire shops. Took over an hour and a half for 2 tire swap an oil change and brake job was done before mine got done. Poor service. The tech did not tighten the lug nuts on my left rear tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Doesn't clear snow from their sidewalks, and then laughs when people fall on them. They're lucky I didn't hurt myself very bad. Otherwise, it's their lawsuit, not the city. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the land owner, public property owner, resident, church, etc.

I have trusted Tom Steele with my tires, oil changes and other car repairs over the years. They have always treated me fairly and I don't feel like they take advantage of me when I have no clue what I am talking about like other places have made me feel in the past. I appreciate their honesty and straightforwardness. Plus they are always quick to get the job done.

I went in for an oil change, and they were honest enough to tell me it wasn't time for me to get one. They could have easily done one and took my money, but they didn't. I will definitely go back when it is time.

I guess that now (2014? to current) that the dad Tom Steele is virtually NOT doing anything much with the business (seems to be health reasons or age) like he did before.... the one son runs this place, AND YES - HE does not run business at all like his dad!! Integrity is lost here sadly.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Over a period of 2 yrs (2009 to 2011) I only used this place and always got great service! The woman that sits behind the desk was rude sometimes & getting an answer from her takes asking a few times & even some of the guys there but the work on my car was the best!I had an older car that they kept up & running well the whole time I had it, about 3 years total. I eventually bought one of the many cars that they sell (2001 Chevy Malibu) & had NO complaints with it at all! I am not fond of 6-cyl cars but this one was peach; ran extremely well & got great mileage! Besides I still own it!Considering many places I know do half or poor, crappy service and then you are left going back "begging" for a resolve or your money or go to court - this is well worth it! We have been scammed by BAD businesses for about $2000 while we lived in Texas & even a dealership - Henna Ford in Austin 'scammed us' for a little over $600! They NEVER did any work on my car at all & yet "claimed" they did the day I went to pick it up!

I hate to give this bad review because I've taken my vehicle in for service in the past and had a good experience. But I took my truck in a few months ago to get a brake check and an oil change. This is on a Saturday so I don't know if they had their b team in or not. But today I went to change my own oil. Just to discover that there is loctite smeared around the oil plug. And they torqued the plug down so much that it rounded the head of the bolt. I have not had my truck worked on since I took it here. So now I cannot even get the proper sized socket on the plug. I will have to take it to a different shop to get my oil changed. I hate to say this but I would not recommend going there unless you're just buying tires.

I came in for a front wheel alignment. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Everybody is really nice. $60 for a front end alignment you can't beat that.
