I found the truck I wanted, but was in NJ over 10 hours away. I reached out to Tom Kelley GMC and they were so helpful. Reece was my rep and he did a full video walk through of the truck, addressed my questions and was quick to respond to anything I asked. I purchased the truck, the paperwork was so easy. When I arrived at the dealership, everything looked clean and new. Everyone there was very friendly and it was probably one of the best buying experiences I have had, in purchasing a new vehicle.

From start to finish this was such a smooth and fun process. Pat Hines my salesman was amazing and super helpful; financing with Josh Mould was so easy and he was understanding and explained everything well. Finally they sat me down with Max who went through absolutely every detail and button in my new car until I felt really comfortable. Will never go anywhere else to buy my cars!

We are a family who buys a lot of vehicles and we can attest to this being by far one of our best experiences. The entire process was seamless. Our salesperson Paul S. went over and beyond to make the deal for us. His communication with us doing the entire process was excellent. He was eager to answer any and all questions we had (no waiting for a response). Our time to complete the paperwork when we arrived at the dealership took no longer than 10 minutes (which was a bonus). And the icing on the cake was when we got to the dealership there was a big white bow on our daughter's car compliments of Paul. Our daughter knew her car and was all smiles when we pulled up to the dealership because of the wrapping. 5 stars to Paul and his entire team.

The Kelley Buick Service Team fit me into their schedule for a late Friday afternoon appointment when I called the day before. They understood the importance of getting a slow leak in a tire fixed or replaced in order for safe driving. The team was quick in establishing the problem and replacing my tire. I even had enough time to take my car through the Free Carwash (wonderful perk when you purchase your car at Kelly). Thank you for your professionalism and quality service.

I went to my local GMC dealer in Mishawaka and was met with lack of knowledge and willingness to help me out.My brother suggested Kelly Automotive where he bought his Chevy truck and had a good experience.We went there and I was taken back about the knowledge of the products they were selling. In my case it was the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation, 3.0 duramax. I knew what I wanted and they helped me dial in the details and ordered it.I left feeling very confident about buying new truck.

My husband brought the Enclave in for what we thought was a basic oil change and he walked out with a $322.09 bill that we were not expecting! The last time I was there I was impressed with how they came in to waiting room to let me know of some issues and what it would cost and wanted to know if I wanted to proceed. This time no one informed my husband of any such thing and they proceeded with throttle body service, engine clean operation, injector clean, etcetc! This car i barely over a year old and it needed all that for hefty price???

Service Director Neil Farley, who with no notice took my vehicle for a test drive and made sure that my issues were looked at. I had Service Justin take my information, and he took care of my service order. I then received even more excellent service from Jacob Click who followed my vehicle progress. He followed up with a second problem they found and he made sure I had a loaner vehicle. Everything was completed and resolved, this is way I bought and service my vehicle at Kelley. My two sons, Brian and David, bought me a new car at your dealership. Brian was the main contact. Both sons indicated the purchase went very well. When they brought me in to complete possession of the vehicle, I was treated in an exceptional manner. All the salespeople were wonderful Tom, Dennis and the finance officer. Matt, the technician, gave me a great in car tutorial about my shiny new GMC Terrain Denali. The whole afternoon was a magnificent experience.

My salesman Kenny was great, he was friendly and down to earth. He wasn t too pushy and was very understanding. We bought a vehicle with no protection package or maintenance package, they somehow made their way onto the purchase agreement and we didn t catch the maintenance charge until after signing and finishing the deal. I contacted Kenny and he worked with the finance manager and they are removing that charge from our loan. Overall great experience and would recommend this dealership!

We were at the end of our lease from another dealership, we did not have a good experience, so we decided to deal with Christina at Tom Kelly. My son had just bought a truck there and had worked with Christina. They had nothing but good to say about her. We wanted that same customer service. Christina is extremely friendly, like you have know her your whole life! She knew her vehicles. But most importantly, before we drove 1 hr to see her she spoke with us on the phone for 45 min. getting all the details what was most important to me to find me the perfect fit. I felt like she truly wanted me happy and to do everything she could to get us what we wanted.Then to top it off, they set us up with Max who showed us all there is to know about our vehicle! Linked our phone and everything. We will definitely do repeat business with Tom Kelly and Christina Gentry!!

Reece was extremely helpful, made the process so easy considering all of my requests, and had everything prepared when we returned to the dealership after the initial visit.I was able to complete everything but the final paperwork through text and online through their website. I don t believe I was at the dealer for more than an hour through the whole process, which is unfortunate because it s a beautiful dealership with lots of great vehicles. Can t forget the car washes too!

I had an 11:30 appointment for warranty work to service instrument panel. When I dropped the car I asked if I could have the oil changed also and was told, no problem. At 5:15 I got a call that the shuttle was on the way to get me. After I got back to the dealership I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the car wasn t done. When the associate checked me out he told me my car was right outside. I looked out both of the front doors no car. I went back to ask where my car was. Another employee walked me back over to the door and sent me on my way to parking spot #34 in the rain!!!

We could not be happier with our experience with Reece! We were trading in our 2003 BMW M3 and 2015 Silverado for a 2015 Denali and he really came through and got us great deals for both of our trade ins! He was fast and great at communicating and was super helpful and honest which is really hard to find in salesman! 200% recommend going here for any car purchase! We got a wonderful truck that is safe and perfect for our growing family! Thanks so much to Reece and the team at Tom Kelley Buick GMC! You guys are amazing!

The following may come off as an odd review, as I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. However, Sales Consultant Payton Wailing was incredibly helpful and responsive in attempting to facilitate an out-of-state purchase with a bunch of moving parts. She answered all questions promptly and honestly, and she tracked down information about the vehicle that was not readily available. All in all, she was great. So too was Sales Manager Nick Gates. It the opportunity arose in the future to purchase from this dealership, I wouldn't hesitate.

My best car buying experience yet! I was searching for the perfect Sierra Denali truck for weeks. I was looking at local dealers in Florida who came up short. Then I saw a truck listed by Kelley Automotive in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I reached out and was matched with Dennis Earnest. From the beginning he explained how their vehicles were priced fairly. He listened to my comps and negotiated in a fair and equitable manner. Dennis and the dealership were first rate in overnighting paperwork to me in Florida to close the sale and they were able to arrange delivery for me. The truck arrived safely and with the utmost of care. Upon inspection of the truck I noticed that both rear windows were negatively impacted by business decals from the prior owner. I called Dennis and we trouble shooted ways to try and get the marks off the windows. After those attempts were unsuccessful Dennis informed me that he was sending a check for the windows to be replaced! Dennis Earnest and Kelley Automotive know how to treat their customers and I will look to them again in the future!

I originally walked into Tom Kelley Volvo solely based on Tom Kelley - the gentleman who owns these dealerships. We met moons ago while working out at MaxFitness. He was always respectful of those around him. Fast forward to my purchasing experience. I determined that the Volvo was not for me but the attention from Ben Cauffman was outstanding! I moved on to check out a Buick at Tom Kelley Buick. Reece Neuenschwander greeted me at the door. (I had been to a Toyota non-Tom Kelley owned dealership and was never addressed even after reviewing/walking around multiple vehicles on the lot.) Reece's smile felt genuine. I was comfortable and ready to test drive. He listened to my list of 'must have' items. He asked that I wait just a moment. He felt that there was a vehicle behind the building that checked those boxes. It was about 2 minutes and a freshly washed vehicle was gleaming at the front entrance. As I got comfortable in the driver seat, Reece went over my check list - 99%. It was missing only 1 item that was important to me. I proceeded with the test drive, and determined that I was going to be 'okay' with the vehicles lack of 100% of my wishes. I returned and noted to Reece that my remaining time was limited and asked if he could email me a quote. James Yoder returned a kind note and included the quote. We exchanged a few emails and reached an agreement. Along the way, Reece discovered the 1% that I thought I was going to be missing. He called me immediately to let me know! That is GREAT customer service!!! Saturday we arrived to sign paperwork, pay, and take delivery. First words from Reece were clear that he VALUED our time. The event was smooth, efficient, and absolutely the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE that I (or my spouse) have ever been a part of. Thank you Tom Kelley. Thank you James Yoder. Thank you Quentin for reviewing all the 'bells and whistles' of the new car. And a HUGE thank you to Reece Neuenschwander for keeping it real....and simple.
