Steve was such a nice gentleman. Not only did he immediately assist me by asking questions outside before I even came in the building. Steve got my tire size and started looking for the best deal considering I didn t plan to have tire issues right before hitting the highway for vacation. He was so accommodating to my child an even went the extra mile and got him a popsicle& soda. Yes, we had to wait a little while but I expected that since we were a walk in. It was Sunday and basically the only tire place open. I just would like to say Thank You to the whole Tire Barn Team that day because you guys sure did make my day a whole lot less stressful!!!!!!!

Failed to tell me my alignment was bad when did alignment check and when I got new tires..... now 6 months later tire needs to be replaced as the wire is starting to show and all they say is will give me new alignment check nothing more... so because they didn't tell me the problem in the first place and now that I know about the issue they wanna check it??? I need a new tire because they didn't tell me the first time checking and telling me now won't change anything... contacting lawyer as when called and asked about was told haven't had alignment tech for 10 months.... then how can you say did alignment check and even print it on receipt....

As always, good, friendly, courteous, service, comparable prices, & happy customer!Have come to think of Tire Barn first, because of previous experience with both local stores, in the past.Have always been pleased, with them, before & this visit was no exception!Didn't have an appointment, & they still got my car, in, out & done, fast!

Another set of tires, and another great experience. I always get great service here. Brian is why I keep going back, and the rest of the guys there are just as helpful! Great place to get your tires!

It took two hours to swap some tires but that's only because I was in line. I made an appointment a couple days ahead but they still go by first come first serve. Nice people.

Made an appointment, our appointment was at 10:30 am we get there and was told immediately it would be at least 2.5 hours. We then asked if we could leave and come back they said yes. We showed back up at 11:30 like they requested. Our car didn't go back until 12:15. While my wife and I where sitting there the people in the garage where cussing and carrying on so loud we could hear them across the store. The udder lack of professionalism was unreal. We only got 2 tires replaced will still need the other 2 done, I can promise you this. I will never be back at this location.

Service was great but dont bother making appointments. Still took over 2hrs for 1 tire change. In my opinion why do they have times to bring it in if the dont honor it.

I had a flat tire and the Tire Barn team addressed it quickly and professionally. I was in and out in 15 mins, and they even filled up my other tires for me. Very happy with my experience!

I scheduled my free courtesy check service a day in advance, which included a front end alignment check. Upon arrival they informed me their alignment guy was not there, and when asked to reschedule for the following day was informed he was on vacation. And "Joe" actually referred me to Patriot tire, said they could take care of it for me. Ok, so then I asked if "Joe" if he could schedule my service at the other store, he simply said I could call the other store and schedule it.

Unfortunately I found a screw in my front right tire. Upset because I had to be work at four I found tire barn on Coldwater Road. They got me in and were able to fix my tire and get me on my way within a half hour. Thank you so much to all of you for saving my day . The guy working the desk was absolutely awesome to work with. I came in on November 27th 2023. Thank you Joe

Great service, got helped with in 2 minutes from entering. They told my car back to rotate tire a few minutes later. I was out in less then 20 minutes.

Made a few calls around for new tires ,and tire barn on Coldwater were very attentive to what I was looking for. Gave me a get price,no hidden fees and Made appointment to get my truck in. Great customer service and great team. Happy with my tires.

The tire repair was completed quickly, the service writer was very helpful and friendly. We discussed replacement of all four tires when the time comes and I advised them that I would be back to make that purchase from them.

I had them put nitrogen in my tires today , they were somewhat busy but they had me in and out in a timely manner. They were very polite and great price .

We have a fleet of service vehicles and one of our crew had a nail in the tire while he was far away from home. Steven stayed late to fix that and get our worker home. Couldn t of had a better experience.

Awesome experience! Bryan was very helpful getting me into the right tires quickly. Affordable and fast. What else can a gal ask for? I'll recommend to my friends. *This was my second time here. My first was equally fabulous when I needed help with a flat on a holiday.

Fort Wayne is my hometown for 66 years. I moved to Tennessee three years ago. I bought Toyo tires in Tennessee, but it caused a vibration. We had to return to Fort Wayne for a sister's funeral. We stopped in with an appointment. After they had my four tires taken off the car, I was told to go elsewhere if this didn't work. Never in 66 years of living in Fort Wayne did I experience this treatment, but a Tennessee plate is on my car, and I'm told go elsewhere, and charged $66.00 to balance four new tires. They are the only place in town with nitrogen, so I had to go there. $66.00 is a lot to balance tires.

Today was the first time I had work actually done by them, instead of just buying tires and they did a great job. Took them maybe 30 minutes and they were really nice and straightforward about it. I d recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!

Was able to get 4 new tires put on my truck within 45 minutes. Rick and Bryan took care of us with quality service and best price on a great set of tires. Highly recommend stopping in for your next new pair of tires!

I printed pricing off of their own website and went in to purchase that exact tire but the manager was extremely rude and wouldn't honor the price because on his system it was double the price. I had a printout of his own website in my hand. Called Corporate and they didn't help and claimed the local store manager was nasty to them which is probably why nothing was resolved. Will be calling the better business bureau next
