You have repaired one tire, when I came home it was still leaking, I brought the car back, your guys said now leaking from valve stem. Apparently you damaged it while working on my tire. Your guys said go to the dealer, we can't fix it. So you charged me $35 and made a damage for god knows how many 100s or dollars! I will never ever go near any Tire Barn, ever!!!

Being out of town on a girls softball trip, I found my tire was low after a day of playing games. I went straight from the field to Tire Barn arriving at 5:45, of which they close at 6. I asked if there was any way they could assist as we were almost 200 miles from home. He stated they were closing and didn t have time. I asked if there was any way to make an exception and asked the assistant manager whom mumbled under his breath and told the other guy this is on you.. I m on vacation.. on you and walked away. The other guy refused as well. I understand it was late in their work day, but the customer service was far less than acceptable. They were unprofessional and rude. Went to Goodyear where Michelle, Joe, and Mike were more than happy to stay and help. Go see them instead!

Ben is a great guy. He works very hard to explain why no work can ever get done at the shop. Need to spend a lot of money for little or no work, Ben is your guy. Need them to keep their word? Sorry you're out of luck. Need to drop a pile of cash, Ben is right there to empty your wallet. Need service after the sale, go pay others to do that job. Just had to pay $280 because Ben , and his hard working team couldn't rotate the tires that I overpaid for a few months back. I tried 5 times, took time off of work repeatedly, and each time Ben had a great reason why the free or low cost after the sale service couldn't get done. Working hard at hardly working while overcharging for product that they will never service. I too would give 0 stars but it's not an option.

Always easy to work with. Ben and his whole staff are great, and answered all of our questions and any concerns we had. Ben even helped out my daughter visiting from Minnesota with the proper snow tires. 100% recommend Tire Barn on Jefferson.

The person in charge blamed an employee for taking a lunch break when he told him he couldn t go as the reason it would take a long time to complete a customers repairs. This was loud enough for the entire waiting area to hear. That was very unprofessional.Also the person in charge let an employee know that their 3:00 appointment was early and he said that s too bad. I m taking my lunch now. Again, very unprofessional.

Fast great service. Ben had me checked in, soon I saw my car going back to get tires rotated. Around 15 minutes or so. Young man called my name said car was finished told me tread left on tires, condition they were in , that they pumped up the tires for winter driving. Place to go for tires.

We are from out of town and we stopped there at 4:45pm due to losing air in our tire quickly. Online google states they close at 6pm. When we walked in the guy had zero personality and it was almost like we were a bother to him. When we told him we are here from out of town and out sitatuin he states they close in 10 minutes ( which would be 5) and he is not going to have enough time. When I asked him about online states they close at 6 he said I am instructed to close at 5 until we get enough guys. So we went to Walmart which worked out great and they were helpful and polite ( unlike this gentleman). I called at 5:40 just to see if they were closed and same guy answers and I asked him how late they were open and he states 6pm so another 20 mins. That is completley distasteful and pathetic. Whats the point of working if you aren t going to do your job or what you are suppose to do? Before you visit this place ask yourself if this is the place or kind of people you want working on your car? Drive the extra mile down the road. The guy from Walmart was excellant!

If I could give zero stars I would. I wished I would have looked at the reviews prior to going to know what we were getting into. We have always purchased tires from Tire Barn but after the rude, horrendous, vulgar customer service that was not only provide to us but also every other customer in the lobby, we will NOT be back. The "workers" were screaming and cursing at each other in the bays, they put on the wrong set of tires which made us have to go back and get it corrected, they could care less to give recommendations on tires, refused to provide proof of what we were paying for until after we ran our card, and completely acted like every single customer was a bother to them. Save yourself the money & super long wait time and go to another tire shop that treats their customers with respect!

Went in for a tire repair & rotation. Next day had to add air & take back because they didnt do the repair. They acted like they were mad but for what I paid for it the day before. Just had a alignment a month before taking it to them, now my tire is shredding like cheese. The 1 they rotated to the back still looks new. The 1 they took the nail out of is done for. I would never go back to either tire barn in Ft.Wayne period

I'm used to great service from tire barn. It has been lacking over the last few years. Maybe it's time to offer the employees a bit more a hour to keep the loyal employees and to bring in more fine workers. Hope you see it yourself tire barn. But you need to do something

I want to be nicer but really I would of done better jobJsCouldn't even get the 2 tires mounted with attention to detail or just did it lazy or just plain wrongPersonally I'd mount them to match not make mounted oppositeReally just common sense but I do think it's hardly fine Def not as good as I'd like or do myself so that was a let down by techPlot twist manager shows upI asked them to put my spare back on vehicle and not in my trunk cause I do have exterior spot and nope didn't help me out one bit actually he did 3 star work himself like he wanted to get a kick like moron rolls my vehicle out with my property draging on the concrete, like they messed with it only in a bad way they could of given up and protected my property yall got tools grab the drill gun bam 1 second not much excuse other than you can take your vehicle to a better place this was my experienceBro pulled vehicle up front like I was gonna just jump in and get on high waySMH super unprofessional and this was the man the run this facility! Luckily I pulled over immediately and fixed with all myself in the rain lol Like this man and me got some difference like heaven lol common man you got no excuse to treat ppl like that when they pay you over 250 hard earned just wanted yall to get it done right for me is all sorry for asking too much but really it wasn't you put tire down easy you put the thing you acted like idiots over onto the hole then raise I did it with no power tools in rain alone when yall had the shelter and the lift like I can't give you 4 star but 3 is nice enough you want to operate like that 3 star I should be harsh and just be like 1 go to hell nah its fine I got it myselfBut ya here is your friend of company hope yall can get things up to pair in the shop for the rest of the ppl trusting you to be professional and keep all us civilians safe on roadThis is not a jokeYall knowYou do vehicles wheels it's not a joke you know this but ya SMH wish I didn't have to complain ain't gonna help me but ya there ya go SMH manager is like a guy I know at Hyundia straight pos! The people here are great. Couldn t fix the bent wheel but told me where to go to fix it and then got me back in to fix the tire and put it back on my truck. Superior customer service!

Great customer service got me in and out with in 30 min without an appointment was a walk in fixed tire going flat and rotated my tires guys at west Jefferson store in Fort wayne are great

Went in told them I needed 2 tires on front. Was given price. And was done lil over an hour and had few people in front of me. Definitely will be back

Noticed we had a flat while at Jefferson Point. Came up to Tire Barn on Jefferson to see if they could help. An employee told my husband that they did not have time to help us. The employee said that they had enough work to do until close. A customer overheard and her husband was nice enough to come out and help us. Although the employees themselves were disappointing and not helpful at least we still got some help from some good people outside waiting on their tire to be fixed.

I just needed air in my tires, went in on a Sunday. Not only was the man very nice but he also filled them up and let me know the PSI he put in, how low they were, etc. My male fianc�e was in the car with me. As a woman sometimes men will talk to him or assume I don t understand about cars or whatnot. But he spoke directly to me, and wished us both a good day. I can t say how much I appreciated it, I wish I had gotten the man s name, but that was my first time in that shop and I will be going there a lot more often now. Thank you

I was doing business with this place since 2018. They started out with great service and what I believed were great prices. Last week I went in at lunch to have a troublesome tire that is constantly going flat replaced with the insurance program I purchased. I stood at the counter alone until I called the store to ask them to come help me at which time I was confronted by someone who yelled at me because I hadn't been standing there that long... and told me my insurance was not good any longer. I took my business elsewhere and learned that the reason my tire kept going flat is because someone had patched a hole several times and it wasn't holding. So. If you want honest, reliable, and excellent service....skip this place.

I told them what tires I wanted, and they gave me a great deal on them. The tires had to be ordered, so Randy called me the day they came in, and I had them put on both of my cars the next day. It took only about half an hour for each car. The tires look great, the service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires.

Update: Been back numerous times since my initial review- these guys never disappoint. I literally wish all Ft Wayne businesses knew how to treat their customers. Thanks again for helping me out today-Great job with 2 new truck tires and rotation/balance on passenger car. Lowest price in FW I could find on Silverado tires...

Complete garbageMade online appointmentCouldn t take me at scheduled time Sorry we are short staffed .Drove across town on a leaking tire for nothing. Waste of time. Go anywhere else that actually cares about customers

The staff here were great. We were hauling our camper in a trip and were on the highway and had a tire issue. 3 kids in the car. We found this place closest to the highway. They checked the lug nuts, jacked it up, switches things around. They had us moving again in less than 10 minutes ans wouldn't let us pay.

Easy customer service fix.If you tell someone they need 4 new tires, show them that their tread is low with a ruler.You should not just storm out of the bay and say, We will not fix your tire due to state law. I went to another company and they measured the tread in front of me and showed me that the recommendation is to replace, but you can still drive.Whoever tried to sell me tires is awful at their job. I said I will take my truck and leave. I went down the highway and bought 4 new tires because this place is junk.
