40+ year automotive veteran here.Began my search and went to the usual big box pre-owned companies and several mega-dealerships across the country.All fell flat on their collective faces - with the lone exception of Sweet Cars. Larry Franck (along with Sheri Calhoun) made the purchase seamless, transparent and enjoyable. Larry had my car transported (enclosed) to Beaufort, SC in record time and in perfect shape...Awesome job Sweet Cars!!

They have great customer service and go above and beyond to help their customers even things not directly related to their services. I worked with Corbin and got the ceramic pro gold package on my car. He also helped me find new wheels and lug nuts for my car as well as was able to help me get my hands on touch up paint needed for the car first which I wasn t having luck finding from other places. I would highly recommend sweetcars

We purchased an SUV from Sweet Cars and had a great experience. We worked with Larry, and he was so nice and transparent about the whole process. Larry and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, they even were so nice to our daughter who they gave a little pink toy car to on the day we picked up our new car. They really went above and beyond, and I would give them a perfect rating and would recommend anyone to work with Larry.

Dude!!!! They put a ceramic coat on my truck and it looks like glass!!!! A little pricey, but if I keep it up, it will be well worth the money!!!! Very nice and knowledgeable workers. And there detailers go through the whole car!!!! Not just dressing it up to make it look like it was touched. They truly are detail-oriented workers!!!!

For the past three years, we have been taking our three cars - a Mercedes and two Lexus - to Sweetwater to be serviced. Dan in the service department is great to work with, as are his colleagues.While we usually go to Sweetwater for routine maintenance, we have also availed ourselves of Sweetwaters detail services. The detail team also does excellent work, from interior and exterior details, to having PPF installed.In terms of cost, Sweetwater is a bit more reasonable than the dealers, but it's the quality of the work that we are most impressed with. We've had a lot of routine maintenance performed and, to a lesser extent, repairs, and through it all, the work is performed right the first time. Whatever the issue, the car is fixed during the first visit.The technicians are trained to work on a variety of cars - from Lamborghinis and McLarens to Teslas and Hondas - and everything in between. American or foreign, exotic or average, Sweetwater seems to do it all....and do it well.All in all, we are very pleased with Dan and his team at Sweetwater!

We have had 2 SUV's serviced and detailed at SweetCars. We have done the business with Adam for both. Adam's communication and attention to detail is second to none. After almost a year of non contact, he remembered I like to use OME parts and had one waiting on the most recent visit. Very impressive! Thank you Adam!!

Brought my BMW in to have the Car Therapy package done before Winter. The car looks immaculate. Nothing in the interior went untouched or overlooked. I'm impressed. I'll see you in the Spring for the full ceramic.

Finally found a shop I can trust for service on my cars. Nate (Service Manager) is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I've had a few performance items installed on my Porsche and the level of service is great. Thank you for the excellent work and for making my baby even better!

This was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I ve experienced. I knew what I wanted and my car salesman, Larry Franck understood and respected my requests. He provided professional and knowledgeable assistance during the sale, he was overall a great salesman. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn t want and I felt like my requests were heard and delivered professionally. Sweetcars and there service department did a great job taking car of my car washing paint correct and 8 layers of ceramic coating. With a lifetime warranty on the ceramic coating that I got. Corbin and his team did a great job. Thanks love the car!

Had my F-150 wrapped in paint protection film. Brady from SweetCars was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I originally had just the front grill and bumper done. After seeing the great work they do, I had to go back to get the rest of the truck done. Great prices and outstanding work.

Jim at Sweetcars is more than just another sales man but truly a caring individual. Jim offered more devotion than he possably needed to, he not only picked me up from the airport but kept up with my travel home and made sure things were ok every step of the way. I will never forget me experience with Sweetcars or the people who work there that make that place great but my next purchase will be from Jim who I can honestly say best experience I've ever had with going to a dealership. Thanks Jim your a great guy and I hope to see you soon in the future. Let me know if you're ever in CA I can you around. =)

Purchased a 2003 Porsche Carrera from Jim. He was extremely patient, understanding and a pleasure to work with. He made the process as easy as possible. The car was as described with no surprises when delivered. I highly recommend Jim and SweetCars!

SweetCars and the entire staff was phenomenal to work with. Had them searching for a couple cars and the perfect one came in while I was traveling. They sent photos and videos I requested while away and helped me to feel confident with putting a down payment without seeing the car in person.Picking the car up was nothing short of great as it felt like I was joining a community there. Every person that worked there shared their passion of cars as we all talked around our favorite vehicles. It s more than a car dealership. I highly recommend them.

Jim at Sweet Cars was an absolute pleasure to work with and professional at every avenue. I flew in from out of town on a much delayed flight and was offered concierge service from airport to dealer even at the ridiculous hour I arrived on the weekend. Once at the dealer, all paperwork was in order and transaction completed within 20 minutes so that I could be on my way in my impeccably clean new Lotus. Recommend 100% to anyone looking at a vehicle with these guys, top notch.

Fantastic experience purchasing a 2004 Dodge viper sight unseen . Car arrived and was in better condition than I expected but exactly as described by Michael Barney ,General Manager . Between the cars and service you can't go wrong. I love their service department. Their prices are in line with several other well known shops in town, and they are extremely professional and keep you updated throughout the process. Doesn't matter if your car is 50k or 300k, everyone is treated the same.

I am in the automobile business and tried to buy a vehicle from Larry. We agreed to a price and 10 minutes later I call for Larry to send the paperwork needed for the deal. Get voicemail and no call back so I call back to talk to secretary to get correct address to overnight cashiers check as requested by Larry. 10 minutes later Larry calls to tell me to hold up, as another salesperson has someone driving the car and he would let me know the status later. Three hours later he calls back to explain someone else put a deposit on the car. Very unprofessional and very unethical for the business. Would not recommend SweetCars and would definitely not recommend Larry. Overall terrible experience and folks like these are the ones who give the automobile business a bad name.

I have had the pleasure of working with SweetCars since they opened. I really can t say enough positive things about my experience there. I have used a wide range of dealers, new and used, and feel like I m pretty well versed on quality and service. At this point I have used practically every service they offer from maintenance to detailing to showroom purchases to having the management find specific cars from other dealers and bring them to Fort Wayne for me to purchase. The team from top to bottom is hard working, timely and professional. No smoke and mirrors here. Just a well run business as advertised. The team is knowledgeable and very honest from top to bottom including the porters right through the sales team and the management. It would be a mistake if I didn t point out the GM Michael Barney and the service manager Nate Corwin. These two in particular have earned my respect and loyalty and as far as I m concerned their word is gold. If I could give SweetCars higher than 5 stars I would.

My experiences with used car dealerships has always found its way to the "dark side". The experience I had with SweetCars changed my outlook in a very positive way. The proved to have a willingness to make my journey with them a positive one.From our perspective, the Dealership is highly recommended. I had some work done on two vehicles of mine. Nate is great to work with and the entire team is first class. They answered all my questions pre and post doing the work on my Rivian and BMW. Got to meet Cecil and Chris who are also great to talk to about what I am thinking about doing and getting their feedback. Recommended them to my son and co-workers as well for work they are getting done since seeing mine after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing ceramic coating, paint protection film, detailing and a host of other services.

Got some high quality service done on my vehicle here!! Friendly employees who go above and beyond to meet your needs. Even though I m not an expert in auto mechanics, they took the time to explain to me the problem and the best route to a solution! I will definitely come back in the future :)

Simply stated, Sweet Cars is the best automotive dealership I have ever worked with! I am basing this of many transactions with them over the past several years. I have bought cars from them, sold cars on consignment, had them locate cars for me, and had service work & detailing work completed by them. Every experience with Sweet Cars went flawlessly! They are not just a car dealership, they are automotive enthusiasts! I appreciate all the automotive events they support and put on as well. Michael Barney's (general manager) honesty and integrity is refreshing. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but again with my recent transactions with Michael and his team, I felt I needed to share my experiences with others! Thanks Sweet Cars!!

My wife an I spent about 9 months looking for a classic 911. We traveled and spoke to people around the Midwest, but never found a car that was as good as represented in their ad.By chance, Maureen took her Audi in to Sweet Cars for servicing, and they showed her a 1987 911 they had just taken in. It had passed their inspection, so they were detailing it in preparation of a photo shoot for their web site. She loved it and sent me a text. I agreed to stop in and have a look when it was ready.Suffice to say we bought it after the initial drive. It was almost perfect, and the few things we took exception to were taken care of before we picked it up. The facility and sales staff are great. The service staff (Keith) has worked on most of our cars previously, and the detailing shop has done work for us also.I make it a point to stop by when I am in the area, they always have interesting automobiles, and are more than happy to talk with you. Fort Wayne is so lucky to have this place of business.
