Staff was very helpful got a great deal on a great car. Worked with us on a down payment, made the buying process easy and Ron even stayed pasted closing time to help us out. Patti had the vehicle ready to gothe next day when it came time for us to pick it up. Definitely recommend this place.

Extremely friendly and Professional Patti Rocky and Ronald Louth made me and my fiance feel great about our choice, they broke down every little detail there was and double checked the importance of the sale.Patti was our sales rep and she done a fantastic job on selling us our new truck! Well I have never had so much difficulty getting insurance in my entire life! But that is not anyone's fault at Superior. Ron and staff went about and beyond to help me get into the car of my choice!! They get a 10 out of 10 from me!

Huge thank you to the gentleman who took time from his busy day to help change our tire! Words are not enough. My husband is disabled and I'm almost 60, so changing a tire is impossible with the tools we had. Thank God!

DONT buy here!!! Cars are over priced and they only run for a year if that. They do the absolute minimum to fix the cars. The ladies that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. They truly don t care about their customers

Went here today an was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I called earlier this morning an made plans to stop by. When I made it I was help by office manager Allisa. She was up to speed an ready to help me out. With her help I was approved less than 5 minutes. I can honestly say her service an my experience was great. It was way different than what I was told by another from Right Away Auto. They told me not to go an to stay away from Superior Auto. Me being me had to go see for myself. I m encouraging others to go give them a try. I walked away with the type of truck that I been long due for.

Alissa was the one who helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She accommodated to what I needed and got me a car within the hour. And if I can get a car, you can get a car. I would recommend going to Alissa. I love her!

I've bought my last three vehicles from Superior Auto and each vehicle were good and reliable vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle. Larissa, manager if Superior Auto on Bluffton Rd. In Ft. Wayne went above and beyond to get me into my current car. Ron, manager of Huntington's store, and his assistant, were amazing the last three years. Thank you all.

I actually didnt buy a vehicle here but was given very great advice from Nicole the regional manager... they are very professional here and would be great doing business with I'd recomend them and you can bet you wont get a run around thanks again Nicole ........

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST...Sad place... They take total advantage of people who need help getting a car, but then they stick you with a car that doesn't run properly. They tell you that you have no other options.If you want buy a lemon car this is thee place to go. 2 cars later still both junk cars. They refuse to help you to make them road worthy. They are the most dishonest people. Do not believe anything that they say... I would never recommend them.Their 3 day turn back means absolutely nothing and you get screwed over and can't get out of it. Definitely need to get the word out to others to help stop good honest people that need a car from getting screwed over. They will offer to repair your car, at your own expense. Then will put it towards the end of your balance with interest. Tell me how this is a good honest company.?!

Alissa was amazing!! I m not sure if she still works there but the current staff is all extremely rude. I went in there and everyone was on there phones and no one said anything to me at first I almost turned around and walked out.

Also was ripped off by this place. Bought a car and few weeks later it started falling apart. 1200 dollars in repairs were needed and they wouldn't help at all. Stay away from this place. Much better buy here pay here's out there.
