I had a appointment at 8am. They got it right in adjusted it, drove it brought it back in re adjusted it. Out in about 40 minutes. Straight now and like a new car. Great price and I will definitely be a future customer.

Iv had my lowered 01 chevy s10 aligned by stemens now twice and have been exstreamly impressed and pleased, drives straight as a arrow and super friendly and honest staff and even despite my low ground clearance initially causing issues they were patient and used boards to get it in without causing any damage, would definitely recommend them to anyone with custom rides that arnt normally able to get onto lift style alignment racks.

I took my Odyssey in for the recommended alignment check after replacing my tires. I am surprised how much better it drives after only a minor correction to the front wheels. It did not take long, they seem very efficient and professional.

Travis is fantastic! Had an issue with a CV Axle he did for me, and he was so cool about it and understanding. Great shop, great mechanics, very loyal and trustworthy! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone!

I brought in an 05 Buick terraza. Steering was completely jacked. I was expecting an expensive repair cost. They were able to straighten out all 4 wheels and the van is back to factory and drives like it did when I first bought it. The repair cost was very resonable, compared to other shops in the area. I own (7) vehicles and will take all of them to Travis and his team. Thanks guys for being awesome at what you do!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Not only do they do great work, but they are so so kind! I heard my exhaust pipe scraping the ground on my way to an appointment and decided to stop by and see if there s any way they could do a quick fix so I could get to my appointment. They got it in right away, it took only 10 minutes! When I asked what I owed, the gentleman said nothing and to get to my appointment. I am so appreciative of the graciousness and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much and god bless!

I was recommended this place from a respected high-end car dealer in-town. I brought my recently lowered '22 Mustang to get an alignment so it was back into factory alignment specifications. I'm pretty particular with my vehicles since I tend to do all the work on them myself. Travis was very helpful in getting the appointment set up and answering my questions. He also did great work and I felt confident taking my car there. The reviews stand true, this place and the man behind it is great!Service: Wheel alignment

This is the only place I go to for my suspension and brakes! This place does everything correctly and uses the right things. The mechanics are skilled and very nice to talk to! I would recommend this place to anybody. The prices are also fair for everything they do!

For years and years this has been the only place I would trust for my daily driver vehicles and all my lowered Street toys. They're not in the business to rip people off and have always treated me more than fair. If you're not getting an alignment done here then you're not going to the right place.

Travis saved my failed diy shock replacement attempt. Lower shock bolt was frozen to shock sleeve. They we able to free it up and replaced the shock at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Stemen Align and Brake! Thanks

Stemans fixed my trucks wheel alignment after I got a lift kit and Toyota tech was not skilled enough to work his machine/computer. I have since recommended them to family and friends who have all been very satisfied with the work they do. Honest, professional, sincere service. Travis had my brake issue diagnosed and corrected in no time, at the cheapest price in town. Paying less if you pay by cash or check is just the icing on the cake.

Perfectly fine, very good restaurant and we loved the patio. The only other thing I want to mention, one morning I was in the shower when I realized that there was only hot water. My husband discovered the same was of the sink and the toilet. It was fixed by the time we returned.

It took a while to the get the car in the store because they are so busy. But Travis was an absolute professional and he helped me find out what was wrong with the car in terms of brake and helped me get the car working right. I also got the calibration done on the car. Highly recommend. Kudos.

I took my car in just for diagnostics after I found an oil leak. As it turned out, the place that did my oil change didn't screw the cap tight. I was thankful it was an easy fix and they were able to take care of it. Excellent service! They were fast and friendly AND honest.

Stemens was recommended to me by a friend many years ago. I was impressed by the workmanship and the friendly people that work there. I have not gone anywhere else in Fort Wayne for suspension and brake work since. In my opinion this is the only place to go.

I believe written good vibes for good business is important. I brought my car in today to replace front brakes after a dealership told me I only had not even 1,000 miles left before my brakes would get worse than how bad they currently are. The fellas got my details and went to check on things right away. As I was waiting for an Uber, one of the brake specialists came over to me and asked more questions on why I thought I needed new brakes? We walked over to my car after he was willing to compare a brand new brake pad against my current pad.Barely any damage done to it.Yep, you guessed it, the dealer lied to get my $700 quote he gave me. Also, apparently this is a common thing happening to more than one, and happens to be female focused.Walked away with cleaned up and rotated brakes for $42.Thank you for the transparent and professional service that made myself and my wallet extremely grateful.Service: Brakes

I took my car to other places, even to some with "big names", but only Stemens was able to do the alignment on my car.Great people and excellent customer service.Highly recommend them.
