We had 3 vehicles worked on over a short time period after a friends recommendation. Unfortunately 2 had issues. Steve didn't seem to comprehend our concerns with appropriate reassembly such as cowl, wiring harness and steering column covers. After the last vehicle didn't make it to Costco for fuel without the original problem returning we cut our ties. So much for road testing and no change in vehicle mileage confirmed that. Additionally we found loose heater and radiator hose clamps causing leaks.

Steve and his crew are always upfront and honest about what is really going on with my car. I have brought a few of my cars here now and never have issues. Can't recommend Speedway Auto Care enough!

Had them service my Truck an was done quicker than expected.These guys are no joke, they even did some extras I called an asked for with no hassle!~It's hard to find a reputable Auto Mechanic shop anymore, but these guys are!~

*Update* It took a few tries, but the faulty parts were found and replaced. I appreciate Steve taking the time to do a test drive with me and let me demonstrate my issue with the new brakes. After that, it was quickly fixed and covered by the warranty. I drove it all afternoon and there wasn't a single squeek with the brakes. All is good now! Thanks!Service: Brakes

After several bad experiences elsewhere I gave this place a shot and they were excellent. I take my wife's car here as well as my own and they are always timely as well as accurate in their diagnosis. The price for repairs has been fair and they've never tried to sell me anything I haven't needed or install used parts. These guys were absolutely amazing not only with working on the car but as well as communications and customer service. Aaron was a great guy to work with in the office always took my calls always willing to help out I will be doing business with them and only them from here on out with all my vehicles. If there were any issues that came up Aaron notified me right away which was absolutely amazing. They did a full transmission replacement on my car and they were so honest that the one they put in they noticed had issues so on their dime they got another one and replaced it. These guys are probably the most honest dealership I ve ever been to the quickest when it comes to repairs and yet by far the best. I have been taking my vehicles to Speedway since they opened their doors and have always had a wonderful experience. My mother and kid now take their vehicles here as well. Super efficient and helpful staff, from the owners on down. Steve and Jeff are great. They are prompt with their service, great quality, detail oriented, experienced, trustworthy and ethical about their recommendations that they make to keep my car in top running order. They have my loyalty and would highly recommend them to anyone. They don't cut corners and they do it right!

I have had a lot of work done on all three of my cars over the last few years and have never been anything but confident that the jobs were going to be done as quoted and done well. The last visit I had involved a job on my car that took twice as long as Steve quoted -- yet he stood by the quote and did not charge me any extra for labor, just an additional charge for a part that they discovered was needed. In fact, when I had a little issue with the car after picking it up at close of business, I called the next morning and was told to bring it in. They fixed the problem at no cost to me. Steve is a matter-of-fact guy, but I respect his knowledge, appreciate his honesty and know that if I can put off a major fix without any safety issues he will tell me. I feel his pricing is fair and have no hesitation about recommending Speedway to others.

Steve is the only guy who could fix our Ford 15 passenger van s AC after we tried like 4 places. He earned our loyalty and we ve been with them ever since! Plus, he s right by our gym, Lee Brothers MMA. Honest, down to earth guy. Would recommend 100%

This is the best service, customer care, and feeling of professionalism I've ever received from an auto mechanic's shop. The workers are polite, the service is excellent, and I am always treated respectfully. I have tried around different places all through Fort Wayne, but I will never go anywhere else after using this shop.

This is the third time we have had to take our truck in for service at this place. It s an old truck but still running well. The prices for repair were fair, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly.One thing that stood out this time when we dropped our truck off was the person I spoke to said he would call us back when he had a solution. To me that spoke volumes and showed great confidence in their ability to fix the problem. Which they did.

After Several Thousand Dollars... Still Not Right? I'm reviewing under a hidden name, but be assured that I know from experience that the service is subpar and overpriced. Steve has had my vehicle several times and told to "FIX" the problem, I'm okay with paying to have something actually fixed, but when I'm informed that there is nothing wrong and only to find out from second opinion that this was far from the truth.Save your money... Use a reputable shop with a track record of Quality Service.

Needed new battery. Took them all of 15 minutes to install. Was alsoHaving trouble with key fob which wouldn t work properly, in fact LockedThe vehicle without me doing anything on key fob. Keys were in the vehicleRunning. They got into vehicle and took key fob in and overhauled it onThe spot and now works perfectly. The battery was expensive and only soldOne type but with them going out of there way to get into vehicle and repairingKey fob it was well worth the cost overall.
