Purchased 2 cars from here and I've been pretty satisfied with the prices and the quality of service. My first car I paid straight out and they are as is which I expected and I did not have any problems for the first 2 years I had it. Purchased my second car from here with a down payment and payment plan and it's been affordable for me. The car drives decent and it does drive a little rough but what do you expect with a used car. They are very understanding if I need to make a late payment and I love the attitude of the new owners they are very personable. If you don't have high expectations and need a decent everyday vehicle I highly recommend them.

Straight up crook! DO NOT BUY HERE! The owner is not even around! Son used his OWN money he had saved to buy first vehicle. 2 weeks later the engine is not working correctly. Do you think the OWNER would even TRY to make this right? Nope?!?!?!?! Once you drive it off the lot he does NOT care! My son is heartbroken and now to find a authentic person to fix the engine/oil issue. Mind you we have had to put a new battery in it the day AFTER we bought it!

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a vehicle there last spring, when I got it home it didn't have any headlight bulbs. They didn't care. 8 months later the transmission went out, Thanks, these people are dishonest.

Excellent service. They worked with my budget, and had a great selection. Zero pressure - zero hassle. They gave me a dealer plate, and let me test drive anything on the lot (all had keys, all started up fine). When I found a car, we worked together on a sale price, and I had the paperwork in hand within a few minutes. On top of all that - they were just plain nice people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My son will be very happy with his new (to him) car! Did I mention I got a GREAT deal? Thanks guys!

I wish I could rate them a 0. On November 18th my husband went to this lot to purchase a car. He had already paid off a car there which was completely rusted underneath and had to be sold. Against my warnings, he decided to return to Settle because he had a good payment history with them. We took a 2013 Ford Escape for a drive and it drove a little rough but ok. Upon return to the lot, we went back out to restart it and it wouldn't start. They told us to go have lunch and they would replace the battery. We returned and the battery looked new to us so my husband signed the papers and purchased the car. The very next morning we go to start the car and not only would it not start but the coolant had completely leaked out. We contacted them immediately and were met with disrespect and belittlement by the owner. The engine is bad and he doesn't care. We just asked to get in a another car, not our money back. He hung up the phone on my husband several times. I even went in and tried to be the mediator between them and again he was condescending and rude. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They are not about customer service and reputable. All they want is the sale....that's it. Once it's off the lot, the pile of junk is your problem.

I found a clean, nice, reliable car at a good price. I don't understand all the complaints. Used cars are sold as is, so it's up to you to make sure you're buying a good car. It really isn't anyone else's problem if you buy a bad car and it breaks down.However, unlike other dealers they don't take care of the paperwork for you. They said they'd send us the title in the mail within 2 weeks, but that was a lie. I called them and they made me come in to pick up the original title for the vehicle, which they could have just given to me when I bought it. I had to go to the BMV and do everything myself, like I bought it from a private party.

You get what you pay for. I've bought 2 cars from here years ago. Work with you on payments. Didn't have a job, but had money down. Helped me in bad times. 5 stars because of that. Most of their cars are over 200k miles tho, but they are fair ppl. Atleast they were to me.

Me and my husband purchased a truck from here and they completely manipulated the truck to have it test drive and seem okay. The motor is blown, 4 wheel drive needed service, and check engine light was blown so we wouldn t see the check engine light was on and motor was blown. Employees have been beyond rude and hung up on us and do not disclose issues with their cars. Do not recommend spending $10,000 on one of their cars with blown motors. Please contact me if you ve had a similar experience, will be contacting an attorney.

Went to test drive a car and it was on empty so I went and told him and he says it has atleast 30 miles till it s completely out then we drive 5 mins down the road and it runs out of gas. Cops showed up and then eventually he did 30 mins later and acted like nothing happened.stay away

Salespeople were friendly and helpful with information. Nice selection of used vehicles, and nice, calm area to test drive in (for Fort Wayne)However, the severity of the rust on my car's undercarriage was not conveyed at all, and since buying from them 2 years ago I have had to replace many parts that, at the time of purchase, we were told had already been replaced and were in good shape. Definitely bring your own mechanic with you to check out their vehicles.

I'm really surprised how many slow heads buy cars with blown head gaskets and engine damage. Does no one know what to look or listen for?! So many, possibly good people, need to think. I have bought over the years cars from here so have my friends. Just bought another one last month. You get what you pay for, buyers beware however you want to say it its on YOU to know what you are buying. The 2 guys there weren't rude, they want to make a deal. Again know what your doing, whenever buying "used cars" spend a bit and have a shop check it over 1st, else YOU are to blame.

This is the most racist, lying, stealing, unkind, unprofessional, rude, over-priced, sexist, USED RAN DOWN CAR LOT IN FORT WAYNE INDIANA! I was knowingly sold a faulty car that went out a few hours after I bought it. Had the shady crook sales men been honest & told me it wasn't a good car... I would've bought something else or nothing at all. They were no help to me or my situation. All they care about is money. Not your safety . Please stay away from here. They are CROOKED !

I went to test drive a bmw 645ci. The car was flat on empty so I stopped to get fuel on the test drive. After shutting it off at the station it wouldn't start. I called the dealership. They said they would send someone to pick me up. I waited 20mn and called again. They assured me someone would be there soon. I waited another 20mn and called again. They explained the guy was right around the corner. After waiting 50mn a slovenly man named Ben showed up. He didn't acknowledge me and immediately started trying to fix the car. After he messed with it for 10mn I said I needed him to take me back now. He refused, saying he couldn't leave the car at the fuel station. I said I had waited an hour and he needed to take me back to my car. He said he wouldn't take me back and we had to wait for a tow truck. I said this was terrible customer service and he was going to get a bad review. He then got in my face and started yelling about how I was threatening him. At that point I walked away and hiked the mile and a half back to my car in 90� weather. I told the lady in the office what happened and she shrugged making no apology and said "it's hard to find good help". Now 2 hours waisted since the car wouldn't start I see the tow truck is still in the lot and won't start. So, if I hadn't walked I'd still be waiting. Overall I got the impression that these people are extremely incompetent and dishonest.

I'm very happy with my purchase from these guys. You definitely need to do your research and get the car checked out by a trusted mechanic first, but if you are in a pinch and on a budget and need a car like I did this is not a bad place to look. They even let me drive the car to my mechanic out of town to get it checked without asking for any kind of security deposit. It did need some work but still a good car for the money. Very fair price on just the car I needed. Was so happy with my experience I felt the need to leave a good reveiw since I'm seeing that there aren't a lot of good ones on here :)

This was my first time buying from Settle. Just happened to be in the neighborhood and saw the truck I wanted. Price was AWESOME! $10k truck for $6400. And this thing is CLEAN! Waylon is an awesome sales person. He was super busy when I showed up. Instantly excused himself from one customer to tell me he'd be right with me, then back to the other customer. Seems like a genuine good guy. No pressure at all. By far my best car buying experience.

Well!! well!! well!! I must say I usually don t go to dealerships to buy any vehicles! But after today they change my mind! They are a TRUE dealer for the people! I had purchased one Great looking great running truck and they work with me on the price! They made my day! Just want to tell the staff if they see this thank you and keep up the great work And those that are reading the review go check them out please I insist!!!

I've bought two cars here now. I really like the low pressure and honesty of the people I dealt with. They weren't hesitant to tell me about any issues the cars had that they were aware of. Much appreciated and I will be back to by my second son his car!

A+++ Experience!! You wanna talk honesty.. they will. Transparency.. they are. Flexibility.. willing to work with you.. They Do! You Can't go to any car lot w/ a, less than 5K budget, looking to drive off in a brand new car. Every used car has issues. Do the homework, see what it needs/whats reasonable and make a decision. Hell I did.lol. Settle has a Great selection for the price range. If you need a solid vehicle, on a budget, and may need a little help or nudge.. These are the people you should work with.Shout Out to Chris & Waylon for the Excellent customer service.

Purchased a truck for $10,000 from here and the motor was blown. I was not disclosed any of the information before purchasing and they blew out the check engine light so it would appear fine when looking at it. All they care about is getting your money and getting you off the lot. A scam of a business that doesn t care about what they re selling.

Only gave one star because i had to in order to leave this review. I purchased my son a car not even 6 months ago i put over $2200 into the car since buying it and now the engine is TOAST.. I was assured i was getting a quality vehicle instead i got a lemon i knew i couldnt trust that but the fact that the engine blew in less than 6 months after all of the work I put into the vehicle and my son barely drove it because my mom had a stroke and he fell into depression for awhile and wouldn't leave home my heart just hurts for my baby because he's trying so hard and now has lost his independence again... Thank u but no thanks never again

Bought a car here last August. It's a cheap car but it gets the job done. Bought a truck two weeks ago and am very pleased with it. If you're looking for a cheap mode of transportation be prepared for the vehicle to be less than perfect regardless of where you get it. There is no pressure from the sales staff. Go see Waylen on 930 and he will get you in to the right car.

Decent selection With Realistic Prices. We traded our Pontiac for a SUV today. There was ZERO pressure and No BS and they gave us a Awsome Trade in Value. My GF is happy with her purchase and Was not givin any trouble when it came down to Making a payment plan and talking Credit. Good place to get a quick Vehichle for any young Person starting out... Or was it ? Maybe they could have sold me a lemon.

Found them online and realized they had a huge selection. Went up and had a great experience. I was able to look at at least a dozen cars on interrupted at my own pace. Ended up finding a great little Honda at a great price. Highly recommend.

Had high hopes... Looked like good prices, financing and decent cars. Drove 140 miles to check out one in particular and some others. Was completely disappointed on every level of the experience. Sales person was completely emotionless, sarcastic and a little bit of a ass. Put ZERO effort into the sale. Gave me the feeling like I was ruining his day by showing up. Was disappointed in their finance, it does not report to credit unions at all. It did not matter though, I could afford the truck outright with what I had. I just wanted to build credit....after literally throwing me the plate I went to look at the truck. It was full of bondo and didn't run good. It had a miss that was probably a bad valve. They had put new parts on it trying to solve it but didn't do quality work. Plug wire was hanging off cap and battery had giant bolt in it. Clutch was nearly gone and ignition switch destroyed. No door key. The truck needed at least 2k in work. Went back in to office and was still interested and tried to haggle out a deal that reflected the needed work. Offered 1000. They wanted 1900. Barely got 8 words out and he just says nope and goodbye. They lost multiple thousands because iI was looking to make them my go to dealer and buy exclusively from them. Not now and not ever after that. Don't waste your time.

I bought a van for 3,995 almost a year ago and it has outdone its expectations. Still runs great. I drive from Angola to Chicago in it with no problems.

We have purchased 3 vehicles here over the past 4 years. We never had any problems with our care our Lincoln Continental lasted awhile and we never put much work in it aside from tires and breaks . They are very friendly and will work with you on your money situation. They helped us out Everytime. Definitely go here for your next vehicle.

Went in to get a car and Ben was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle that I was interested in. He took his time and was extremely friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I recommend anyone looking for a car to come here. You won't be disappointed. Ben and his staff is awesome!!!
