I have used RB Automotive on 2 occasions. Both times have been seamless. Everything was explained perfect and does without any issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for diagnostic or complete auto repair. Top notch people with excellent service.

Ryan did a great job with communicating with me about the work being done on my vehicle. Everything was done in a timely manner and he answered any questions I had. He got my vehicle running again and even filled up my tires. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone at this shop is very professional and friendly. Thanks again for the awesome work and professionalism it's greatly appreciated.

Recommended by a family member. They fixed my vehicle promptly and reasonably. Did not meet the staff as I dropped off and picked up after hours but everyone I dealt with was professional. Would definitely use again for automotive repair.

This place was amazing. My car broke down while I was visiting the Ft Wayne area, Ryan was able to fit me in quickly and repaired my car the following day so I could return home. They did a wonderful job, priced the work fairly and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I recommend them to anyone in the ft Wayne area in need of car repairs.

There are not words to describe what a outstanding service RB Automotive Repair provided my daughter. Saying that they went above and beyond is not even enough to describe the personal service my daughter received.My daughter works in Fort Wayne yet lives in Indy. She called me at 6 am to tell me she was stranded on the side of the road in FW. I looked online, saw the good reviews and chose RB Automotive. Zack was able to get her in that morning, diagnosed the problem and offered reasonable solutions. Her car had been repaired days before at our local auto repair and the part installed broke, causing more damage to special order parts. Zack called, ordered the parts and got her on the road faster than we ever imagined. Zack even called our local auto repair company, explained what happened, sent pictures over and got our local auto repair company to cover the costs for us.The care we received was personal. He helped our out of town young daughter who was stranded and could have been taken advantage of due to her situation. Instead, they provided outstanding care and went WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS and got her on the road in an incredibly short time.My daughter is moving to FW in a few months and we know where she will be taking her car for service and repair.Thank you RB Automotive Repair for saving the day and providing us such amazing care in our time of need.

These guys got me in for a brake job the day after I called. Who does that?? My car feels new again. They also gave me some kind of labor discount, which was awesome but not necessary. 10/10 would recommend.

I have brought a variety of cars imapla, Toyota solara, Pontiac, and my mustang gt and they haven t failed me yet. Their prices have always beat everyone else in town and always do a good job repairing and explaining the repairs. If your car has an issue just take it to them and they got it. Would recommend great shop.

These guys were pretty clutch, they replaced my control arms and bearings in a single work day! This was super helpful so I could drive my car instead of biking through the cold weekend! I got recommended them from a friend and I d do the same for anyone.

Brought my vehicle in for a front differential issue. After they diagnosed the truck, it wasn't the differential, it was a front wheel bearing and differential seal that needed replaced. Rb techs were able to make the repairs and get my truck back super fast and saved me $500 in repairs. I have 7 vehicles and will bring all my work to these guys, they were quick and professional.

I have been looking for a repair shop for the last couple of years. I have taken my vehicles (and kids vehicles) to the same shop for the last 30 years. The owner died 2 years ago and the family sold the business. Recently my truck engine blew up. It s a nice enough truck to put a new engine in. I got estimates at 6 different places. R&B gave me the best quote. So I decided to give them a try. Zach and Ryan are both very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me updated on the progress and let me know of other issues that came up. When it came time to pay the bill, they didn t add thousands of dollars like other places. I am very happy with the work done and with the service I received. I think I found my new repair shop. Thanks Zach and Ryan.

Newer to Fort Wayne and so grateful to have learned about R&B by word of mouth. Diagnosed and fixed a problem that was less severe than initially thought. Able to complete work timely and dependably. Great communication and skill.

Really like Ryan at rb. They are a little pricy but the work is good for the price. Always like the work they do on my car and always let me know small things I should look at for next time. Would recommend to ppl hands down.

I like the up front honesty the guys give you and the fair prices. My car runs like new after I took it in to find out what was wrong with it. With in a few hours they told me what s going on priced it and asked what I d like done. I said everything and they got it done in no time at all. Same day fixing.They also will tell you what your car needs and when but never have I been pressured by them to get it done right then and there. I highly recommend RB for all your auto needs.

I have taken my last two vehicles here anytime I need work done after having numerous poor experience through the dealer where I bought the vehicles. Every time I am happy with the work performed and the price I pay. They have attention to detail, and on numerous occasions have fixed up little things without me asking and without them charging, like missing body clip retainers, missing hose clamps, etc. I have sent more than 5 of my friends/family here to try them out and they are happy with service and pricing every-time. If you want dealership quality work, for a much more affordable price, there is no reason to go anywhere else.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake replacement
